I went there looking for a new vehicle. The selections were good. The attendant, Dusty, was very attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient with me as I went through about 6-7 different vehicles. Dusty and the manager were able to work with me in terms of pricing and we negotiated a great out-the-door cash price for the vehicle I wanted. I did end up purchasing a car from them. As i said Good luck getting your title before the temp tags expire. purchased december 4th they waited untill janurary the 2nd to process title within legal limits sure but no reason to take that long and just so happens the title was supposedly processed on the day i called asking about it

My fiancé bought a car and while we are pleased with that and the salesman, when we left to get cash for purchasing the vehicle we missed the turn on the way back and accidentally turned into Auto Medics lot a few doors down. The “owner” or “employee” pulled up on our car while we have thousands of dollars on us and starts yelling “why are you in my lot!” We try to explain we were turning around and quickly pull off in fear of being robbed in such a high crime area and the man in the silver hummer follows us home!!! After taking a picture of the mans license plate he stopped screaming at us and left and after calming down we returned to purchase the car. When telling the employees of the auto mall, they all were very concerned and in awe at the situation. One of them said it has happened to a past customer also. I walked outside to call the cops while the hummer stared me down from two lots over and when I put the phone to my ear they pulled off. While walking back in I noticed the owner of the auto mall had followed me to the door and was watching me as I called the cops outside. As I walked in he seemed a little aggravated and asked what I was doing, I told him “calling the cops.” I’m happy with the car and service from the salesman, I felt that the owner was sketchy and not concerned enough with his customers well being, only with money (which I will never give to them or auto medics again) Especially if this has happened twice. I hope if you choose to give them your business you aren’t harassed by their neighbors and if you are, sorry for your bad luck because no one will stand up for you including the Columbus auto mall, Columbus police, or auto medics management.
