My son was going to prom and we were have difficulties trying to find a pair of shoes and shirt to match his suit. Mr Kenny helped pick out a pair of shoes and shirt. When my son put on everything together he did not like it. We called Mr Kenny, despite his store policy staing no refunds no exchange he told me to bring my son back along with he suit and he would take care of us and guarantee my son would be satisfied. After my son tried on a couple diffrent pairs of shoes he found a pair that he was more than pleased to wear. This was World Class Service.
