Had nitrogen air put in my tires was recommend during a service visit. Had never heard of it. I can tell the difference glad I did. Also the fact that I dont have to worry about get air in my tires during the winter is a plus.

We were vacationing in Hocking Hills when our vehicles engine blew. The staff at Dave Gill Chevrolet, in particular our salesperson, Steve Hammond, were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to get us into a new Trailblazer to make our drive back home to Southern Indiana. What could have been an even more stressful experience turned out to be one of the best vehicle buying experiences weve ever had. Cant express how grateful we are to everyone at Dave Gill Chevrolet and you never know, we just might make the 5 hour drive all the way back to do business again. You cant go wrong with this top-notch organization.

Could not fully diagnose and repair issue withmy brand new Tahoe. It was released to me still making loud noise. Don’t feel comfortable driving it but don’t have a choice. Also The panel on the right side of dash on passenger side was off and laying on floor for some reason with no explanation. I have picture if you’d like to see it. Car wasn’t washed when returned which isn’t that big of a deal but every other dealership I’ve worked with washes the car after service. Again not terribly important. Just another thing evidencing lack of professionalism and customer service.

A series of unfortunate events led us to Dave Gill Chevrolet in Columbus, Ohio. My family and I planned a trip to explore the Hocking Hills area. Little did we know that our 2014 GMC Terrain’s timing belt would snap in half causing the engine to lose compression and blow. To make matters even more complicated we live 6 hours away from Columbus 😱We decided to buy a new vehicle rather than repair our Terrain due to cost, mileage and age. We started an Edmunds research online narrowing down the new Chevy Trailblazers and Miranda from the Dave Gill reached out to us about a Trailblazer on the lot, held it for us until we could get there (a whole other story)We pulled up, there it was in all its glory with a cute sign hanging saying “Welcome Bolins” and Steve Hammond came out to greet us. The vehicle was gorgeous in Zeus Bronze and was fun to drive. Travis came out and said what do we need to do for you. I said we need a way home and someone to take the Terrain, done and done! We were an easy sale 😉😉From the start Steve and Travis made us feel welcome and like family, they listened, sympathized and sold us an awesome vehicle. It was a wonderful experience and unparalleled customer service. We are home safe and sound enjoying the new ride!

During a time when people are experiencing so many changes, the smallest things can make a big difference. Dave Gills leadership has yet to offer a simple apology for selling a bad used car that broke after a couple of months to a fellow coworker. Unfortunately, her truck is still at the dealership with no timeframe given on a repair and to think that an expression of compassion or consideration from sales, service, or finance was not offered. As stated on the Dave Gill website in the About Us section, their commitment to customer service is confusing and contradictory. Most individuals would see this promise and pledge as a direct, one-on-one interaction between a consumer who made the purchase and the company. This direct interaction is a critical factor in ensuring buyer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. You would think someone would at least offer a phone call after a purchase of a vehicle that is now not working after a short 90 days. Heartbreaking

I had a great experience purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Volt from Mike Kirkham at Dave Gill Chevrolet. Due to low inventory in my area, I had to purchase this vehicle from out of state, which could have been a stressful experience. However, Mike made the experience a great one! They were upfront with exact costs and expectations, and they followed through with all of my requests and I was able to return to get the vehicle the next week with zero surprises. Their team are well versed on electric vehicles which made me comfortable that the vehicle was well inspected and re-conditioned. Mike was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great communication before, during and after the sale. Highly recommended!

While they did verify the problem was with the wiper motor as I had told them I was charged $109 which was even higher than Toyota charges for diagnostics. Then I was told this simple part would take a week or more to obtain. Are you kidding? So Ill have to reschedule once it comes in and do this all over again. Next other companies apply the diagnostic fee to the repair to help defray costs, but you do not. Lastly is that Im told the cost of the wiper motor is $350 which is outrageous, then about $250 for installation, again outrageous. Ill get this fixed but likely wont be back for my next repair. Id hate to hear the cost had it been something a little more extensive. Signed, unsatisfied customer.

The selection of vehicles was slim due to the current situation (COVID-19). However, I did find a vehicle that I like. The salesman Mike was great. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all to buy a new vehicle . The staff was very friendly. They did not have any mark ups due to the current crisis going on. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by and at least give them a chance.

