Dropped my car off for an alignment I had previously scheduled, went to grab some food as they said it would take about an hour to hour and a half, came back after waiting the full 1.5 hours only to have them tell me they don’t have a technician who could do the work that day, and that someone should have called. Well, they didn’t. If the service on your cars is as good as your customer service, I’m glad you didn’t get to my car.

I took my vehicle into this Firestone and request an oil change, tires need checked for balance, and or alignment. My front right tire has a vibration, and its pulling to the right. They called and said I need all four tires I bought them. But they never said a thing about the shakey tire. I get there to pick up my vehicle, and they said they found a bad bearing at the last minute. So I had the bearing replaced. The sad part is the mechanic left black grease on my white leather seat console and door. The counter person came out and cleaned it for me but it should have never happened.

Very nice people, and dont get the feeling that they are trying to get more from you.

This is the only place i go to get my car worked on. (All three of our cars, actually.) They are fast and fair and the customer service is quite good. The guy with the glasses who usually works inside is the nicest dude ever. A+

Popped a tire had all 3 of my children in the car with me but because it was within the last hour they turned me away instead of helping me change one tire. They put air in it and sent me on. The air ran out as soon as I drove out of their parking lot.

Well the staff that I saw yesterday was friendly and helpful but when I got the call my whole job changed i was told that the price that I was given for the tires were wrong and I didnt understand that at all cause I was given the total and it should be honored

I must say this is one of the best auto shop on morse road, have used their services two times and I can tell you they deliver on their motto, oil change, tire rotations and overall vehicle maintenance. My husband said he thought maybe a ball joint needed repaired. I took it in, told them what they said and picked it up later after their inspection. They said that my husband was right. It was a absolutely the front driver side ball joint. Loose and needed repaired. We left, planning to make arrangements for the repairs. A week later while driving the cradle collapsed. It also has an oil leak. The mechanic said the ball joints are fine. And that there was no way the Firestone mechanics could have missed that. I just spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude, offered no apology and hung up on me.

Great service and honest. I needed a truck fixed quickly and they did the work the same day and the price was reasonable. Thank you so much!

Asked for a check on a lit check engine light. No can do...I guess because it would take too long? Not sure exactly. Check engine light still on, dont know why.

I scheduled to have my steering aligned. After they drove it and put it on their machine I was told it didn’t need it that the only reason my car pulled a little was bc of how the tires were on the car. They said rotating them would take care of it and they did that for no cost which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They were very professional and honest. I’m my opinion that’s all you can ask for in a shop. I would definitely recommend them and will go back for any of my other car care/maintenance needs. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Jamie and Michael were great, we were in and out and everything was taken care of so smoothly.

Its open on Sundays and they have free coffee. I felt asa female, I needed a man to help me over the phone they promised one thing but in person they didnt want to deliver. When they spoke to my man on the phone they were encouraged to do the best job. I told them I liked the Polaris location better for not being scam artists.

I was able to get a same day appointment easily, repair was done in an hour, and the price was reasonable compared to other places I priced for tire replacement. Thanks!

I am a divorced 60ish woman and for years I have depended on Firestone to help me -- not only with tires but other mechanical problems as well. They are always knowledgeable and conscientious. They take the time to explain issues to me, for example, the difference between tires grades and problems caused by bad alignments, unbalanced tires or the need to rotate the tires. I’ve never had a reason to argue with a sales rep or be angry about something they did or didn’t do.Today on my way to work I had to be towed in with a back flat tire. (My spare is already on the front.) In just over an hour I was back on the road with a new tire, arriving at work only an hour and fifteen minutes late. They always do the best they can to accommodate my schedule, or my budget, and if I‘ve chosen to leave the car for a period of time they’ve helped me get home or to work.I think they give exceptional customer service. They are hardworking, polite guys who try their best to help customers! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Morse Firestone to anyone.

Terrible customer service at this location. I just stood in the lobby for 20 minutes while Tony the manager walked around on the phone. Him and 2 techs walked right past me and didnt even acknowledge me standing there. Another tech closed the door to the work area 12 minutes in cause he saw me watching them. Finally 15 minutes after I got there after I moved to where I could see the work area through a window, another tech came out and told me the manager was trying to fix the phones (which he is currently still walking around talking on) would be right with me so after 7 more minutes I decided to go to Pep Boys instead after bringing my truck to Firestone for the last 3 years. Nice job on the customer service guys!

The staff at this place are top-notch, as is the service! This place is my go-to for any repairs for my older car. Cant rate them high enough.

I gave two stars because they were helpful in checking codes for a check engine light,on short notice. Which resulted in an extremely high estimate for a potential tune up along with a laundry list of possibilities that could be causing the issue. But,rather than ask for help or if there was something wrong with it...the tech pulled the cable from the hood release pull handle. I thought it was broken initially but figured out what happened after driving home being mad.... Had he actually acknowledged what was wrong after I told him what was wrong....it might Not have been so bad of an experience... Not very happy with that but glad that he didnt actually break it. Overall, I wont be rushing to get any auto maintenance done with them any time soon.

