I’ll give 5/5. My daughter loves coming here and shopping. The first time we stopped in they didn’t have what she wanted.. The sales clerk gave us a “free shipping” code. Worked for me.The people were nice and helpful while we shopped. We will definitely come back again.

Sephora is a large beauty item store in this mall. They sell many different fragrances of all types of scents. They also sell lotions and other creams as skin care products. Their main product, however, is makeup. The store can be hard to navigate and find exactly what you want, so I would recommend asking an employee to help you.Tip: ask about any deals and promotions that they have going on to help your wallet out.

Just stopped in on a semi-busy Saturday. Both women I talked to were great. They hooked me up with a quick makeup trial and even gave me a generous sample of a foundation to try. I was also impressed that they didn’t pressure me to purchase their products. Would definitely return if I needed to visit Sephora.

I came here with my fiancee looking for a specific Sephora brand lipstick. Its the only lipstick shes worn for years and it was discontinued.Autumn went above and beyond to help her find a new perfect color.I have no clue why this store is rated so low. It was clean, well stocked and the staff was amazing.Go here. Look up Autumn. She will help you out.

Love. Love. Was greeted immediately and headsets had another girl waiting on me at items I needed. Ive never had this great of customer service anyplace. My 6ft6 he-man boyfriend was blown away with their service and he hates chick stores lol. Awesome job sephora!!!!!!!!!

My sister and I were here during a Two Faced event and left feeling like a million bucks! Everyone was kind and we left with exactly what we needed. It didn’t feel like we were being pressured to make purchases. It felt like people just living what they do and the art of makeup! Loved it! Thank you for making my trip home extra special!

I have never left a review for anything in my life. I love Sephora and I spend a lot of money there online. I decided to go to the Polaris location so I could get a color match for a foundation. The girl who did the “color matching” seemed bothered by me asking for help. The staff (except one guy) ignored me as if I was not even there and there were hardly any customers in the store- they were literally just standing there with their headsets looking bored af. The cashier was the worst, like she hated her life and just wanted to get everyone the f out as soon as possible. Wow- Y’all need to hire people who enjoy their job or at least pretend to enjoy it. This location has really gone down hill and I am so disappointed In my experience there.

All sephoras should be out of business. I attempted to exchange an item. The manager lied stating it was not on my profile then proceeded to keep my purchase. I called headquarters to check on my profile and was told the purchase was on my profile. When u returned to the store for my refund they stated that the item had been given back to me. A COMPLETE LIE. This is overwhelming so concerning. If the managers are stealing returns, should you trust them with your personal information? I WOULD NOT SHOP AT ANY SEPHORA STORES!

The people at Sephora are amazing! They were so helpful and even made me sample sizes of things to try at home! Trying the Sephora line of skincare and love that it doesnt have sulfates or sulfites. Truly an awesome experience!

Why is it so hard to get a sample of something here? No matter what type of sample you ask for the employees are hesitant and seem bothered that you are asking. The employees follow you around and stare uncomfortably at you as if your going to steal something. So much so that I have walked out of the store bc is becomes creepy and uncomfortable. There is one gentleman (dont know his name but white male with brown hair) that is always working the floor. He never looks at you when your speaking to him, always seems preoccupied with playing in the makeup and applying it to himself and acts like you are bothering him if you approach him. He never seems to want to help and will stop you midsentence to speak on his radio. I spend a descent amount of money in this store on make-up so it is really annoying. Corporate needs to train this store staff on how customer service should be displayed at all times.

I have been to the Sephora on Polaris a few times. I am an older woman with a professional career. I want cosmetics that compliment and enhance my appearance without looking like a teenager. I usually come to the shop in casual, relaxed clothing, without make up, so that I can experiment with new products. I asked for assistance in checking my skin tone for a new foundation product and was rudely dismissed as the employee said she was too busy for me. She went directly to a couple of well dressed giggling young women and assisted them. I was ignored completely as she never returned after the young women left. I picked up a bottle of moisturizer and walked through the store looking at items. The store manager kept me in his sights, peeping around the isles to see what was in my hands. Eventually, I put the bottle back and left the shop. I walked around the corner to JC Penney who has a small Sephora in it. The employee there was a woman around my age. With a little personal attention and good advice, I confidently purchased a few hundred dollars of product. My advice to the Polaris store, little old ladies in jeans and t-shirts with no make up deserve to be treated with respect. There is a very good reason that we are in your shop looking at high end cosmetics and it is not to steal them. I suggest that if you are over 40, go to the Sephora in JC Penney. The staff is kinder, knowledgeable and less judgmental.

Ive visited several times and each time I come it gets worse and worse. I visited yesterday because I needed to return an online order. As I entered the employee stared at me yet did not greet me.... yet greeted other people as they arrived. I poked around the store for about 15 minutes yet NO ONE even acknowledged my presence. When I went to the register to return my item, the girl inspected it under extreme suspicion and basically accused me of returning a used product. Ill continue to shop st ulta where they have a no questions asked return policy and a way better rewards system. Only giving 2 stars because buying online from sephora is great.

I scheduled an appointment with a “makeup artist” for a costume party I was attending. My makeup was so HORRIBLE!! As I left the mall people looked at me oddly, all the excessive makeup I wore was not cute. I looked like the walking dead and not a edgy pirate. My false lashes fell off in the car about 10 mins after application. I have been a Rouge for years but since this hellacious event I have since taken more of my business to Ulta. The staff is rude and walks around with a unanimous “I’m so pretty, oh so pretty” attitude like they are superior to everyone else. Kind of disgusting behavior, service, and a waste of time. I had to take all my makeup off and start from scratch to not embarrass myself anymore that day.

My youngest was so tired and we drove 1.5 hours to come here for my other daughters bday. Well Cori so so gracious to offer my youngest a chair to sit and I was Soo relieved! She was so super sweet about it. Now my bday girl is getting assistance from Krista and finding the correct shade. All the employees are over the top helpful and professional! I will drive this far the next time instead of the 45 minute to Fairfield! You all made the rest of my bday girls bday even better! Trying to edit the miles to HOURS! TOOK US A LONG TIME TO GET TO THIS LOCATION AND LOVED IT!

Thought I would try Sephora since I was always go to Ulta. I wanted to find a foundation for my oily skin. I am bi-racial so my skin color doesn’t really fall under any category. I was assisted by an older lady who used all these techy gadgets to determine my shade and oil levels...ok.. so we tried several and none seem to be an exact match so she was like “o well sorry there aren’t any” I was like what..so what I just can’t weae foundation? I am s out of luck? When I went to Ulta they tried everything until we found the one. So when she said that I looked for 30 minutes on my own and found one. I will not be returning to Sephora

Worst experience ever!! My husband, 2 year old and I were vacationing in Ohio and decided to go to the Polaris Mall. As we were shopping in Sephora this employee asked me if I wanted any help probably 5 times within the 10 minutes I was in the store. She kept following me and had her eye on me the entire time. We then left Sephora and we were walking around the mall and a security guard came and told my husband he had to leave the mall!! He said Sephora reported that my husband physically abused me in Sephora. What the heck?! My husband and were shocked!! After talking to the man we asked to go speak with Sephora. My husband was so hurt and angry that he was falsely accused of hitting his wife. We went to talk to the manager and that one employee who kept following me came and said it was her. She just kept changing her story and lying. It was just absolutely absurd. Honestly I felt like she was being racist. She was a liar. I couldnt believe. But I will NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!! VERY RACIST!!!
