Car wouldnt turn over, figured it was the alternator. But when i tried to charge the battery, it wouldnt hold a charge. Im new to Columbus and had no idea where to take the car. Im glad these guys were the first to pop up on Google. I had the car towed here and they put the charge on the bill which was very convenient. Turns out some ground wires were missing and disconnected. They didnt try to put a new alternator or battery in it, just fixed what needed to be fixed at a very reasonable price... Ill be returning. Always recommend Zegers! My vehicle had a steering issue and instead of just quoting me and fixing it, I was informed by Jess that it was actually a recall and he told me to try and get it into a Chevy dealer to get it fixed for free! Ive also taken my vehicle there for other issues/maintenance and theyve always done a great job!

They replaced my starter a while back and it just failed after about 12k miles, poor quality part. Replaced all my brakes and gave it back to me squealing very loud and I had to take it back in. Their prices are reasonable and they are on time. You get what you pay for though!

These people are great, myself, son, and daughter use this shop and never been let down I don’t think you will either. Very reasonable on cost for repair. My thoughts are,, if you’re not using this shop, you’re going to the wrong place. Give them a try, it’s doubtful you’ll be disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Horribly rude and disrespectful!! Took my car in and told them there was a horrible noise and I wasnt sure what was wrong I know they test drove it and heard the noise themselves fixed two things that needed to be done for $500 which I appreciated then not even a whole day after leaving the shop the noise was still there and I call again to tell them the same exact noise is still there and they check again and try and charge me another $800.. I understand and accept to be charged for parts but to charge me again for labor after not fixing the problem in the first place then being rude and hanging up on me when I asked why Im being charged twice for labor that should have been dealt with the first time I was in then left my car out front with my keys in the ignition and my door left unlocked on the street! Never going there again

They were unbelievable! Water pump went out on my sons car at college.Gave me recs for towing. Diagnosed problem and fixed very quickly. The cost was half of what I was expecting. This shop is amazing! If you need auto repair/service in Columbus, Zegers is the place to go!!

So I dont know much about cars but I do know when I go to a repair shop and they try to screw me over. Im so thankful a friend recommended this place to me. Any issue I has gets done in a timely manner and doesnt seem to cost me an arm and a leg. I continue to recommend this place to everyone I know. Great business and great people working here.

Took my truck in for a misfire charged me over 200 and it stayed having the same problems. I took it back in to get it re checked and they left it sitting in the same spot for more than two hours without even touching it. The office people had a bad attitude and acted like they didn’t even care about my truck.

Always do a great job. Will continue to take all my vehicles to them.

Best shop in town. The only place in Columbus I trust. I do most of my own Auto repair but if I need help or dont have the tools for a job this is the only place Ill go!

These guys are my go-to for work on our vehicles. They always can get them in quickly and they get the job done in a timely manner too. Their prices are very reasonable for a mechanics shop too. They stand by their warranty work too, my friend had some work done by them and then something they worked on went wrong when he was out, they fixed it under their warranty no arguments. Definitely give these guys a shot of you need work done on your car.