If you live in the north side of Columbus, the best place to buy tires for your car is Firestone.

Went in for tire alignment since I had previously purchased lifetime alignment. Service was quickly completed and they didnt try to sell me other, unnecessary services. Staff was friendly.

I always liked this location because they had good customer service and work was done well . When I visited last Saturday Sept 29th, I had an awful experience. The guy working at front-desk said he didnt have any open appointments for next day- Sunday but I was free to drop my car at 8am in the morning .That was not possible so i asked him if he had any opening for next weekend (after a week)..he said -No! but i can drop my car at 8am again. I work 8-5pm on weekdays so I asked him if he had any opening after 5pm on weekdays and he said no . Well I dont know if it was true that he didnt have any open time to fix my tire. He wasnt helpful at all. I called Firestone at Morrison Rd, Gahanna and they were nice enough to take care of my tire in short period of time. I am not going back to Morse road location again to be humiliated.

The staff and the crew are very helpful, friendly smart and knowledgeable, however I think they might be using cheap or refurbished parts and putting some money in they pocket. I got a water pump from here and then a short while after it got over the covered mileage i think it was like 12000 miles the new water pump i got from them went out. I called corporate and they were nice enough to give a refund and help remedy the situation. I also got my brakes done from them in two different cars and the brakes were never the same again they didnt ride smooth like that new break feeling should feel and they always squealed not for a few days but permanently (not permanently i could have took the breaks off and had someone else do the work properly but i had already paid firestone for it). I would bring the car in to be like hey i paid over $700 for my front and rear brakes why are they squealing it should be quiet as a mouse like im fresh off the dealership. They would say it just needs some lubrication, I guess they would lub up the brakes then about 30 minutes later after i leave it goes right back to squealing. Also my car never had an oil leak then magically after i take it up there i have an oil leak and now need to get more work done in the future. Be careful getting your car done here even if its just a tire change. You may get new tires and leave with an oil leak that will require future maintenance.

Absolutely disappointed with this firestone.My husband dropped my car in to be tuned up on his way to work. I left my number to be called, my name. The men out right refused to call me, they would only call my husband, even when my husband told them to call me, they still called him and discussed everything with only him. Will never be going back due to sexist attitudes of workers. Shame a women can’t be called about her own car in 2018.

I love this location because whenever i get an oil change or anything done they never ever push me to get other stuff done. Once i took it in fir a oil change & he fixed the noise my car was making for FREE he seriously wouldnt charge me i love this location & will always go back

Thankful that they could run the codes for my check engine light for free. Though it doesnt weigh out the fact that the latch to my hood is brocken now. This being the secound unsuccessful visit to This Firestone, I do not recommend. As for the services are untrustworthy and unfulfilling.

*Customer Beware* Unfortunately there are no negative stars available. This review is regarding the Firestone Complete Auto Care store located at 1796 Morse Rd Columbus, OH 43229-6537. I use Mobile Mikes Auto Repair for all my vehicle maintenance and repair. They do not have an alignment rack at their facility, so they sub their alignment work to this Firestone location. My truck was sent for an alignment which was not completed correctly (the alignment was done, but the steering wheel was left sideways). I brought the truck back to Firestone after contacting them directly per the associates request and after waiting 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to be addressed, I was treated with disregard and told the alignment could not be done due to a mildly loose linkage to the pitman arm. If you dont know, roughly, its the linkage from from the steering shaft to the tie-rods and this is not the cause of a steering wheel being off center, its due to not completing the alignment properly. The truck was returned a 3rd time by Mobile Mikes after I spoke with Mikes again a few days later and they were told the truck would be able to be aligned correctly. Upon arrival to pick the truck up, there was a downpour in progress and both windows on the truck were completely down. Needless to say the interior of the truck was soaked; seats, door panels, console and dash. To top it off, nothing was done to the truck after it was there many hours (before noon to almost 6 pm) and now the window on the drivers side makes quite a racket when operated. I went inside to inform the associate at the counter by stating Did you know the windows are down on my truck and its raining? to which he replied very nonchalant No, I didnt and handed me the keys. No apology, no rush to my truck to put the windows up, just a dismissive comment. I have contacted Firestone corporate but received no reply as of yet. Tell me this, can anyone really trust Firestone to repair their vehicles adequately and with safety and customer service in mind? Would you trust your investment of many thousands of dollars to people of this caliber? I would like to believe any rational person would not. *Customer Beware*

What they repaired was fine, CV joint.What was not fine, smearing oil on my Jeeps air filter, then telling me it had to be replaced. They had no business looking at my air filter, because it had nothing to do with agreed upon work and certainly had no business destroying it once they did.

