I had a good experience at this store. The staff where helpful without being overwhelming. Many shoe options more than a lot of stores. Ask an employee about their other shoes because they have a lot in the back that aren’t necessarily on display. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for sporting good shoes or fashionable sneakers. Great location located in the mall.

I dont like the way the new store bbn is set up. Exclusive shoes need to b by themselves and not mixed in with regular shoes.

They were super busy so a small wait. They did not have the right size for any shoe we wanted to try on and we tried for 5 different pairs.

This was the place in Easton where we got my new shoes. The lady who helped us had the name of a gemstone and that is what I like to call her! When she asked my name and I told her, she said, And the singer! I have the same name of a singer but spelled differently. Great service!

I love this place.

Pretty good experience. Took a few minutes to find someone to help us but once we did things were great. Ended up with 2 new pairs of shoes that feel amazing. Much better than my normal work boots and great for hiking. Associate answered all my questions and provided multiple options. Will return.

Terrible customer service. my friend and i asked for a shoe size and the employees did not mind to check for them instead they told us “i don’t think we have those” didn’t even mind to check for us.

Windows are always clean and the sign is well lit making it a perfect landmark to know how close the bathroom is.

We went in kind of late. An employee named Roger helped us get the shoes my daughter was looking for. He was polite and willing to help and not pushy at all. The store was stocked and clean.

I went looking for shoes with my 4 kids at Easton mall and my daughter was standing next to the area that said employees only so I told her to move out of there and as she was about to this rude employee yelled at her saying you can’t be in there. She was yelling loud and made my daughter cry. I told her she was moving and she has no right to yell at her. She tells me I need to learn to control my kids. Well they were being good looking for shoes for me to buy. They lost my business for good. So 4 kids times $80 per pair plus me is a lot of money to lose over a bad customer service.

They never have enough smaller mens sizes. I tried calling literally all morning to check on a shoe. Online said they had it in stock. So i drove from across town and got here they said they sold the last size i needed 2 hrs ago. If they would have answered the phone i could have had them hold it until i got there or at least let me know they sold out so i didnt waste my time and gas all the way out here.

Love this place Ive been in 4 times trying to decide which shoe to get and each time they kindly let me wander and try on shoes even when I dont buy any.

A cashier attempted to give me 75 dollars cash for a pair of shoes we paid 160 dollars for. It was very slimy and she knew we paid more. I contacted Footlocker and gave them her name.

Had a great experience. Jyshaun (spelling may be off) was the young man who ended up helping my bf and i, but not the first employee who helped us. The first gentlemen we encountered asked if we needed help. We said yes bcuz we were looking for a size shoe we knew thered be limited amounts of. Instead of taking time to help us further he just pointed to the wall n said there maybe a few on the wall and walked away. Luckily for us Jyshaun was walking towards us as the other guy was walking away. He asked if he could help us and my bf asked if they had an size 14 or 15 mens nikes. Jyshaun not only helped us by bringing every nike size 14 n 15 from the back to us, but he also went back to look for specific colors my bf was looking for. Im sure im spelling his name wrong, but i hope hecan recognize this review was about him. He deserves to be commended for his outstanding customer service.

Just walked in and no one was trying to sell a shoe to me LOL. I asked for a size 12 for a pair of Nike and was told they didnt have it. The guy didnt even suggest another shoe. Clearly he didnt care about making a sale. Some of the other reviews was positive about this place which was made about a year ago. Clearly management is poor now and days.

I called at 8pm (not a busy hour) and waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up; they finally picked up the phone but immediately hung up right after. I called back 5 minutes later and they did the same thing. Terrible management and customer service.

I ordered shoes in January, left my phone number to call when they arrived in store. They never called so i called multiple times never hearing back after they said they were going to check for them. Finally i called they said they were in i went in the next day and they said they weren’t there. Finally after having to go to women’s footlocker and back to kids footlocker they were found. All the guy had to say to me was “next time better leave your email”. Worst experience with retail i have ever had!