I had an excellent experience here. This was not the first car I purchased, but my first experience at a dealership and financing. When I arrived, I was shown to Cartavian and he remained my point of contact throughout the entire process. I arrived knowing what I want, so we went straight into a demo of the car. Cartavian easily answered my questions about the infotainment system and various controls. He also just showed a passion for cars, rattling off the unique features that differentiated the model of car I was looking at from others. Once we were inside doing the financial aspect of the purchase, I met a few more folks who were also courteous but was still mostly with my dedicated sales rep. You can expect to be asked about several upgrades or protections for the car (multiple times), but I think this is to be expected. These options and their benefits were well explained and whether I said yes or no, I felt my answer was accepted without undue pressure. Overall, it took me about half a day to purchase the car, although I did have an extended test drive to go meet my Wife, so it could have been faster if not for that. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchasing process and would not hesitate to send someone to Dave Gill if they were in the market for a car.

What a Rock solid experience! I have purchased close to 20 cars in my life and I can without a doubt say this has been the best experience I have had at any dealership. My wife and I walked in with no appointment and were greeted immediately by two people ready to help. The main sales person who helped me was Zach. I was encouraged to take my time looking over the vehicle I was interested in and after the test drive I decided to purchase. The best part about the experience is I never felt mislead or left sitting in a chair wondering what was going on behind the curtain. They were very transparent and I was made aware of every step of the process as it was happening. After the process I was congratulated by the members of the team including people I did not work with. It was genuinely like everyone working was invested in my experience. They knew what car I purchased and genuinely congratulated me as I left the dealership. No pressure sales, incredibly fair prices without having to haggle, and genuinely great customer service. I was looking for a stable car purchasing experience and that is what I got. I guess you could say Zach was my Rock. (If you know you know) :)

They had a truck that I was looking at. I was working with a nice salesman, that I had no issues with, and the used vehicle sales manager Travis.Couple issues:1)Advertised a certified used vehicle that has yet to go through service and their checklist to be Certified. Pretty sure this is false advertising and will be following up with the Attorney General on this.2)Came back with an INSANE interest rate. This was double the interest rate I was quoted on a similar truck just a week prior at a different dealership thus skyrocketing what I figured my payment would roughly come out to.3)Someone added an optional insurance to cover exterior paint and interior fabric, which was NEVER even discussed.4)When Travis and I had last spoke, I asked him what all I needed to bring to take the truck home tonight and he stated just proof of insurance and my down payment. I did my part and got my insurance set up, I still wanted to discuss my interest rate but regardless, I told when I arrived that I could not even take the vehicle home as it still hadnt gone through service.THIS IS BAD BUSINESS practices and a prime example of the negative reputation car salesman/managers have.

Salesman, Scott Hall called me about turning in my leased vehicle early. And looking into another vehicle to lease. Scott found me a new 2021 Trailblazer that I was interested in on their lot. Scott, Lisa in finance, the manager were able to work out a great deal & payment for Anita and I. So we took the deal/offer, and picked up our new Trailblazer that evening. The oil change was great. The install was great. I went to look for the emblems I got switched out a day later assuming the parts requested to swap for would be placed in my trunk. The parts were paid for and should have been given back or at least asked if I wanted to keep them since it costs so much. $250! No parts there. I definitely should have made a request to receive those back but assumed that was a given. I never received a response to my text message about the part, I let it go.

I took my car in for an oil change, recall, and 2 tires. I was told the service would take about 2 hours but no loaner would be available, so I had to drive 2 vehicles from an hour away. After I checked the car in, I was again told it would only take 2 hours. After running some errands, I arrived at the dealership 2 hours AFTER the car was supposed to be done, but was told it would take another half hour. I went down the street to waste some time, and they called me 20 minutes later. I’m a little disappointed that when I bought the car I was told that for anything longer than an oil change, I could get a loaner car since I’m not local. I’ll probably just take my car to the local chevy dealer from now on.

