Ben and Beau were amazing to deal with. If you can, stay away from Tony the sales manager because he is a narcissist. Tony said one thing on the phone, but when it came time to buy it was different. After I put my deposit down he also wouldn’t send me a copy of the bill of sale. Probably because he knew I would see he wasn’t honoring the deal he said on the phone. Tony is also a connoisseur of pressure sales tactics and acting like he can do no wrong. Classic narcissistic behavior.
I initially spoke with Miriam who sent me a couple links of GMC Sierras on there lot. Patrick Ryan one of the sales managers spoke with me on the phone and set me up to work with Randy R. They greeted me when I walked in and although we had to haggle a little on trade in value it all worked out in the end and I upgrade to a 2021 GMC Sierra with the Elevation Package. Steve Lindsay even came out and took a nice picture and thanked me for my purchase. My 6 year old truly enjoyed ringing the Bell for purchasing a new vehicle. Bill with finance was very down to earth and informative on what he was doing as far as extended warranty and all of that. My son had just totalled his car and we needed to replace it. With the used car market the way it is now this was not an easy task, but we went to Lindsay Buick today and Glenn Kirk was the most helpful salesman I have ever had in purchasing a car. He helped my son find a very nice used car in very good shape. He also took the extra time to give my son a quick education on credit which I really appreciated as a parent. I bought my Buick at this location in January 2021. I just took it in for service. Excellent experience with the service department. It is easy to pull in and out of. I was checked in promptly. They quickly completed service and check out was quick and organized. It was also more affordable than I expected. I would highly recommend!
I was going to give them a 5 star but my experience went for good to not so good. My sales person Starr was able to get me a good deal. Going over the numbers I explained I did not want a the corrosion coverage offered and I signed declining the service. Once, I sat with finance I explained again I did not want corrosion service. After getting home and looking over my contract, I recognized an unclear amount. The next day I return to the dealership requesting an explanation, however Starr did not help, she sent me to finance. Finance explained the amount was the corrosion service, I showed him the document showing I denied the service. However, I was told it was in the contract and it could not be removed. I ask for management. Management offered to give me a check for the amount. I ask were they going to give me interest also for the length of the loan. You know the answer NO. It took two weeks to receive the check. FYI the corrosion service was hidden in the in total other charges/amount paid to others. Careful read your contract and tally all the numbers before you leave. No matter how long it may take.
Great dealership to work with. Purchasing a used car was fast and the team was great. After the purchase we did have a small problem with the vehicle but they got it in immediate and fixed it for us. Will definitely keep them in mind when purchasing our next vehicle.

My vehicle from JD Byrider was totaled in May and I looked at several different car dealerships before settling on Lindsay. The sales guy who worked with me was phenomenal. He got me into the car that I wanted with monthly price point that was suitable for me. It wasnt until I got into finance that issues started to arise. I noticed when I got home that my paperwork did not reflect my down payment. I had to go back to the dealership to get that resolved. Now I have been calling and leaving messages for a week now for someone to call me back about verification of an extended warranty because I asked for one, but never received anything other than Gap coverage (which I asked for) and wheel and tire protection which I did not ask for. What I wanted was a warranty for repairs. What good is wheel and tire protection once the engine or transmission fails?! ****So I was finally reached by Financing today. I cant blame them for what happened because the persons voice mail I kept being transferred to was on vacation. He got me what I needed. He made sure it to explain that I was fully covered and sent me the entire contract so that I could see for myself. I do wish the communication between myself and the phone attendant was better because I felt like I was doing circles at first, but Finally talking to Bill in finance he got it taken care of and Im feeling a little more confident with Lindsay.
I came in wanting to look at a specific car but not 100% sure whether I was ready to buy or not. Starr was absolutely amazing and really did everything she could to get me financed. I ended up leaving with the car I came to look at and the whole process was pretty easy. Starr made us so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. Car salespeople can be intimidating and pushy but Starr was neither. She never pressured me into buying and really gave me a ton of options and let me think about things. I will 100% be back for my next vehicle purchase!

