Andrew at the Sawmill location is the real deal. Friendly. Attentive. Smiling. Respectful. I was skeptical when I drove by their store and read the sign that says they will pay more than CarMax. But they did and paperwork was quick and easy. There was an item I was missing that should have been included with the car and Andrew even volunteered to personally pickup the part from our house instead of me having to drive back to drop it off. Great service. Would do business with them again.
