My go to hair store! I will never go anywhere else. They always have what I want and always have updated hair styles. Sometimes before I even know about the new hair style, they have it.

They are always stocked an there stocking while Im there they have it.

The best beauty supply, they have tons to choose from and the staff is friendly and helpful!!!!

I was followed around by a male employee (Asian), it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I never went back again. My advice, find a black owned hair supply store, or at least one that has a lot of black employees. I rarely shop with Asian based beauty suppliers because of this. Go where they appreciate your skin as well as your money!

The young lady that waited on me was very helpful. She told me that she was going back to college very soon. She is enrolled at Tuskegee University.

It was ok guys just check your prices because I purchased some things for 4.00 they charged me 5.69, so I decided to break everything down piece by piece and only paid 4 dollars and some change. Be careful at this store they are tacking on extra money that you dont owe. Do your own math before you get to the register.

Employees watch customers while they shop. It is clear that they do not trust customers AT ALL and have little to no respect for them as paying customers. I had a very ill feeling shopping here. This is not the type of shopping experience I expect from a business especially if they choose to be located in a predominantly black community.

Very convenient location, store is always fully stocked. Not as many helpful emoloyees as it once was, maybe due to covid...no complaints. My only store for my hair care products

I went yesterday to get some hair care products. I asked for any thing with PRINCE on it do to April 21st will be here soon. The onner said no but I ask will he get something for the people that wants to celebrate his last day here with us. He said he will get something by next week. Like other places carry something. I hope he will do the same. Remeber the shop is in our naber hood 🤤😯😞😏

Love how the staff is very reassuring to the recent COVID-19 issues to ensure customer safety. Also like how they have so many crochet hair or extensions & various hair supplies

I liked how friendly and helpful everyone was when I asked for help.

The old man owner is RUDE, I will never spend another dime in that store. As soon as you enter you will hear rap music. Every black person does not want to hear that, but because you are located in a predominantly black area thats what your employees choose to play I guess. Sad situation and its offensive. Their prices are not competitive with other supply stores, so the only plus this store has is the size and variety of items. I will forever go some place else.

They need to change their policy about returns ... these type stores are the only stores that can get away with keeping your money only giving you a lousy 3-day return policy even when the item is clearly tag with their price tags and has not been open... It is so ridiculous .... I just wonder why Asian businesses can get away with the way they conduct business

Was followed around by a woman working here. I specifically came to this beauty supply because they have the best wigs, and she told me verbatim “Are you actually going to buy, or are you just playing because you’re taking too long”...... NEVER returning here

Second bad experience with this store this morning! The first time I made a purchase that had a hole in it and was therefore not usable. I checked the purchase in their parking lot and took it back in the store and they wouldnt exchange it or give my money back. This morning I wanted to just exchange unopened hair purchased just yesterday and they wouldnt do that either. The excuse was due to health department reasons. Both times this was I assume one of the owners that wasnt concerned with customer satisfaction. Needless to say today was my last purchase in this store.

They have a great selection of everything! The only thing I dont like is when they open up the wig youre purchasing to remove the label from the manufacturer. I had a girl remove the tag, but not put my packaging back like it was.

When it comes to hair and wigs I give them a 10 but on hair supplies its a 3.. Too High!!!

Hi Beauty Supply is likely the largest beauty supply store in the Columbus, GA area. This store has all of your hair care needs plus more. The store has a huge selection of wigs, hair extensions, natural hair products, relaxers, gels, shampoos, et cetera. I have been to the store several times and I dont believe Ive explored every single aisle yet. This store is not a discount store by any means but the prices are fair compared to what salons would charge for the same product. I highly recommend this store. Overall great shopping experience. 5/5

Its a nice place. The employees are very helpful and nice. If its something that they dont have theyll give you directions to another store that may carry the item.

The people assisting you dont really know what they be talking about. They were recommending a lady a product that another girl told me the week before Not to buy because they use the same ingredients in all there supplies and just change the information on the bottle. She said she knew cause she worked there. SMH. They have a lot of items in the store but make sure you already know what you want and some products are a little pricey

The ladies who work here are super nice and very helpful, the selection as far as hair and color go are extensive, and the wig area is very neatly organized. My only issue is with the limited inventory on certain wig styles.

Everytime I go in this store they always have what I need the staff is very friendly I just dont like how one time I came in there and a lady little boy was using the restroom and the owner stood outside of the door until he finished word of advice all black people do not steal that will make a person uncomfortable when they feel like they being watched but besides that cut down on some of your prices and maybe have some sales and everything will be good but once again the staff is awesome

Not so good of an experience here, the staff made me feel like they were working for commission only. They followed me around the store in a tag team fashion, making me feel like I HAD to buy a wig. Didn’t care for the service I get it they were being nice and trying to make money, but that definitely drove me right into another hair store. That, and the high price low selection of human hair wigs was enough for me to not come back .

Owner (Im assuming) very rude! Went in for the first time to sort of look around. He had already been following us around so I moved along across the store. He then asked a female employee to stay in the area near me and my kids. I told her she didnt have to because we were leaving at that point!

I truly liked this place but lately it seems as if Jackie has some personal issues with some people lately and the smiles and good energies have went to pretty much dislike or hate if I am to mention. I am now taking my business elsewhere and so far I have gotten nothing but positive feedback. My word of advice is to always treat people kindly especially when youre running a business where you want to receive good customer feedback. I frankly dont care how many colors of hair or how many styles of hair you carry you wont receive anything good if your attitude towards people suck. So with that being said Jackie maybe you need to smile more or drink some coffee and maybe then people can gravitate toward you. As far as her workers I think they are the sweetest girls alive however you can tell sometimes that tension is big when the littlest things bother her and she ends up snapping on everyone including her workers and this is not from their mouth is from me visually seen that. Overall all of them aside from Jackie are great women. One of the girls that I will never forget Debra more importantly I personally think if she have her own beauty shop where she was selling hair she probably could make it big because not only is she truly knowledgeable shes also extremely friendly. To sum it up Hi Beauty went from an extreme 10 to a number 1 in my book however as far as what they carry yes they carry a lot of hair but I rather go to a place where they dont have as much and theyre trying to make attempts and growing with positive feedback then to deal with them any longer thumbs down Jackie you need to do better.
