Well my kid shoes were supposed to be coming from a store maybe 45 mins away…the store close to me didn’t have the shoes….I called, was told they were sending the invoice to a different store. My kid shoes arrived from this location about 1-2 days after I spoke with Hibb. Customer service. The absolute only reason for 4 stars is because my order was “push up” and I received them pretty quick afterwards. Negative part was the shoes weren’t sent til the day after they were originally supposed to be delivered and I didn’t receive a call text(signed up for text alerts) or email explaining the delay. All in all it wasn’t a 2 week ordeal which is good for me haha

I went in the store today. The customer service was terrible. No one greeted me when I entered the store. I found some shoes I wanted to try. Three different associates walked by me without asking if I needed any help. Finally, after about 4-5 minutes a guy came from the front to help me. I was ready to purchase the shoes and the cashier went and helped this man shop for a shirt leaving me just standing there. I left without purchasing anything and I will not ever go back in that store.

Very professional very helpful patient and up to date on their knowledge of products and quickly reacting to needs of customers to keep line going from covid restrictions thats been in place Id highly reccomend every employee for raise.

I went in to buy rugby cleats for myself and football cleats for my son. All they carry is Nike and Adidas. I would like more selection but I found some decent cleats on clearance.

They are the Chick-fil-A of shoe stores. Amazing customer service.
