I have been going to Dr Brooks for many many years.. have never been disappointed.. i will say this team of his now is wonderful.. they help you so much.. Lauren helped me this time and she was so patient… let me try on so many pair of glasses and never said a word.. helped me find the perfect frame… it looks so good on me and i have never had a smaller frame before .. i appreciate their kindness so much..

This was a great experience for me. Courtney was extremely helpful. There was an issue with getting prices from my insurance. But, she had great communication with me and helped me every step of the way. Definitely recommend them!

They are always super nice and very helpful. The girl that I normally report use always takes her time to make sure that my son has the glasses that he likes and she never rushes him . I recommend Brooks a center to any and everyone that I know that is ever looking for any I care needs.

Excellent customer service and eye care! I had my lenses sent back 2x and they were still defective. I sent an email that night to have warranty ones again and they ordered replacement ones by that email. They did the coatings for me in their office instead of the lab that kept sending out defective lenses.Definitely recommend this clinic for all your eye needs!

Courtney is very rude!! I said excuse me, TWICE, to get her attention, just for a price check, and she just kept on walking, pretending to not hear me...they need more customer service education, NOT gossiping workers!

This facility is awesome.I always receive the best care there.I have seen Dr. Brooks and Dr. Earwood and both are professional, friendly, and efficient.Meredith does an great job making me feel comfortable while performing various tests.She answers all my questions patiently.Morgan always takes time in arranging appointments for my husband and myself.This eye clinic is very accommodating and professional, and all the staff is friendly and helpful!

My vision insurance through our new company changed and my regular eye doc wasnt IN NETWORK so I figured I would give them a try so I could get the most out of my insurance. After wearing them most of my life, I havent been able to wear contacts in a few years due to discomfort. I decided to give it another shot. They informed me of a much improved contact lens since my last attempt. Made for astigmatism, corrects near and far, just what I needed. The exam was fast but thorough and the fit was flawless. I am very pleased with Dr. Phyfer and his staff, including Meredith W.( I didnt catch the other names). They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I had my appointment within 2 days of calling. See you again soon!

This practice was able to see me same day even though it was a routine appointment. I appreciate that. The front office staff were welcoming. Meredith checked me in and did the initial back office testing. The whole experience was professional, prompt, thorough.

Dr. Brooks is totally amazing. Very thorough and attentive. Once you walk in your greeted by Professionals that take care of you immediately. I only waited 5 minutes to be seen. They really took their time with me and I was totally please with everything. By the way the establishment has been redecorated and it looks like a Hollywood establishment👍🏽☺️

Dr Phyfer was amazing! He answered all my questions and took the time to explain what was happening with my vision, in terms I could understand. He wasn’t rushed and was very thorough. I can’t recommend him enough. All of the staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

The tech that help me select my frame was fun to work with.. I let her knew my style, and we laughed looked and made a final selection.. Awesome experience the frame selection was huge..

I have spent the last couple of hours waiting for a paper to be signed and faxed. Number one, who stores records incomplete (without a signature)? So I’ve called several times to have my records faxed to the location where I needed to get my glasses and after spending 500 dollars on my original pair of glasses no one there is aloud to interrupt the doctor for a moment for a signature. It’s unfortunate that I remember during my own exam the doctor was called away for a time! So I’m pretty sure that’s a lie. Or I guess it’s a new rule because it didn’t apply to me when I received my exam. It’s really disappointing to me that the standard for customer service has fallen so low.

Took in my prescription 2 weeks ago, was told that it would be 5 to 7 days and I still have no glasses. The women who work here always have an attitude problem and when they dont do their job, they want to blame you. I do NOT recommend this place. Take your money and go to tupelo!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Brooks Eye Center is the best place and experience Ive ever had. My son and I have been going there for the last 3 to 4 years. I drive an hour out of my way just to be seen by them. Meredith, Stephanie, and Dr. Phyfer are the best. I was a first time contact wearer this year and they worked with me for several weeks trying out different contacts that I could handle. All of the staff are amazing, patient, and you can tell they love their job. I had struck up a conversation with Meredith and we got to talking about our parents that passed away and it was like I was talking to one of my girlfriends. We had soo much in common. And I had my baby with me and I was telling her how I was starting to look for a convertible carseat for him and she gave me her sons old one. She didnt know me from a stranger on the street. And she would not take any money for it. I will continue to drive out of my way to come to Brooks. All of the staff are amazing and I have never encountered any negative person or rude person.