I have been looking for a terrain for a few months. I found one I liked at Byers in Delaware. Byers wouldnt budge $ 300 on the price and the salesperson didnt do anything at all to help as they should do. I saw a terrain online that was $200 cheaper than buyers, and was already reduced from a $21,500.00 price. It had 4000 miles less, and 2 more options on the SUV. I called Lindsay Buick GMC and spoke to Randy. I told Randy what my budget was and the payment range. Randy said, “ Come in and I will do what I can to get you what YOU want”. That statement wasnt even said to me by Byers.I Test drove the terrain and within 2 min of talking with the manager, I made an offer and was countered with a great deal. I was able to save $500 off the asking price for the terrain at Lindsay. Which was also a $700 savings from the asking price at buyers with 4000 fewer miles, 2 more safety options, was CPO, and a better warranty (CPO warranty and GMC manufacture)I was also given what I needed on my trade to make the deal work and there was no haggling from them. Which was not the case at Byers.I was treated with respect at the dealership and everyone was more than willing to get me what I wanted. Thumbs up!

I recently worked here for a year and some time prior to the new owners. I brought my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Es to get serviced engine oil and filter change, transmission fluid exchanged with the filters to be changed on the transmission as well as the transmission cooler filter to be replaced and to get my ac recharged. I had waited on it for about 7 hours as for it should not take that long oil change is .30 meaning 30 minutes, transmission is another 30 and the ac recharge as well should take 15 to 20 minutes. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the wait as for they clearly don’t work on Mitsubishi but accepted to do the service. The second day into after my transmission fluid service a message displayed on my dash stating slow down I looked further into it and my transmission was overheating reaching temperatures in the 230-250 range. I call them and ask them what fluid they had put in for as my model was a cvt Transmission they had put regular transmission fluid into it eating away my clutch papers as well as burning out the transmission faster not to mention it was over filled by 3 quarts which doesn’t help their case in any way. They change the fluid and put the correct fluid in but once agian was over filled and still continued to over heat because they had not actually changed the filter inside the transmission pan which is held in by a few 10mm bolts the way I know is because neither one of the gaskets were replaced or made by RTV(gasket maker), I managed to get ahold of the manager and told him what’s going on I offered to pay half but because they were under reconstruction that it wasn’t his problem and that he couldn’t help me in any way. After all was done neither one of the filters were replaced I clearly have the proof that the service I requested wasn’t fulfilled but was charged for them. I hate to say a few months later the transmission finally gave out and I lost control of the vehicle and ended up rolling the car on the roof and totaled the car out.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the used car I purchased. The exterior was clean but the interior was not vacuumed. It definitely was not detailed as I told it would be.

The buying process was pretty quick. Test drove the Buick Envision and loved it. Didnt feel that all the features of the car were explained. Did feel a little rushed to leave as it was getting close to closing when we finished the deal.

I typically don’t write reviews, but we had an exceptional experience with the body shop and were so happy with the service we received, that I had to share. We had our car towed to Lindsay GMC after a fender bender. The body shop manager, Michael was fantastic and truly went above and beyond. Working with him was probably the best customer service experience we have ever had with any company. He went out of his way to handle every detail with the insurance company and rental car company and made the entire process as easy as possible for us. He was extremely professional, provided us with regular status updates throughout the process, and was just a really great guy to work with. The work was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they had cleaned the car inside and out as well! We could not be happier with Michael and the entire body shop and won’t take our car anywhere else!

This is a tough review to write. I am giving three stars because I am over the moon for a few Lindsay colleagues but unfortunately have had a terrible experience with some.Here is my advice, from someone who has spent a week in hours at a time at Lindsay this August- If you buy a car off the lot- first and foremost INSISIST on Mark Rosen as your salesman. He is knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and kind. He is the perfect salesman and gentleman. The best salesman I have ever had. The assistant sales manager, Kevin Hofacker, also contributed to good experience.Avoid the sales managers, particularly Patrick and Tony. In addition to being entirely unhelpful they are also largely intolerable.The service department is worth their weight in gold, particularly Bill Spaulding and the service manager Wayne Wardlow- BEST of the best!Lastly- do yourself the best favor ever and BUY THE WARRANTY.(Not that the sales managers will help you no matter how much your car requires attention within the first 20 days of buying it)...but at least you can have Bill and his team fix it correctly and it will be covered.Good Luck!
My only issue was that I had to return for a GMC Terrain manual and a 2nd key fob which must be programed. The rest of the sale went smooth. The sales person did a great job!

