If I could give the dealership negative stars, I would. Went in to purchase a Buick Encore for my parents and saw the price for the Encore I wanted online. Showed a $3500 discount due to it being a demo unit. My parents were going to take advantage of the 0% financing so the $1000 cash allowance did not apply to them. After looking at the vehicle, salesman goes back to talk with manager and work the numbers. Not sure why they need to work the numbers when the price is cleary stated on their website. To my shock (which I should not be shocked), they said the price of the vehicle should be the full price and that the $3500 was not available. So, kind of like the the old bait and switch or even false advertising. I will never buy a vehicle from them and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy a vehicle from this dealership. And to think I was in the market for a 2022 GMC Yukon XL Denali and wanted to trade in my current vehicle and might have used Wahlberg Buick GMC. Thank goodness I had this experience so I could determine this is not the dealership to use. And just so everyone can see what I am talking about, I attached screen shots from my computer showing the dealer discount of $3500 and comparing it to the Purchase Allowance (only available if you do not use GM financing).

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service I was given when I arrived at Buick GMC Service Center although I came in thinking 12 pm was my scheduled appointment for my oil change and tire rotation while the appointment was for 2 pm. He was very polite and calm very helpful with making sure my car was attended to even though I came in before my appointment time. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nina and I wouldnt recommend anyone else. She is absolutely amazing and I left feeling like we had been friends for years and not just a customer. As much as I enjoyed her selling me my car, I couldnt help but notice how few customers there were on the Buick side and I think as a company, you are wasting her talents being on the Buick side. Being in business myself and knowing that Chevy deals are more prominent than Buick, she needs to be on the other side of the road working the sales floor. ***BUYER BEWARE***Absolute TERRIBLE experience!! Spent 2 days on the phone negotiating a deal since I live 3 hours away. Put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck I wanted. After driving 3hrs to test drive before I bought the truck - it had 22,000 MORE miles than the website stated. No one seemed to catch that…wonder what else they aren’t checking with the vehicles you purchase. Dealership stated they would make it right by offer another truck, only to try and charge me $2100 more for a model that was a year older - yeah right. Finally decided to leave and the manager wouldn’t even look me in the eye when refunding my deposit. Sales rep was fine, not her fault. Terrible management is what it boils down to - would NOT recommend.

We went to mark wahlberg campers next door to it. They have a great variety of campers. A nice selection of A-liners, little guy campers and nucamp campers as well as very large campers.A interesting place to check out if your in with the camping crowd.
I was satisfied with the service that was provided although when I received a call by Mr. Campbell I was approached with a price for installing the part without checking to see if there were any type of warranty or recall. Now I was in automotive service for 21 years and I was taught to always check and see what was covered before approaching the customer with a price. So with that being said I kinda felt that an attempt to collect some money was happening now I hope that wasn’t the case, but all in all it was a good service experience no harm no foul.

I am 59 years old and this was the absolute WORST experience Ive EVER experienced when dealing with a car dealership. It took 5 trips to Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC of Columbus (Mark Wahlberg Buick) for something that took less than 5 minutes to complete. There was a total lack of communication with me, the customer, as well as internally. Apparently they have never heard of the buck stops here or taking individual ownership and accountability for ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience because in each instance it was always someone elses fault as to why they could not provide the promised service on each of the 5 times I went to the dealership. Please note that I only went to the dealership after being told to do so by the multiple individuals I spoke with. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Promises are made but not kept. I will NOT take my car to be serviced at Mark Wahlberg Buick for ANY reason. I will find another dealership in the Columbus, Ohio area as I have NO FAITH and NO TRUST in Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC of Columbus ability to do the job in a professional and honest manner. I belong to a customer experience group (250,000+ people) wherein we rate our customer experience with businesses and I will definitely share my personal experience and warn group members to steer clear of Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC of Columbus. I will be contacting the owner of the dealership to share my experiences as well. What really infuriates me is that now that this horrible customer experience is over they are chasing me down for a favorable survey response. If they had exhibited this manner of courtesy, care and concern throughout the entire process my personal experience would have been much better. And a heads-up to the viewing audience - make sure when completing paperwork for your car that you include ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, no matter how small, that the dealership promises you in the What We Owe You portion of the paperwork. I did not include or list the KEY FOB I was promised in this section so now I must pay out of pocket for a second key fob for my car. I also had to continuously ask the dealership to provide an owners manual for the car and each time they acted as if it were a new request. I did finally get the owners manual but even that was a chore in itself. Whoever heard of a car dealership doing this!? Never mind that I spent $40K at the dealership and still have temporary tags on my car. I am normally a very patient person but my patience was severely tested during this process. Whatever you are promised, GET IT IN WRITING! Shame on me for putting my faith and trust in this dealership but, even more importantly, shame on Mark Wahlberg Buick GMC of Columbus for allowing this to play out in this manner. A culture of customer care starts and stops at the top. The careless manner in which this dealership has dealt with me is appalling. I still have my temporary tags on the car so I can only imagine how much worse the customer care/experience will be in the future although there is really no lower bar that can set at this time.

