I would highly recommend the Oakley store at the Polaris mall in Columbus Ohio and it’s not just the product which is awesome. We bought a pair of sunglasses and several items of apparel. I didn’t realize that Oakley went so beyond just sunglasses as far as what they sell. The clothing there is very stylish and I cannot believe how comfortable the material is when it comes to their hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and their shorts. I will definitely be back this fall for more apparel. What’s just as important and the real reason for my review is Adam which was the associate that took care of us and take care of us he did. There were only two associates in the store both days we were there. We went in on a Saturday and they had just closed but he allowed us to come in and gave us a tour because I had told him that I’d never been in an Oakley store before which is something he obviously didn’t have to do he could have just said their closed and went home. We came back the very next day because I was interested in a pair of Oakley sunglasses and he was very attentive and was helping two to three different people at a time and didn’t even have time to really take a break or a lunch. Jessica was the other associate and the store manager and was great too but Adam was all over the place trying to help everybody and had a very good sense of humor and made me feel like I was the only customer there like a VIP customer even though there was other customers and I saw how he interacted with all the other customers and treated them the same way. Between the merchandise and the help of the staff I’m an Oakley customer for life. Adam deserves a raise no matter how much money he’s making now, and needs to know from Oakley just how important he is to the company. I’ve never been treated with so much respect as a person. Thank you Adam and Jessica.

Great Oakley store in the middle of the Polaris fashion mall. They had plenty of sale items, including buy one, get 1/2 off. The employee who was there was very friendly and helped me find a few different items. It doesn’t have the same discount as in Oakley vault or outlet store, but it still is incredible.
Purchased a new pair of the oakley tincup prescription eyeglasses they fit just as good as the others I purchased in the past cant go wrong with oakleys Adam the salesperson was helpful as he always is when Im in there shopping.

Was out of stock on a lot of there inventory. Drove a distance to get what I was looking for and still had too settle for what I got. I got the shades I wanted just not the colors

I’m glad I can give a zero. Such poor customer service. I came in with an online coupon. I was told they couldn’t accept it. Placed an order online for store pick up (on the website it says 2 hrs) 8 hours later still not ready. Call store, management says they can take online coupons and they still don’t see my order so I can’t collect the product. She was professional about and I understand where she’s coming from, but it’s frustrating when you order 200 dollars worth of product and have to go through run around. Now I have to wait days to pick something up in store that should be same day can’t even talk to customer service because the system has a glitch. Don’t do online store pickup
Was going to the Oakley store to purchase a backpack but they closed the doors right in front of me and locked up 20 minutes early 👍

Decent size store inside the mall. They have a really good selection of sunglasses to choose from. If they dont have what youre looking for Im sure they can order it. Staff is hit and miss though. I have several pair of Oakley sunglasses and quite a few other things from Oakley. Its one if my favorite brands! I absolutely love my kitchen sink backpack.

Sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Had replacement lenses in stock which she swapped for me. In and out in just a few minutes.
