We purchased carpet here about a year and a half ago. We wanted to buy local. In a year and a half, we have had the installer back for repairs 5 times. The biggest issue was the very visible seams in my living room, hallway, and doorways to every bedroom. The seam in our hallway was addressed three times due to the seam being horribly exposed, hot glue on top of the carpet and a nail that stuck out. It STILL has not been fixed. The carpet is now coming up from the wall in 3 rooms and remains untacked. Our installer was having surgery on his knees just two weeks after he laid our carpet. He brought both his children to help with the work. At one point when he returned for repairs there was a grandchild and a sister that came to help. I wouldnt have minded it had the issues been fixed.We spent nearly $6,000 and even upgraded our padding. If there was a place to post pictures here I absolutely would. This is an absolute disaster and very upsetting from a local company who no longer wants to address this mess! Save your money, go someplace else, and by all means make sure the installer THEY hire is reputable.

We purchased carpet over a year ago, we put new carpet in every room and an expense of over $5,000. Since the purchase of our carpet they have been out 5 times to fix it. The same problems persist to this day a year a half later. The carpet is bunching up in the corners, it is looking extremely worn in a lot of areas, and there is, what the carpet people call, sprouting continuously throughout every room. We received a letter from them a couple of days ago informing us they were no longer going to help and that they have done everything that they are going to do. I would not recommend these people to anybody, worst experience I could imagine buying carpet.

Worst experience ever!! Installers shower up late, they were using foul language and did a terrible job!!! I could see the seams in the carpet and one seam wasnt even connected. Installer came repaired one seam and gave me a bunch of excuses. Nobody came out to look at the job. Had them take carpet out.The seam that was pulling apart was where the 2 pieces were connected, the long seam was very visible because the installer said he got it to hot when he seemed it together. No effort was made, (except one time in the middle of the day when they asked me if I could be home in 15 minutes), to come repair until I got upset. No customer service!!!

True 5 star experience, nothing short of one of the best customer experiences I have had from start to finish. Came in to see if he could design a custom carpet piece for my living room, and Brian was able to help me find exactly what I needed to design and create the perfect piece for the room. I love it, and most importantly, my wife loves it. He gave me 100% one-on-one attention and was very helpful in explaining all of the qualities of the different carpets to help me pick one out. Great selection of products. Never felt pressured, and didnt try to upsell anything.We had a very short timeline that we needed the piece because we had furniture arriving soon and he personally bent over backward to help accomodate our difficult schedule. Incredible turnaround time, he had the piece cut, delivered to my house by Brian personally, and installed in a little over 24hrs from the first time I set foot in his store. He even stayed extra time to accomodate my hectic schedule that day and made sure everything was situated perfectly before he left.I 100% recommend Brian and their store, and will be using them for carpeting or flooring needs in the future.

Purchased 1300 sqft of corelock synthetic flooring in a dark wood grain. The team at Columbus Carpet helped us find a durable flooring that will last a lifetime (that is water and pet stain proof) with a beautiful look. Their team removed our old carpet, removed all of our wood trim, professionally installed the flooring and replaced the trim at the proper height as if it had never been touched. I would recommend CC&L to anyone looking for quality floor coverings as well as their professional installation.
