Great products and the service was wonderful. I was particularly impressed by the gentlemen that installed our vinyl flooring. Not only did they rip up the old flooring, they prepped the cement base, put in the new flooring, then the quarter round and then reattached half our molding which was not properly installed when we moved in.

They did my carpet for me a couple of years ago they pulled up the old dispose of it put in a new and I love you now I need my kitchen done

Used Budget Carpet & Flooring to have our stairs and full upstairs re-carpeted. Conrad came with just the perfect amount of samples (not too many where theres analysis paralysis) and a solid knowledge of the products. The install took only a few hours and was so easy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. I cant speak to pricing because we didnt shop around. However, the end cost was right around where we were expecting.

They came to my place with several samples of pile/color options based on what I told them I “might be interested in”. I’m convinced they have something for everyone. This is my third flooring purchase from this family owned business. The service is the BEST and prices are the same or better than the chain stores. You can take samples home with you for 24 hours and they will come to your house as well. Our vinyl plank flooring installation in our kitchen had lots of corners and specific cuts. It’s perfect. Keith and his crew did a great job installing vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen and family room. They were meticulous in measuring and cutting the planks and the results were fantastic! I really appreciated that, instead of installing the quarter round shoe molding I had purchased, Keith took the extra time to show me that the shoe molding did not cover the gap between the floor and the baseboard and together we came up with a better solution. I recently purchased carpet with Budget carpet and flooring through the Costco program. A representative (Amy) was assigned to me and came to my house to take detailed measurements and find out exactly what I was looking for. She brought samples and really helped put my mind at ease over my selections. Since we were still recovering from covid lockdowns it took about a month for the carpet ordered to arrive and get on the installation schedule. The day of installation budget carpet called to let me know they were on their way. It was a mostly an all-day install and the men were extremely professional and careful when moving my furniture. I LOVE my new carpet and it feels sooo soft under my bare feet. Since this went thru Costco I was assured of a competitive price. I also received at % back of my sale price in the form of a Costco gift card! I would absolutely recommend budget carpet even if I didn’t have a Costco account. They were professional and attentive to my needs.

The process was bearable and relatively pain free. Everyone worked with us and when there was a glitch, the owner came out to the house personally and helped with a solution which was implemented before day’s end.My wife was so pleased that she wants to use the company for the carpet replacement later in the coming year! We had a wonderful experience with Budget Carpet and Flooring! We moved into our house last fall and knew we wanted to replace the basement carpet. The project involved tearing out old carpet and replacing several rooms with new carpeting. We have used chain hardware stores in the past and weren’t overly impressed so I was excited to find Budget Carpet. They were awesome from start to finish. From the first phone call, the measurements/consultation, to the installation, we had absolutely no problems. The carpet looks awesome and we were very happy with the price. We have worked with many different companies and contractors in the past and Budget is one of the best. We will definitely use them for future projects.

Well, they lived up to their great reviews! This was our first big home project so naturally we were a little nervous. BCF really made it a great experience and easy process from start to finish. Conrad was great to work with and brought samples to us. He was super patient as we were new homeowners and very unfamiliar with buying carpet and all the options. He was helpful, but not pushy, which I appreciated. They called within a day or two to schedule our install and since we were more than a few weeks out, we had our pick of day and time. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up everything and had the place back to how it was before they started, but with much better carpet! We didn’t do a lot of shopping around, but the price seemed fair.

Amy did our estimate and pointed out any problem areas they might encounter ...so we were aware of them before work started.The installation crew headed by Keith was great. They were pleasant to work with, paid attention to even the small details and were always prompt and professional.

We got our hardwood floor installed in Spring of 2020. We scheduled our appointment just before Covid hit. Unfortunately, with Covid going on our appointment got pushed back for awhile and I had to eventually call to schedule it again when I saw they were posting on their Facebook they were back in business. They came and installed half of the job, saying they ran out of the flooring and would be back next week. When they never showed up, we became concerned and started calling. They said they werent sure when they could fit us in the schedule to finish the job. Our floor did remain unfinished for a few weeks until they could squeeze us in. Covid was crazy, and difficult for everyone- especially businesses. So we do understand that it must have been a crazy time, but wish the communication was better on that part.The customer service/guys who installed our floors were great. Very personable. I actually enjoyed having them into my house because they were so friendly.We chose the flooring we did because we were told it was good for people with dogs and children. We do have twins and 2 dogs, so this was important to us.Im not expert with flooring, but I do believe it should last longer and look good for longer than a year? Unfortunately, our floor has scratches. And not tiny little scratches, but huge white streaks that are super noticeable. We are not even sure what caused this. The dogs bed was in one area, so maybe the dog bed rubbing against the floor? There are also spots of separation, where the boards move and then gaps appear. The gaps are big enough for crumbs and such to fall into, so the gap is pretty noticeable.We are just really bummed with the quality and wish this flooring held up a bit better - especially because it hasnt even been a year yet.

I called this place last Monday 03/23 and they were able to send someone out that day to give me a quote to replace my carpet. Michael Yoder arrived at my house and was so helpful. He sent me a quote through my email that day. I called back the next day, to let them know we would like to proceed and they were able to fit us in that Friday. I had done my research and was pleased to see they had the best price on the product I wanted - a glue-down stone looking vinyl tile in a herringbone pattern, and also hired them to do the installation. Still a five star in my book.

Budget provided us with a beautiful product. From day one at the Showroom- the lady who helped us pick out our flooring, and everyone from the company we encountered were more than friendly and helpful. Tim helped us through what was an easy and quick estimate process. The price seemed very fair and I would recommend them to others. The workers were right on time ready to work. They gladly replaced a plank on day 2 that we noticed had bubbled up the night before.

Our experience with Budget carpet was great they took their time with us picking out carpet and very nice people. The Installer was an expert. He took his time, clean up was great. Polite we really love our carpet. Thanks Budget.