They had a vast inventory to choose from and we were able to find the right vehicle for our needs. We were also able to take advantage of their great year-end deals like employee pricing discounts, nothing due at signing and even their Costco Member benefit. Bought a used vehicle after having it less then 1 week was told I needed a rack and pinion, took it back to the dealership they said no it’s fine, get it checked by another dealership once again told rack and pinion, called Lindsay Buick to see if they could help me and they told me it was my problem that they arnt gonna help me.

Do not buy a car from here. I used to work here. I wanted to do a review for a while but was nervous I would get fired. I got fired anyways so it doesn’t matter anymore. Do NOT buy used cars from here. Technicians will recommend parts on a used car that need to be replaced before it is sold and will be told to ignore it. We will be told to ignore it even if it is a major problem with the car. For example, a used car was inspected and found to need timing chains due to driveability concerns. The repairs were declined by sales and sold as-is. The customer purchased the car and within a week could not drive the vehicle due to stalling out, because the vehicle needed timing chains. Sales declined to cover the repair, and the customer was forced to pay for the timing chain replacement.They sell cars with oil leaks, technicians are told to spray it down and clean it off if it’s not a major oil leak.They are not trustworthy. They’re money is above their morals. They treat their employees with no respect and treat their customers as money bags.Auto manager was the only one that had his employees backs over everything#betterwhenitwassandoval

I had a unique situation getting out of 2021 SUV. This was 1st time in all my years of buying cars where I had buyers remorse. It took me 6 weeks to make up my mind of shopping around or keeping the baby bronco.It was very different experience than going to a pure volume dealer. They didnt make it feel like volume was the main objective, they made it feel more like a consulatative customer experience. (That it is pretty important)Beau the financing manager worked with me for a few weeks on options that fit the budget on several cars. It took a couple phone calls. Other dealerships didnt spend as much time.Jacob made the phone call on the last day of the month and presented some really good price quotes. Ultimately the cold call/warm call got me on interested. Not email or text.Tonys experience in the car business makes him good at his job. Tony is a fair & honest hard working sales manager. He kept his word on my trade, didnt pressure me, didnt waste my time, he worked with me, and I went home with a truck.Once I pulled the trigger, the time to process the deal was relatively quick.Jacob took some extra time to show me how he functions in the vehicle worked. Overall Im happy.In the end Tony, Beau, & Jacob got the deal done! I would definitely recommend Lindsay Buick GMC.
My experience went very well in fact went way better than it did with your competitor my car was actually fixed properly the 1st time. Because of my schedule I was able to leave the car after hours. Everything I did was pretty much over the phone except for the pickup in the gentleman that I dealt with was very professional get me in formed about everything I was going on with the car.

