They were able to give me an appointment right away with a stylist named Caleb. Caleb was friendly and professional. Really enjoyed my visit and the service that I received.

I apologize, I dont remember the stylist name; but she was professional, calm, very relaxing demeanor. Felt and looked at my hair when I sat down. Talked to me, asked what I hoped to achieve. The end result was perfect!

Lars did an amazing job at giving me a trim/cut today! He was no pushy and made sure what exact length I wanted off even though I probs need a lot more cut off! Thank you Lars! JCP Salon is blessed to have you!

Claire did a great job with my cut and color. She does awesome work, and all of the staff were great. This salon is super affordable, and I came out looking just as good as I have at twice the cost at other salons.

I recieved a 1 hour deep tissue message and it was amazing! Ive had back problems for years and was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The massage therapist knew exactly what she was doing when it came to working with those issues. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel very comfortable.

After asking people who did their hair it happened to be Kaleb at JCP Salon inside JC Penney. Yes JC Penney! They’re one of five Day Spa Salons in the country. Who knew?! Kaleb has been schooled on technique but can also add his own flair. He listens and makes suggestions that will get you really excited that you’ve found someone who is so passionate about their work. He’s a true creative and an interesting guy at that. The entire staff seems to get along like family and it feels more like we’re all at a thanksgiving dinner table than salon. I moved to Ohio last year and so grateful that I found the perfect stylist I need in my life. Go see him, soon after you’ll have strangers smiling at you and others asking who did your hair. It happened to me and I barely left the building!

The internet said the salon was open till 9:30p & the sign outside of the store said walk-ins welcome however when we arrived at 7:05p they said they were finishing up for the day & we would have to come back another day. False advertising :/

Had a appointment waited one hour beautician still working on someone’s hair. Someone else offered to shampoo my hair while I was waiting on the beautician so I asked them are you going to charge me to shampoo my hair and they said yes so I walked out and I never went back again

I have gone to Kaleb for my hair for the past 7 or 8 years. He is wonderful! He does beautiful color and great cuts. My daughter trusts no one else!

They put me on hold, I called back only to be put on hold again. Each time I waited for over 13 minutes. I wont be trying to get appointment with them any more. This wasnt the first time this has happened.

Master Stylist Patricia Wyant is INCREDIBLE! I have dark hair with red undertones, and she is able to give me perfect platinum blonde color every time, when previously I went through many stylists thinking I was stuck with a brassy gold color. Have been going to her for years. I get so many compliments, and I send everyone I know to see her.

Receptionist recommended Master Stylist Kaleb to touch up my highlights. I would never to go him again nor would I recommend him! He turned my blonde hair WHITE and had NO idea how to correct it. Horrible experience!

This place was terrible. They burned my hair charged me double and then took 40 minutes to ring me up and refused to fix the mess they created

I was treated terrible from the stylist I had. My color was rushed and halfway thru the process, the stylist takes another customer I was left at the sink with chemicals sitting on my hair for to long and after being helped by a different stylist for washing my hair I was left in the chair with dripping wet hair. The blow dry was rushed and horrible. Terrible experience from this salon.

Kleeb was absolutely wonderful

Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed here twice by two different ladies. Both times they looked terrible. On my visit two days ago I told her that they were uneven and her response was well I dont want to take anymore off because one is just naturally thicker. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed for the past 5 years and theyve always been even everywhere else.
