Customers come first with Service King. Our Honda CR-v had quite a bit of body damage. They did a great job even after the vehicle was repaired the warning lights came back on and they covered the cost of Hugh White Honda correcting the issue.
It was very easy to schedule and Vanessa at the Morse Road location was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She kept me updated every day and even got the car back to us sooner than expected. I honestly have never had such a great experience with a body shop or car care center. The car looks like new and it was washed and cleaned up on the inside which was a nice surprise. I hope I dont need collision repair any time soon (or ever!), but if I do, I will use them again. Thank you!
Got an estimate on the damage to my car
I want to share what an outstanding Manager you have at Service King on Morse Rd in Columbus, OH.I went there because my tire went flat & it was all I could do to maneuver my vehicle to their store. The manager came out immediately & asked if he could help me. Since they dont sell tires, he offered to help me replace the flat tire with my spare one. He ran into a few obstacles because my latch on the back door wasnt working properly but it didnt stop him from getting another employee to help me. He immediately changed my tire so I could get my daughter from work & return to work myself. He has restored my faith in humanity! You cannot train people to have character & professionalism of this kind! Service King is fortunate to have such an employee & I would go there as well as recommend others to do the same!!
Was not happy with the way it looked after I got it back, paint job was not the best, and will be taking it back to fix..will never use them again.

Excellent experience. I was able to get a next day appointment for an estimate. During the estimate, Kyle buffed the scrape and added touch up paint to the exposed metal - free. He gave me a reasonable estimate for doing a complete repair as well as ideas on do it yourself options. Thank you!

My brand new car had an unfortunate encounter with my closing garage door and scraped the rear bumper. The folks at Service King not only did a phenomenal job, I was kept up to date via text messages and was even offered a rental car which they get on site. It was also completed on time. The work was top notch and that says a lot because I am very particular.Thanks guys!
I was referred to Service King right after I got rear-ended on Friday the 13th of all days. These guys kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car even when after it was deemed totaled, and they were very sympathetic and courteous with me after everything was said and done. I highly recommend these guys, and should I ever have a mishap with my next car these guys are the first people that I go to.
Great place. Everyone is courteous and amiable. I have a 2018 C300 and backed into someone while backing out of my driveway. My back/right bumper was dented and gouged parts of the paint out to the metal. My sensor was also broken. Worked with insurance and Service King and they replaced the whole bumper after showing that there are no simple fixes. Kept me in contact both by phone and via text throughout the whole process. The car was ready a day later than I was told but everything was fine. They also washed my car and wiped+vacuumed the interior. Great work.

I picked this place out randomly from a list that the insurance company gave me, and after reading the 1 star reviews I was really nervous about bringing my car here.Everything from the estimate appointment to the actual repair went phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly, they kept me up to date on the repair on my car and despite the extra work they had to do (floor pan in the trunk needed fixed, not found on the estimate apt), my car was done 2 days early. They took care of the rental car I needed and made sure all went smooth. They even cleaned and vaccumed car!
Was referred to this shop from the insurance company of the insured from my recent rear end accident. Was pleased to find out they are also recommended by my insurance company (USAA). The service and follow-ups from the staff was first rate! I would highly recommend Service King!

