Not cool, I called the store and asked if they could page my husband and the guy who answered got me an employee same first name, I said I need the customer that is in your store I gave him the name and the music 🎵🎵 went on for a few minutes and they hung up on me, I would have gave them a higher rating if they actually gave my husband the phone!!!

If youre looking at this review whether or not this is a good bump guards I would say it is a decent Farm correct it is very cramped what I have found that most bomb guards are so its got pretty good deals. Staff is actually quite nice. And if youre looking for stuff and you decided to go left versus right on 39 heading toward Norfolk or is it going in right heading toward Omaha and and Skyler then this is a good place to stop for your farm and ranch good.

Fast, friendly farm supply store. If you want to save time ask for what your looking for and you will be taken tight to it. Not sure if its in stock, call and they will physically check for item! Just try to carry large or heavy items out by yourself! You will be stopped and given full service right up to your truck. Quality merchandise at competitive prices. I love my Bomgaars store!

Parking is tight but the store is a lot more open and spaces

Bought a driil bit and 2 drivers here on Sunday. I went and returned them on Wednesday pretty normal right?. Now i check my bank accound and there is no evidence of a return on my account. Go back to the store the lady said it will take minimum 48 hours to get my money back. Really sucks they take ur money out of ur account right away but when u go to take somthing back its like ull get ur money when we feel like giving it back to u. Really...... then the lady is like we can do cash back on anything under $50. I was like cool ill take cash. Then shes like but i already did the return so i cant now yet never said anything about it before this? Terrible return policy confusing and where is this stated on a sign? Nope. On the receipt? Nope. Lastly she pointed at some guy and looked at me like i was sposed to know who this guy was talking to these firefighters or somthing then tried to help the customer behind me to just get me to leave. I feel like i got robbed. Now i have to monitor my bank account to c when or if i get my money. What a joke.

I came to get landscaping logs and was disappointed to see only 5 that were in very poor shape, then noticed you had used all the logs for plant stands, asked and employee if they could be sold was told no.Talked to two other people an they also wanted logs, one wanted 10 the other 5 I wanted 10, loss to Bomgaards $100 and possibly a future customer.