I have been to several eye doctors over the past 25 years and I have never seen an eye clinic that is more up to date and as friendly as Brooks. Meredith always makes you feel welcome and I wouldn’t go back to any other clinic.

My 2 daughters and I were scheduled for an eye exam. Dr. Brooks was very detailed in explaining their diagnosis. The materials and show room sections were very organize, making it easier to decide what style and name brand to go with.....The assistants were vey attentive!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was a new patient and they didnt listen, didnt explain anything, and charge way too much. They charged $60 for a contact fitting which consisted of them pointing me to a room and leaving... I had to track someone down for solution because I was having a problem. Their recheck is a joke... It consisted of them taking you to a room, you cover one eye and read a line, cover the other eye and read the same line then they send you on your way... Even if you tell them its blurry but you can still read it because you just read the same line with the other eye! Not to mention that i havent had updated glasses in over 5 years, i wanted to bite the bullet and get both contacts and glasses.... They didnt explain anything about how to order glasses so they came back with the lenses too thick and then when i questioned it they asked if i requested high index to which i replied what is that? Was i supposed to? Im never going back and I dont suggest anyone else go there.

From the time that you walk into the door they say welcome to Brooks Eye Center, can we help you, or anything that we can do for you. They treat you like a family member, not as a customer all the while you are there, until the time you leave. They tried to makes you comfortable all the while you are there during your examination.

I have been coming here for a little over a year. I reccomend this place to anyone needing great and helpful service. Not only did they get me in and out due to an emergency back home. Last year, I finally found a brand of contacts that doesnt irritate me. Well this year, that brand came out with a new contact, she offered it to me and when I decided to give it a try, they were great. The ladies there also helped me with getting a pair of glasses. Its nice to have that back up plan. Fast, friendly, and affordable!!HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

First time using brooks eye center and they were great! I had an appointment at 10:40 and called to see if I was able to come in earlier, and they got me in two hours early. They had a lot of trouble with their internet being down, but I was still out of there in under an hour! Thanks again for the new glasses!

We have visited BEC several times since moving back to Mississippi in 1999. Every time, we have experienced exceptional customer service and top notch professionalism. On our most recent visit, Meredith was more than helpful to my wife as she searched for just the pair of glasses she wanted. She even let us know how we could save significant dollars on my wifes contact lenses. We will definitely make the one hour + drive to BEC again!

Brooks Eye Center is the only eye clinic Ive ever visited, and I dont plan to go anywhere else! The doctors are very patient in listening to my concerns. The staff is also helpful in appointments, choosing eye glasses, insurance questions, etc. They have extended hours if needing to pick up your eye glasses after work, too.Maeghan

I have been a patient for several years and have no intention of changing doctors any time soon. The staff is very friendly and always helpful . I wear tri-focals and the lab or tech that does my lens nails it every time! No body contortions trying to see high or low or left to right.. If you are not satisfied, they work with you until you are. GREAT PLACE!!!!!

Worst experience with an eye doctor ever! I was rushed through my appointment. I picked up my sunglasses first and they were horrible. You could see where the lense was cut on the outside. And the frames were scratched. They did fix them. But when I picked up my glasses, the prescription was completely wrong. They tried to fix it and its still not right. Its less than a year later, and I am going to have to find another doctor to get a new prescription and new glasses. Dont waste your money on this place.

Had a HORRIBLE problem with my eye one morning, called the office, was in within an hour to see Dr. Earwood. They were all so quick, caring and efficient. Within the day I was on my way to feeling good as new again- have used this clinic for years and will continue to!!!
