Oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 0700. I arrived at 0645 so the engine could cool for 15 minutes. They pulled it in right at 0700 and was done by 0802. There was plenty of time to drive my wifes car back to her and make it on time for work. And they honored the maintenance package.

Sales and service both lied about what they would do. Shop couldnt find an air leak in a tire, added air and said it was fixed, took me 5 minutes to find once home. They want to act like a dealer but say you have to go to a real dealer for service.

Absolutely abysmal communication I dropped my car off on a Monday morning at 7 after they were unable to support my original appointment. By Thursday afternoon they were finished with my car and did not contact me a single time with an update. I called on Wednesday to request an update and was promised a phone call by the end of the day and didnt hear a thing. When I went in person on Thursday to pick my car up they had it ready but still had not contacted me. I could not be more disappointed with the service I received!Edit: if they didnt do anything but take my car for most of a week at least they didnt charge me anything.

They lost the paperwork for the purchase of my brand new 2021 Hyundai. Therefore almost 3 months later I still dont have tag or title. I was out of state when my temp tag expired so needless to say my car was illegal.

Had 2 vehicles in for service and one needed a water pump . The one with the water pump still leaking, the other one was covered in oil and diesel fuel on the frame and they did not check the airfilter and who knows what else. . The biggest problem was the service manager Darby .
Appt was at 830am..car was still sitting where I left it at 10am. I left, after leaving, a tech came in got vehicle behind me and pulled it into the bay..why make an appt if u cant even get into the bay within 30 mins of appt time..super frustrated and disappointed..maybe Im not understanding how appointments work🤷🏾♀️🙄

They offer vehicles at slightly lower prices but they charge $700 for Document Handling and $100 for Electronic Filing (plus taxes for both). Total BS fees. Would understand if it was about $200 for both but this is outrages. The staff said that corporate makes these decisions and that they cant do anything about it.

I completed KBB assessment to receive cash offers for my car. Corresponded online with Chris Herring, in Columbus, about acquiring an appraisal to sale my car. I completed the autonationsonline assessment in which I received a ball park amount. Chris then reiterated that its a ball park figure and the amount shown is for a car that is sight unseen so it will be lower. To bring the car in to have an appraisal completed. I mentioned that I live in Albany, 1.5 hrs away, and I am not interested in wasting my time or his. He assured me that my time wouldnt be waisted and the drive would be worth it and then asked me the ball park I am looking to receive which I commented atleast 6k. Its a 2013 civic exl no wrecks, one owner, non smoking, owned free and clear with 139k miles. I arrived and requested to see Chris, and I was Informed he wasnt available. So I gave my information to a young lady that said she would assist me with the appraisal. All in all after 20 to 30 mins she came back with the amount of 5k. I politely declined and showed myself out. A waste of a drive and my time. I will not return nor send business their way. I know my vehicle is worth atleast 7k. Not the type of people I will do business with in the future and I would advise others not to either.
Seriously are these paid reviews?? First you need a “appointment” to get your oil changed. An hour later after your “appointment” time my car hasn’t moved. The guys in the service department are very nice and the jobs done well. Just know your “appointment” is like a rainbow unicorn. It doesn’t exist and you will wait with the other 10 people who were given the same “appointment”.

I had a great experience in Service at AutoNation! I didnt know if I had a problem or not with my Yellow Fiat 500 Pop, I was just told at my last oil change that a particular area should be checked. This would have been an excellent opportunity for a dealership to tell me I needed some bogus work done, as has happened to me before at other places. AutoNation was HONEST! They did a full inspection without charging me and also completed a pending recall. I would definitely recommend their services!!
