My daughter and I went there, no greeting at the door, no help, not even can I help you look for something. We bought what we needed but its rude to not at least greet your customers. They only seemed to greet certain people. Most of the women who worked there seemed mad.

Great service!! They are only open for pick-up orders now so order online before you go or call them to see if the policy has changed. They designed the in-store route very efficiently so you can get in and out easily and fast.

Found what we wanted with great service! It can be a bit overwhelming by how many people ask if you need something, but I would rather have that than nobody available or willing to help!

The store was well stocked and clean. I appreciate the sales. My complaint is with the rewards, that you are not able to use it on sale merchandise. As long as the sale price was below my rewards, I dont understand why I couldnt use it.

This location is small and doesnt offer as much of a selection as the larger Bath & Body Works stores. The staff is friendly, the store is very neat and clean.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Walked in after being told from my friends that they had gone in here to shop a few days ago. Cassie (one of the sales associates) told me that I wasn’t allowed to shop in here (despite the girls I was with having shopped there just a few days ago) but could place an online order and pick it up. She asked what we were interested in and we said candles and wallflowers. She then told us that we were allowed to come in and smell the candles. ONLY the sale candles however. We couldn’t continue another 1 foot into the store to smell the wallflower candles. One of the other sales associates (she was very nice) offered to bring other candles for us to smell. The spotty rules that this store occasionally follows and makes up day to day is extremely frustrating after having driven 30 minutes to visit this location. It takes 10 minutes to smell candles vs 40 minutes of me trying to read descriptions online and placing an online order and waiting for customer service to send to the store while I’m waiting there for it to go through. From a public health safety standpoint, which makes more sense I ask you...? Grandview bath and body works has lost my business

It was great. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. They helped me get the most out of my coupons and rewards. The store is very clean and the. Store is set up very well as far as covid-19 precautions go. The ladies working explained the covid-19 precautions to very clearly. It was overall a very good experience today

They had an amazing sale today for all body care for 4.95$ and i spent 80 dollars for Christmas gifts, this store has something for everyone. The staff is great, the store is very well laid out. I will definitely be going back!!

The website says open for in-store shopping but when i got there they told me i couldnt go in. That i has to order and pick up. Well I drove 20mins to get here maybe you should make it clear that ppl cant go in your store!

Beautiful boutique-style body pampering & aromatherapy store. Staff are always helpful, friendly. Love the atmosphere & the new remodel of all the Bath & Body Works stores is really inviting.Only bad part is you can spend too much $$$ here before you know whats happening!Lennox is a very convenient shopping center with tons of good restaurants & stores.

Came in early Saturday morning for some funk repair. Trash was not taken out the night before as it needed to be in my entire office smelled horrendous. The ladies here took good care of me recommending quick and easy products as well as giving me a lighter of their own to get my candle going. That right there is customer service at its finest!

I prefer the other locatation by Whole Foods in Dublin.I used to come here 10+ years ago and havent been since I lived on campus. Newly remodeled, so it looks nice.Cashier was nice. Other employees, not so much, especially the man walking around.It got really crowded after I walked in which made it difficult to navigate. This was during their sale, so it was expected. But they are stuffed to the ceiling with stuff. Items were also placed in such a way that there was an accident waiting to happen... Were talking candles hanging off the ledge... Like why? Someone knocked over a box of something when I was there! Clearly wasnt her fault. The PocketBacs are stacked so high, you have to be like 65 to reach the top. The cherry on top of the experience sundae was picking something out of the 75% off display and it ringing up only 50% off... The items werent thrown in a box, staff took the time and made an actual display by the sign. I didnt mention it, because it wasnt that much of a difference, but its just the fact that they arent very organized. At all. One of the other registers was out of order as well.I enjoy the products, but will avoid this location next time.

So now u can pay your Victorias secret bill there only u cant really. Many stipulations such as u have to have ur card or account number. And u can only pay cash pretty inconvient.

Go here about once every six months to get gifts! The make nice little gift packages.

I went in there to get the little candy scented hand sanitizers Im over all very happy with what I purchased however they dont have the little micro beads in the soap anymore due to current legislation in Ohio so thats a little frustrating but Ive been able to find places to get the soap with the microbeads that I dont really matter for me but little overpriced but very nice packaging nicest playing atmosphere helpful customer service