I have been taking my car there for years, and never had any issues this time they tried to over charge me for an air filter, then did not clean there plastic and paper mate up . the worst was my car started making noise, the was not when I bought it in, so took it back and all they said was were sorry if we did it. ugh then they didnt even know were my car was parked so walking around in my surgical boot i found it never again 😒

By far the best used vehicle purchase experience weve ever had! We worked with them over the phone on everything including negotiations as we live an hour and a half away. Tracey Saura- AMAZING!Our experience started out much different than it ended.My husband has been wanting a truck and we had seen that you had a few different ones so we were excited to head there. We arrived Saturday the 28th around 330 or so and a man walked out very quickly and asked my husband Dave, Hi, are you John? Dave answered No, Im Dave, but... and just like that without another word this man walked right passed us and went to another vehicle pulling in (which was John). He did not say that hed be right with us, or assure wed get helped. He just walked passed and kept on going. Because he had approached us no one else did and so we were very irritated and decided we would go to another dealership that had a few options as well and as we reversed a lady named Tracey ran us down and asked if were helped and apologized on behalf of the other gentleman. She professionally asked for the opportunity to make it up to us and show us the trucks you had available. Im so glad she took control and waved us down. She is INCREDIBLE! I have not one negative thing to say about her. She was very indifferent, super helpful, informative and if she didnt know she was honest and found out, and truly from start to finish (helping us set up on star etc) she was flawless. You have a true gem in her. She is the most personable car sales agent I have ever encountered which is what makes her so great. I found and reached Christian while I was out of the country after searching for a similarly equipped Colorado ZR2 for weeks. He was very helpful and assured me that the vehicle would be ready when I got there. My arrival was delayed by a week after my travel plans were disturbed by the volcano eruption in St. Vincent.When I arrived, All staff were friendly and welcoming and the vehicle was almost ready and waiting for me. Not satisfied with service. Took a week and half to get parts. Got my car on a Thursday it went back in shop on on Tuesday. Wasnt getting updates had to keep calling to find out what was going on because were not being returned. Dont know whats wrong with my car if engine light comes back on bring it back in AGAIN. Arent you the dealership? Shouldnt you figure out why my engine light is on? God forbid it has to go back to the shop but if it does it wont be this dealership. FIRESTONE IS A BETTER OPTION!!

He was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about their cars. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Overall I hate car shopping and he made me feel comfortable. I found a car I was interested in on the lot in June of this year. I went to the lot and met with a sales man named Todd Gray who was very helpful and knowledgable. I took the test car for a test drive and liked it. When I cam back I met with Travis Travis the pre owned manager. I advised Travis I liked the car however the price was higher than I was willing to pay. I told him what I was willing to pay(cash) and was not able to pay any more. Travis stated he would come down $400, however I said we would have to part as friends because that was not enough off for the car with its options. A week or two later Travis texted me and stated he could come down to a certain price, which was still $1400 over what I advised I could pay him. A few more weeks passed and the price of the car had come down some so I went in with my son so he could see it and take a ride in it. When we came in it was without an appointment and my salesman Todd was busy with another customer so we worked with Mike Kirkham. Mike was helpful getting us the keys and a plate. But of course threw in the statement, well I just had someone in here that was pretty serious about it earlier today. We took the car for a ride and enjoyed it and liked. it. Upon returning to the dealership we sat down with Mike who asked if we liked it and wanted to buy it, I said yes to both. However, I stated I could not pay the current price. He said why its a low mileage car and we just lowered the price. I advised him cars from that year with those miles are not considered low mileage. I advised that a car with 20,000 less miles was considered low for the same money they were asking. Mike replied in a mocking voice maybe you should go buy that one then. At that point I looked at my son and said I guess its time to leave, and we did. Two weeks later Travis texted again and asked if I could pay a certain amount for the car. The price was close to what I had told him on my first visit. I relayed my interaction with Mike. He apologized and then again asked if I wanted to buy the car. I advised what my current situation was and never heard anything back. I assumed I would get a return text saying ok thanks or I get it. I know car shopping is different in the day and age but I felt I was treated rudely.