Took my car in for price on brakes (they were grinding) and sound from one of rt side tires. left the car. had to get neighbor to meet me/bring me back home. they called later said to do brakes (pads and rotors all 4 wheels) new tires (one was supposedly showing the radial) a radiator flush and some fuel system something was $2900!!!!! the brakes alone was almost 1400. told them that was too much, he offered to work with me, and cut 200 off.wow. asked when i could pick up the car as is, was told it was disassembled and would not be put together till next day. i had to get stuff out of it for work, was told i could do that. went there, they COULD NOT FIND THE CAR. after 15 min of looking etc the car was located, in the back, fully assembled. then, they COULD NOT FIND THE KEY. another 10 or so min, they found it, on a random mechanics desk. i took the car, and had another, non dealership, mechanic, do brakes for 580. that is less than half what they wanted to do the job. mark wahlberg should stick to acting. i will NEVER do business with this place, they lie, over charge and didnt even apologize for the we cant find your car/keys deal.

Had a pretty good experience getting my premium SUV sorted out. Really appreciated the free drop off and pick up service at my home! Prices were really fair for my vehicle type — comparable with other shops in the area. It was super easy to make an appointment. Happy with the results.Got an oil change, and alignment, during which they also took a look at the brakes. Only one star less because I had to do a little more research into my vehicle to know whether or not the extra services being recommended were truly essential. Spent about 30 minutes looking into my vehicle history, the Carfax, called my previous dealer, and found out that certain services either hadn’t been performed when they should’ve been by the previous owner 30K miles prior, or were due in the next two months.The communication from MWB-GMC was decent, if not a little lacking in details, a little slow, and very matter-of-fact, which in a business like this is probably to be expected since you’re managing multiple vehicles/clients all at the same time. Would’ve preferred a call > text when they were recommending extra services, but understand why that’s not the norm.All in all, will definitely be coming back!

Ultimately, he found me a fantastic car that was exactly what I wanted. The rest of the staff was very friendly and made every attempt to be as efficient as possible. Great dealer. Great prices. My GMC Canyon had a couple problems that I didnt noticed until a few days later after I bought it, but they took care of everything. Car runs smooth now.
Was traveling through the area and ended up with my car not starting. Tried jump starting and letting e battery charge but it won’t even attempt to start. Called the closes GMC dealer at 6:00pm which was only a few miles down the road. Joe, one of the Service Writers answered the phone. Recommended I get it towed in and they would look at it in the morning. Recommended a tow service that also deserves 5*. Got a text shortly after 7:30am letting me know he had the car and call if I need anything. By 11:30 they confirmed that battery was shot and were ready to repair with approval. Half hour later car was ready and a courtesy driver was picking me up

Both of my vehicles are getting long in the tooth (6 & 10 years old) and I appreciate the dealership keeping them current in terms of recommended maintenance. Recently they made a mistake (recommending a service that I didnt need) and once I pointed that out, they quickly responded with an apology and a reimbursement.

Went for oil change & tire rotation. When I dropped the truck off was asked if I wanted a quick carwash, didn’t happen. Then tires couldn’t be rotated because of a supposedly missing lug nut key ( that I found in the middle console when I looked). Was still charged full price for service. Employees were very nice and welcoming but it seemed like folks were in a hurry to end the day even though I had an appointment.First time I experienced this from the dealership. I have been taking my truck there for service since I bought it from another dealer. I hope it was a one time incident and not something to be expected.

The sales manager was terrific! Instead of trying to pressure me into a car I didnt want he said he would locate what I was wanting. In the end I ended up buying one off the showroom floor but that was my choice. The salesman seemed a bit inexperienced but has the signs of being excellent! Very good demeanor and very helpful.
