Got in at around 330 and they still was able to put my downpipe on my 2020 ecoboost they know what they doing and dont charge your pockets heavy and they stay till they get you right highly recommend nice people

Im so impressed with Exhaust Works! My brother recommended them. He said they will fix only what needs fixed and the prices are very reasonable. OH MY GOODNESS, that was putting it mildly! My heat shield was loose on the catalytic converter. When I asked if they could do a free check, he told me absolutely. I told him I wasnt sure if I could get it fixed today because money is tight. I was told, If its something they can just pull off and throw away, there will be no charge. The guy that checked it was Mike. He went to work looking, and before you know it he was torching and pulling off the heat shield. He got it all off, tossed it aside, brought my car down, drove it outside to me and said, There ya go! I asked him how much it cost and he said, Nothing, just send people my way. Wow!! I tipped him $20.00. This place is like the good old days of helping people without trying to gouge them. I highly recommend Exhaust Works and wont go anywhere else ever again! I am not only one highly satisfied customer, Im still in shock for what they did, and for no charge!!

Quick, cheap, honest. My daughter had her catalytic converter stolen from her job of all places. Exhaust Works was very helpful, I dont think it was even an hour before I got a call saying it was done, and the price was more than reasonable.

Ive been recommending this place to everyone I know after my experience this past week. Basically just imagine every annoying part of going to a mechanic is removed and you have the experience of going here. No appointments, just show up. No suggested upgrades or additional work, they just tell you the cost to fix the problem you have. No bad attitudes, I had a few questions and they were very pleasant about walking me through what needed to be done. The cost is extremely reasonable and it was all done within a few hours of me showing up. My truck sounds incredible now and the two year warranty is a great relief should anything go wrong. They told me they also do brakes and I will absolutely be going there for my brake needs in the future.

I have been going there for years. However, they have really went up in price. Also, they say they will fix just the problem. My problem was a cracked joint and could have easily been welded. Definitely a lot cheaper than cutting out half the exhaust just to replace the one bad spot. I am no expert but Im pretty sure I will be able to fix it with some good ol JB Weld!

Stopped in around 9am to have my exhaust looked at due to being noisy. Showed me exactly what the problem was and nothing else. Didnt try to upsell anything. Just the fixed the issue. Everyone was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair. I will be back if needed and will tell others to bring their vehicle to this shop.

“No job too big or too small…” unless it’s fixing anything more than a patch weld. Brought in my truck and told them up front I had a problem with my exhaust manifold. I waited over an hour before they put my truck on the rack for less than 1 minute and said we don’t do exhaust manifolds or EGR tubes. And then told me to back it off the rack. What a waste of time and energy on a Saturday morning. An exhaust shop that doesn’t do EXHAUST manifolds. What a crock!

Great experience overall. Fairly quick and affordable. Costed 190$ to put a brand new tip/tail pipe on my car that had just lost a rusted one. Sounds the exact same if not better than before. Please remember you go here for a service not to socialize. They do a good job and do it efficiently if one is worried about the smell of smoke or other things that doesn’t concern your vehicle then maybe the issue isn’t them.

These people lied to me! They charged me $1200 to fix a leak in my exhaust and change my lower oxygen sensor... They did not change the oxygen sensor and when I confronted them they claimed they changed the upper oxygen sensor that I had already replaced!I hate a liar!!

This place is great. They custom make most stuff, so its a little slower, but worth the wait.They literally saved me thousands compared to the other estimates I got. Dealership quoted me over $6K, more than the 17 year old car is worth. They did in 90 minutes for $550.2 year warranty, and they use thicker metal than the premade parts. Theyre also great for cars you cant find exhaust parts for.They do brakes and such too but Ive only had exhaust work done. No appointments, 1st come 1st served

Took my car to them with parts I had already ordered. The mechanic showed me what was wrong, how he would fix it, and how the parts I ordered would have cost me more money. They got my car fixed in a short amount of time at a reasonable price. I will be going back to them whenever I need any exhaust work done. I highly recommend them and their services.