My windshield wipers quit working while I was driving to work. I immediately called the service department at Dave Gill Chevrolet (where I purchased the vehicle in 2014) I spoke with Evan. I explained the issue and asked if this could be taken care of today (the day before Thanksgiving). Evan advised me to bring my vehicle in and they would look at it. Evan was a consummate professional from beginning to end. I have always had great experiences with the service Department at Dave Gill Chevrolet. I waited 2 hours from start to finish in the waiting area, which is always very clean and comfortable. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Dave Gill Chevrolet in a couple of months. Great experience and I LOVE the 2017 Bolt I purchased here on Saturday! Really nice staff, all of them, and I very much appreciated their following safety rules during the pandemic. Masks, distancing were standard and made me feel very safe as a customer. I feel they played it straight, which I also appreciate. Drove out from Pittsburgh to get the car and it was absolutely worth it. Had a similar car on order with Carvana but canceled it, happily, after buying from a dealer that really knows its EVs. I get treated good most the time that I come to Dave Gill. I’ve only had one time that I had an issue.All though this last time I was there I realized that I had this same issue back in 2019 and both times this was a recall issue.So I was charged for it back in 2019, but they did not charge me for it this time.So Chad is now submitting this to GM to find out if they are going to refund me the money for this.I am hoping that it gets taken care of without any problem.So if they take care of this that will definitely satisfy me for sure.I have been getting my car serviced here since I’ve bought my car.Thank you for your good service.

Unfortunately I was in a car accident and my car was sent to the Dave Gill collision center in which Brad took quick action to fix the damages. After doing a thorough inspection, Brad noticed there was much more extensive damage than reported. The adjuster decided to total out my car. Because Brad was so nice, thorough and didnt just take the minimal damages reported at face value, it made me want to come there to shop for a new car hoping for another great experience. Today, I finally went to get a new car and was warmly greeted by my salesman, Mr. Todd Gray who immediately made me feel welcomed. Todd, didnt immediately try to sell me a car, he asked general questions, listened to my needs, etc. Todd answered every question I had, actually caring about the quality and type of car I was getting and he did everything in his power to get me in the car I wanted, which he did. We compared different cars to help me narrow down my decision. Todd was there every step of the way. I went in at 6PM and was done by 830.Now, on to the lovely Mrs. Sylvia, the Business Manager/Finance guru who sits in the glass house and who I affectionately say got the juice. She is very funny, caring and will DEFINITELY pull every stop possible to get you financed with the best interest rate and car payment possible. She is very honest and will tell you exactly what is needed etc. Mrs. Sylvia dont play, although shell tell you shes only been there 2 days, shes actually been there 30 years and her experience and knowledge is impeccable. From the beginning to end of this experience I felt important, special and cared about. I could tell that Dave Gill takes pride in world class top notch customer service. Thank you. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

Just wanted to say how are impressed I was with the sale staff at Dave Gill. Scott Hall was outstanding. I have a very busy work schedule and I work from home. I wanted to see a specific truck and said I would not be able to see till the weekend. Scott brought the truck to me and took pictures of my trade in and gave me a full run down of the truck I was looking at. He answered all my questions and my wife and daughter’s questions. He treated my family with so much respect and patiently talked them through everything. A couple of times. I would highly recommend Scott Hall. Dave Gill Chevrolet is probably the best dealership in the nation. Im from Atlanta, GA and flew up to Columbus, Ohio to purchase a C7 Z06. The sales rep Matt Ringlien communicated with me the whole way and took extra pictures for me. I was picked up at the airport from them and my car was waiting for me in a special room as seen in the pictures. It was fully detailed, gassed up ready for my 9 hour trip back to Atlanta, GA. Sylvia in finance was awesome. Straight forward, honest, and extremely helpful. Heck, everyone was. Super nice staff, friendly family environment, no frills. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have recently had a total engine replacement on my 2013 Chevy Equinox and Chad was my advisor and he was awesome he answered all of my questions and him and his techs completed the work efficiently. I definitely recommend Dave Gill and if any services needed in that area definitely try to get Chad and the receptionist to are also great very nice and understanding. I highly recommend them!

1st let me say that my car told on me to your dealership. My visit was very pleasant they explained everything they did. The one thing that bothered me was they cleaned the windows inside but did not vacuum which I found strange. Overall service was excellent Ill be back again hopefully I will beat the car to the punch.