At Lindsay, we make money our absolute priority and wont think twice when it comes to forgetting hours an employee has earned or accidentally screwing up their paychecks every single week. Our sales staff are held at gunpoint and are forced to use fake corporate lingo to make you feel more at home (and confused about the price youre about to pay because they keep beating around the bush like an enraged orangutan). Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, but go easy on those coffee cups in the waiting lounge or else Mr. Lindsay will have an aneurism over the $0.04 cents hes gonna lose when you use one.Communication is key! Unlike the keys youre going to get for your brand new 2020 Buick Encore GX (that also nuked your credit score because we ran your credit without asking), we make communication for employees as crystal clear as the employee only mens urinal back at service. Our employees are very thorough when they communicate back to us and it caused a few hiccups in our profits. So we have to go back on our promises or change our minds on very important things that the employee should know about immediately before they happen. We rejoice when we have to revoke an 18 hour job from a technician because we made an important change in our system/pay plan without telling them, or when we make promises on paid vacation and revoke them as our employees are getting back from a week long vacation to no paycheck. Business for the Lindsays is booming!The Lindsay brand is a family and we want to include you into that family (for a price). We are a Christian company, and when we say Christian we mean the ones that go to church on Sunday and then run through the motions for the remainder of the week just to confess the same sins Saturday night. Rinse and repeat. When it came to the Sandoval takeover we decided it best to bring unity between the former Sandoval employees and ours. Our first steps of integration include but are not limited to:-Firing 90% of the former sales staff-Make work a living hell for technicians working on your cars in service as well as the managers giving them no choice but to quit, or inevitably screw something minor up just to get fired-Purge the building of almost all undesirablesAfter our integration strategy the Lindsay family became stronger and even wealthier! Oh and by the way, we mean literally the Lindsay family. Like only them.. and maybe some managers too. Also when we said undesirables. We only got rid of the ones who work for us!
Had a my door dinged in a parking lot. Lindsay GMC body shop did an amazing job fixing. To my surprise they cleaned the entire vehicle outside & the inside as well. Unexpected but very much appreciated.Great service from drop off to pick up.

Service was great but having had the vehicle for less than a month sales manager definitely could have been more communicative! I discovered one of the tires had dry rot. I only asked if I could get the dealer discount on new tires. The sales manager didnt even have the decency to call me. This after purchasing a $60k vehicle. Wont get my business again!

Very very good service, after returning 2020 GMC truck to me running perfectly
With the change in ownership of the dealership I believed that the level of service would improve.Unfortunately that improvement was only marginal. i took my truck in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated which was completed as requested. The technician apparently cant read the label on the door frame to set the tire pressures at the correct amount. Front tires had 39lbs in them when it should have been 32lbs. He also did not replace the sticker on the windshield to indicate the next due date/mileage for the oil change.
My initial greeting was a little shaky especially for a first time customer but I think they realized that and really stepped their game up. Very professional and friendly and things were completed relatively quickly.

Very shady! The sticker price on the car said one thing my paperwork had a higher price and they changed my preapproval interest rate to a higher one with longer terms. The finance manager comes over and ask if I could put money down mind you I’m trading in a garaged low mileage 2020 Chevy Trax. I got out of there, then I get an email stating congratulations the price have been reduced! Kicker..to the original sticker price on the car!

I was very displeased with my recent experience. Prior to the dealership becoming Lindsey, I have always had a great experience. I had purchased my truck from there and have always been greeted and have been treated well. This last experience was the worst. I had scheduled an oil change for Christmas Eve and had done so 2 weeks prior. I even received a confirmation email on the 23rd to remind me about my appointment. On Christmas Eve I say waiting around until finally around 1 I decided to call and see the status. I got no answer so I went up to the dealership to find out that they were closed so to say the least, I was very upset. I was without a car for two days and around the holidays at that. So Saturday I had to call to check the status and didn’t even receive my car until around 1. When I told the sales guy about the issue he was not apologetic or really seemed to care and said “Well I don’t know why they let you schedule online. We were closed”. Not a sorry, next oil change on us, let me give you a discount, let me transfer you to the manager on duty; nothing and I have been bringing my car to this same exact dealership for over 5 years. Because of this experience I will more then likely not be back. I didn’t even receive a free car wash like customers normally do after getting serviced. To say I was very upset is putting it nicely. Again when it was Sandoval I had nothing but good experiences and considering this is now Lindsey I expected more. I honestly do not even want to give 1 star
Cameron is the best hands down!!! He took great care of us. I wasn’t harassed at all and he went above and beyond to get negotiate on my behalf. He even put icing on the cake and got the truck shined up and set up the many features. I highly recommend Cameron
Made a deal on a used vehicle with a trade in. Turned in 2 key FOBs and only received one for the new vehicle. They will nickel and dime you. Not trustworthy sales. Very disappointing.
