SERVICE: Terrible. We had an awful waitress. She didn’t smile. She just stared at us until we ordered. Then stared at my husband after she handed him the bill. Finally, we realized she was going to stand there until he handed it back with the payment. He didn’t even get to look it over. 😳😳Not impressed.FOOD: Okay. I would eat the food again however the service ruined everything for us.ATMOSPHERE: It was clean so that was good.

A terrible shopping experience. I couldnt use my gift card there they wouldnt let me get my veteran discount even though I had a veteran ID...I eventually went home and ordered my items on line using the gift card however I wasnt able to use my veteran discount. I will be deleting my app and will never use that business again.

This place has terrible customer service! I went in yesterday and nobody was being helped properly. You damn near have to chase a clerk down to get them to see if they have whatever shoe in your size. Only one employee was helpful. I wish I knew his name but he was the cubby younger guy with glasses. Everyone else would either walk away from you or just act like they dont hear you. I was prepared to buy a few pair and some champion sweat shirts but that whole visit just ruined it for me. Get your customer service up!

The website says the store opens from 10am-6pm on sundays, me and a few customers we’re standing outside the doors in the cold at 11am wondering why the store had not yet opened. I guess nothing in Easton opens on time on sundays

Got Tims and had to swap out few Tims manufacturer defects though store is great and employees.