Im giving this 3 stars because 1st time I took my car in was because of loud exhaust. They got me in right away, fixed the issue & back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Next time I took my car in was because I had sensor warnings going off. They acted like they didnt want to deal with it, wouldnt even look at my car. Sorry guys, I got on Google while in your parking lot & found a place litterly right down the street. The guy got my car on the lift, took the tires off and found the problem. Guess what... a simple broken wire that he fixed in less than 5 minutes. Too bad you guys didnt want to take a few minutes to find the issue, because you were afraid of the worst case seniero, which could have been an hour or more repair. All you accomplished this day was giving away your business. If your car has a minor issue that will only take a few minutes to fix, this place is as good as any, but if its something more major (or possibly major) dont bother wasting time here because it seems they just want the quick in & out business.

No rasp!Some other shop had previously done some terrible job on installing a header. I spoke with James and he gave me some recommendations on what parts I needed so I ordered them and brought it back for install! He was very patient and professional in every aspect! VERY fair prices for custom exhaust work in a very reasonable timeframe. They redid most of my exhaust system in about three hours while I ran errands with family. There were no “surprises” or strange fees, it was exactly the work the mechanic explained for exactly the price he quoted. I would happily return, should the need arise. The invoice even boasts a 2 year warranty! My car no longer purrs like a dinosaur! 10/10 👍🏻

They were $50 more expensive than my previous favorite muffler shop to install a muffler I picked up. But the problem with the other shop was that they sent me to pick up the muffler up, and by the time I got back, 4 others showed up and they were going to make me wait for until those 4 vehicles were started and finished to install my muffler. Exhaust Works had someone show up after me, and when he mentioned he might have to leave and come back, he was told that they would be hold his place in line.

Awesome service!!! James showed me what was wrong and explained how to fix it! 1 1/2 hrs later, my van is as quite as a church mouse!!!

This place is cool. It cost $120 to fix a hole/leak in my exhaust. It took 20-25 minutes to complete the job. Quick and easy. The mechanic was cool. He explained to me the problem and let me see it. The 3 is because the wait area smelled so much of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. I had to wait outside.

When I leave Exhaust Works I feel confident that my vehicle was fixed correctly and that the price I paid was well worth the value. I would always reccomend Exhaust Works for not only all exhaust needs, but for any other repairs as well.

My car starting sounding like an Italian sports car that it never was so I Googled a muffler repair shop. I didnt want to go get ripped (yet again) by the Corporate Muffler Monarchists and chose this place because they bothered to answer their Google reviews and complaints. Their responses to the complaints suggested to me that they knew how to do their job responsibly. Those responses suggested a willingness to correct something done wrong. I got in for an estimate and they showed me exactly what was wrong and we agreed to only fix that problem. The price for labor was reasonable. They were fast, I took a good book expecting to get a few chapters of reading in but I wasnt there long enough to read but few pages. This is an auto repair shop where mechanics work on cars. The business reminds me of Old Ohio where this standard of modest decency was the norm.There is a waiting room with chairs and climate control. It might be the last stand of these kind of business and the last stand for smokers rights - my only complaint would be that there was no bench to sit outside on a nice day to wait. Good job. Good work. Fair price. I will go back. Glad there are still businesses like this around.

July 28 2017. Good people who run an honest business. First time goer and will return and recommend to everyone. My car was very loud. They fix the line near the catalytic converter at a reasonable rate without up-selling me anything else. The car has since run better than ever 8/13/17. It seems to have fixed more than just the loudness but I noticed an improvement in the acceleration as well.They saw me right away, took me back to point out what the problem was and had me out the door in no time.

Was able to repair my 01 Buick Regal center exhaust flange and hanger in less than hour for a heck of a good deal. Only a few bucks more than me trying to use a junk flange kit from autozone. Exhaust is now quiet and secure. Highly recommended their work! Thanks exhaust works!

I am very impressed! We took our van in to get an idea of the damage and cost of repairing our muffler. Within 5 minutes of arrival the staff had our van up on the lift, and identified the issue. He even brought us in to show us what needed replaced. I have had experiences where the mechanic is less concerned about saving you money, this was not the case. They ONLY fixed what was broken, nothing extra. They were able to get us in and out within 45 minutes of arrival. I so appreciated that the entire crew was so friendly and welcoming. This definitely will be our go to spot from now on.
