I love this store sooo much !! Great customer service and very friendly and they’re great with creating relationships with their customers . Mr.Yan also is great with helping finding products for you without making a big deal about it . Definitely would recommend this store . You guys are awesome !!

I really like this store. Aleays friendly help and i can always count on them to have my products in stock.

There was already someone in the store when I came in with a purse. He made me give him mine stating it was a bag. At this point I was uncomfortable and felt stereotyped but I decided to keep calm. Maybe I was over reacting. A few other people came in and were asked for their bags. They got upset, stating theyd been their many times and never were asked for their bags or purses. After finding something I thought was acceptable (given the minimal selection), I asked to purchase a wig and he told me he couldnt sell it to me. He couldnt leave the back because he was alone. Waste of my time and unacceptable customer service.

The worker didnt have enough knowledge about the store

Just nowI have been buying wigs here for years over at the main street location across from walmart. I decided to try the new broad street location and to support their business growth as they know my face. The 2 men were not welcoming AT ALL. old guy and youbg guy with weird bug eyes. Very rude!! He didnt want to swap the wig colors or assist me. He walked away several times impatiently and u could tell they talked about me in their language, even pointed. He actually told me i was TAKING TOO LONG. This started a debate because i couldnt believe how unprofessional. So i said, im a customer trying to find what suits me for my job. And he said EXACTLY as if i didnt matter. The older guy next to him didnt even stop him from talking to me like that.. Worse customer service here! Seems They dont care about you, JUST YOUR MONEY i guess..Not worth the uncomfortable feeling. Plus, You are on a TIME LIMIT when u go inside. Go to the main st location ladies if u still want to shop with them. Check out his reply below. SmhGO TO MAIN STREET LOCATION! Or avoid all together.

Store was not open and it was supposed to be dont say you open at a certain time and you dont bad for business

I use to go in here all the time but they have a new girl working in here and her customer service is horrible inattentive really dry. Who gives you hair and just walks away. I wont be back.
