I was in the process of moving.I have had my very large Karastan rug cleaned at this place before even before it was sold. And after it was under new ownership. I was told turn around time was one week,after 10 days I decided to check on the rug. They couldnt find it for 15 mins. Then I was told they think they found it was taken to my rug and they ripped the wrapping paper,that protected it and I was asked to identify it. I said yes, its my rug.They said,good because they lost the tag.I said I would pick it up the next day, and they said no,to remove it today,so I had to scramble to get it picked up. Mind you this was not employee,this was the owner. No apology for losing tag or an offer to deliver for the mistake that they made.They were very rude and I wonder what kind of cleaning job if any, was done .Do you have a valuable wool rug that needs cleaned?.I would not trust it in this place.No attempt was made to understand this return customer.I bet you were hoping I didnt show up just a few more days and you would have placed it to be sold.This company has no integrity.What Jerks!The Original family should take their sign down.

Over the years, K.A. Menendian has done a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our Indian, Iranian, Turkish, Soviet and Chinese rugs. They are very careful, and work well with delicate silk rugs, and the fringe of old rugs.I would strongly recommend them to anyone with lovely rugs that have picked up dirt, gotten damaged, or were unfortunate enough to be under the falling wineglass or still-learning puppy. Given the quality of their work, and the value of the rugs theyre working on, their prices are very reasonable.Drive by and have a talk with them, or bring one of your smaller rugs to be cleaned. Youll be impressed. Im glad that Columbus still has a shop like this.

Thank you to the staff at KA Menendian for saving the day! I recently purchased a rug in their showroom and a week later, spilled coffee all over it! Within the day, they picked up my new rug and had it cleaned for me. Whew! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

In response to the owner,I have been your client of Menendian for 30 some years and had recommended your business to many friends. However, the last few times i have used your services it was not with good results.This is the second rug and a Tunisian tapestry Menendian clean or repair with no good results, perhaps the machine cleaning system used is not for all rugs.if i should blame or be mad at someone, it is myself for keep going there, and not going somewhere else.Also, let me point out that your response for the most part is not accurate, and i am not going to bother to explain any further,since everyone involved in the process already had try hard to cover their back, and not accepting responsibility, in conclusion Menendian lost my business and i would never recommend the company again.

My cat spilled a full cup of coffee on my decades old hand-woven chinese rug. I used baking soda (bad, dont recommend), vinegar (also bad for coffee stains), stain removers, and carpet shampoo only to make it much worse than it originally was. I reluctantly brought it here for a professional cleaning and was surprised by the fair pricing. About $150 for deep clean for an 11 x 7ft rug. They didnt make any promises to fully remove the stain, but they did such a good job I almost have trouble pinpointing where the stain was. They truly brought my rug back to life! The staff was super friendly. They offered more expensive cleanings, but not to the point it was pushy and off putting.TLDR; if you need your rug cleaned, come here!

One of the best rug stores here in Columbus. They have a great selection to find what youre looking for and let us take samples home to test out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They also share a building with a furniture store. Prices are a bit high but thats because of the quality youre getting.

If you have good rugs, and you have pets, you need this rug cleaning service.