The mechanics are very educated here and they do not try to rip you off I was very pleased with my service

Dont go here. I had requested to do oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation, hand brake issue fix. They have not done anything. I went there to pickup when they told everything was done. Oil life was still showing 30%. When I reported that they just reset it . I did not get any wheel alignment report saying that their printer is broken. Believe me this is the same FEEDBACK I got from couple of other firestone locations as well earlier WHEN I REQUEST FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT REPORT. Care care package was selected and they have not refilled washer fluid, tire rotation worst firestone I have been ever.....NO VALUE FOR MONEY and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE....GO TO ORIGINAL MAKE SHOWROOM to get the service done.......over all WORST VALUE FOR MONEY

I took my car in for repairs and they left the door unlocked while it was in their care and I found things stolen out of my car when I picked it up. When I talked to the guy at the counter he at first said he remembered seeing my stuff but then started to change his story to avoid admitting that it happened while they had it. The car was unlocked when I picked it up and I suspect they failed to lock it the whole time it was there. The guy at the counter offered nothing to make up for their error and was more concerned about trying to avoid admitting wrongdoing. Clearly they arent concerned with customer service and I wont be returning anytime in the future. They also quoted me a price for repairs that was higher than what they did it for once insurance got involved. It makes me wonder if they were tyring to rip me off until an outside appraiser came in to asses the damage.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I will never ever buy tires here again!! I bought 4 tires and had wheel alignment a few months ago. I thought since the tires were new they would last longer. To my surprise the first drop of snow that fell had me fishtailing all over the road. I called them to report the issue and they told me Yeah we see you bought the ALL SEASON tires few months ago but they are not good for the snow and you should have purchased more expensive quality tires. Okkkkk. Since when does spending over 500 dollars for tires become cheap and punishable?? And what the hell does ALL SEASON mean??? They must have forgot the midwest have 4 seasons one including snow. Total rip-off and false avertising!! Ive had to replace all 4 tires already because I could not drive in the snow. What do they expect me to park the car during winter months!! Im not driving a sports car. I could have saved half the price by purchasing used tires. I ended up buying used tires anyways and at least they holding the road. I alo have to get another wheel alignment. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! So if you want to waste your money then FIRESTONE is the place to go!!! TOTAL JOKE!!!!!!!!!

I had a appointment and got here Alittle after my appointment because everyone is voting it took me 45 mins to get up morse Rd. When I came in the guy said it was fine that itd take about 30 to 45 minutes to get my tires put on . I have now been here almost 3 hours had he told me itd take that long I would of sat my appointment for another day. I have a 2 year old here and it is not a good time. Not very happy at all. just wish they could of gave me a correct time on how long it would take. I definitely will never come back now.

This location is one of the most unfriendly that I have ever visited!! I work in this area so I have had to stop a couple times when my air indicator light comes on. Their never happy to oblige!! So today was one of those days, went in they said pull up to the 3rd bay waited 5 mins LEFT(wont ever go back)!!!

Had two tires changed got there first thing they open up Sunday morning even though I made an online reservation for 12 David the assistant manager was able to start work right then got my tires changed a little more than an hour 2 70,000 mile tires that were on sale bottom line give this place a try

Please dont go there to waste your time because they have no respect for you as a customer or your car. I felt very insulted by the way they do business because the employees behave like theyre underpaid or dont want you there. I wasted over 2 hours there just to buy one tire and after I asked the receptionist he told me the other technicians are cleaning up for spring so I might have to go and come back tomorrow. I wish I could give them a negative star!

BEWAREUnfortuantely, there is no way to put negative rating. DO NOT GO THERE!I went there cuz I was having startup problem. I left my car there & asked them to give me a call after figuring out what was the problem. 22 hours passed, no call. Today, I went to get the car to take to another shop. What they did was tightened the battery terminal while I told them to diagonise the cause and find what was wrong. I got my car started but that way not my solution. I went and asked why they didnt call me? (Service advisor-in my invoice) told me that I cant tell him what he do or not. See the stupid customer representative, instead of sorry, I was blamed myself (I was expecting call from them). Obviously, I am not going there and would tell other not to go there for the service. What would you expect from there? Repair: They do not do that. Poor customer service, very poor car repairs, rather they mess up with other stuff, and very very poor management that they even cant find a good customer representative.Looking at other rating, anyone can figure out how the service center is. BEWARE-YOURE WASTING YOUR MONEY & TIME WITH THEIR BUSINESS!!!

AJ ZENO which is the store manager at this location is very unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with customers.

The folks at this location determined that a lug nut was not tightened all the way when my car was worked on at another Firestone location. It could have been a very dangerous situation.

Went to pickup a single tire

Needed R134A evacuated so that I can replace the AC Compressor, they got it done in an hour for $10. Cant beat that.

Worst Branch in the city. Very Poor customer services unprofessional, unfriendly and unskilled staff and with no respect at all.I am not recommending any one into this Branch and I will never go for service again.
