Builders FirstSource has potential but just fails to follow through on their own policies. They deliver 20 foot rebar (today) using a forklift which guarantees it will be mangled up. (Not the first mangled delivery from them.) Other companies use a tilting flatbed, which doesnt destroy the rebar.They always say they will call before showing up, but they never do. I would think that they would take a little pride in their profession and not deliver damaged products.

Best lumber company in this area since Justin became in charge, will deliver most anywhere and in a timely manner.

The staff from the office to the guys out back were extremely kind professional! They were at the ready! In my view the need a raid so every person can you give them got opion! Awesome service. Not knowing much we purchased 2 doors from them and they walked thru the process and doubled checked everything. They did everything right and between my contractor and I we ordered the wrong size door. Not knowing what to expect after our mistakes they gave us excellent customer service and took care of our problem. Would give them 1O stars if I could Steve and Russ are great people
