Customer service was good, but I didnt find much of anything for nails. I found more out the dollar tree store.

They are really nice, polite, and helpful. They make sure you find everything that you are looking for. Unlike some places they are actually open 7 days a week so there’s no need to wonder what days they are open. I also like how they value our safety enough to require us to wear a mask to enter.

They have everything! The staff is always ready to assist in finding exactly what you need. When I need hair I never hesitate to take the drive from Opelika because I know they have what I cant find in Opelika or Auburn. Hair products galore!!

This a decent hair store. But I feel as if some of there merchandise is out dated. And some products dont have a price on the product. Which is aggravating to a customer to keep going up to counter to asked the price. Sometimes the employee are nice and sometimes it looks like aint nobody there. I really do feel yall need to update merchandise .yall have the room and space for better branding marketing use it. I wonder do u guys check out other place to see your competitor. Because I think it would help out alot. Use better lighting, use bold bright colors to attract attention. As a owner u sitting on a gold mine. But its not being utilize in the correct way. Im just a customer that see outside of things.

I rarely give a business a bad review but I was pretty taken back at the employees today. I along with my small child visited this store today to make quite a few purchases. As ANY parent knows, a child will have to use the restroom at any given moment as my child did today. I asked an employee if she could use the restroom and she said we dont have public restrooms. Now we have used their restroom before but I always ask since its located in a back area. I explained that I didnt have to use it but my small child does. She then walked up front to ask another employee who then decides to say no, my small child could not use the restroom. I cannot imagine any business forfeiting a sale to deny a child using the restroom. I then told the person who was with me to put her items back so we could leave and go to another store to get what we needed and one who I know would allow my child to use the restroom. I was trying to shop at this store more but after today I will go back to where I have been going. Customer service goes a long way. I really wanted to support this store more but I was shown today that you cannot support everyone.

We just walk in the store and the alarm went off, the male that works there ask to see my mom purse, not knowing she doesnt have a police record, not knowing my mom in her 60s, very disrespectful, they dont know how to communicate with African Americans, rule, and very nasty store. the way they treated us its only fair to say the only reason black young girls work there is for a cover up not to display who the owners are.

I love shopping here... Its the only place I get my weave and wigs from.

My daughter went in to exchange her developer today because a worker gave her a 20 instead of a 50. The lady told her no exchange even though it wasnt open. We werent even trying to get money back for it at first. She had a Nasty ATTITUDE. I WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!

Have a lot of hair supplies and wigs, but most of the wigs are behind a counter or high up out of reach, so it’s kind of annoying having to ask someone to keep grabbing them for you a million times if you just want to get a better look at the different wigs.