AMAZING! I hit a massive Zombie beaver and it put 3,000 worth of damages to my beautiful 2018 Kia Rio. Service king was on top of everything every step of the way! Gabriel Was in charge of my car and brought my baby back to me in an immaculate condition! Honestly when I pulled up in my rental to pick up my car, i didn’t realize I was parked next to my Kia! My insurance covered almost everything. The time it took to have my vehicle fixed was roughly 6 days ( it would have taken an additional day (for washing and detailing the inside and outside but I had an emergency )). Everyone was amazing. Love the text and email updates! THANK YOU for making my car brand new!! Words cannot describe how happy I am with the finished product. THANK YOU!
I took my Honda to the Morse Rd location for repair. My car is repaired but not without going back to get it fixed correctly. When I left the first time with my car, the manager Mike told me straight to my face it was all good and the ac was ice cold. The next day I had it back in there because the ac was not working and my car was shaking. They send my Honda to a dealer and had them fix the ac and the tightened the bolts of my engine because it was shaking. It still shakes and Ive called and spoke to Mike the Manager twice and he yet to get back to me regarding this. Its been over a month. Its safe to say I will not be taking any other future repairs to Service King. I gave it a three star because my car looks great. But would love for it not to shake.
After my insurance called them and said the car was okay to drive but needs to be fixed, I had called to update the information once I could actually see all the damage (it was hidden under a tree). It was not ready for the road so it needed to be towed there, made sure to let them know in the phone call. They said it would be no problem and would send a truck out, managed to screw that up and here I am waiting much longer for my car to be picked up (already had to wait 10 days). judging by the rest of the reviews, who knows how long its going to take to actually be fixed
This place was amazing the service was none other! I received text messages everyday and from my service advisor Ryan. The car turned out awesome and clean I was so worried about the referred shop from my insurance company . Turns out this place was hands down the best customer experience Ive ever hade hands down .
I had a GREAT experience here. A friend referred me. My service rep sent me text message updates on the status of my repair, even though they have an online portal that shows you everything thats going on with the car. They were courteous, professional and super fast! I was told itd be 10 days+ plus on my repairs. They knocked them out in four days. Ill only use them in the future.
If you dont mind not having your vehicle for weeks for minor issues, this location might do. I brought my Jeep in for a bumper issue. The first thing they asked was it an insurance job and if they would be paying for a rental car. I said, Yes. Big mistake. But, good thing I drove a second car instead of renting another vehicle. They held my Jeep for a week while they ordered parts. After a week, I decided to pick up my vehicle while they continued to order a bumper, which you can do on Amazon for $150. Its just a piece of plastic. Nearly a month later, they STILL hadnt received the part they supposedly ordered. I would have been renting a car for SEVERAL WEEKS. NO worries. Insurance is paying for it, I suppose. I called and cancelled the service and said I would find another shop. They pushed back with restocking fee. Sure, for a part you dont and havent had. The only reason why I didnt give them the worst rating was because at least they were courteous. Watch out for this shop or a shop that survives on insurance jobs.
They repaired collision damage to my drivers side doors. They did the work quickly and on schedule, were courteous and professional, and followed up with two phone calls asking if we were satisfied with their service. What more could you ask for?
I was told my car wouldnt be ready until January 9th when I dropped it off last Friday. I got it back today. The body work looks excellent.
I was referred to this place by my insurance company. I took my car in for an estimate, called back the next day to schedule a time for the repair. The representative told me he would have to call around and see how long it would take to get parts, but that he would call me back.I asked how long the repair would take since I need to pay out of pocket for a rental car, his reply, I dont like to give timelines, because I dont like to be wrong. Wait what? I am paying for a rental and you cannot guesstimate how long. I mean its a simple bumper repair this isnt rocket science, and wait, is this not what you do everyday!?!?I called back several times and it has now been a week, and I still dont know when they can schedule my repair. All trust is now lost in this places ability to repair my car in a timely manner. I am going somewhere that they can answer my questions with a real answer, not a wishy washy, laid back response!

I am deeply disappointed in this body shop. All I took in was my front bumper to get fixed, the guy who took a look at my bumper said it’s not fixable and we can’t do anything with it. Honestly he didn’t even thoroughly look at it and it really shows what their character and customer service ability is, horrible and inconsiderate. They are just looking to take peoples money because a simple job is not something they are willing to do! Don’t recommend these guys to anybody. FYI, my front bumper was fixable and it was fixed. So, thanks service king for your disappointing service! 👍🏼👎🏼

Got into a accident with one of Progressive policy holders, they sent my truck to this place . So when i got hit my dash lights came on shortly after leaving the scene, took pictures of everything even while at the sceneDropped my car off, showed them the lights . They repaired it, picked it up and they told me they didnt find anything in the diagnosis . Started to drive home, dash lights come back on, service traction control, service stability track, traction control turned off .Took it back to them, got the manager and showed him the lights .Took it to Cadillac and they hook up to it right when you get there, the ODB computer ports fuse was blown. That would explain why Service Kings scan didnt work . They blew my fuse probably .So unfortunately in the diagnosis the codes came back as a low voltage bettery and a steering wheel position sensor which are not accident related I get that but how was I supposed to know. Those lights never been on before and Service King is claiming the lights wasnt on when they got it and they cant give a read out on the diagnosis . But Progressive wants me to pay for the diagnosis now .This all could of been avoided if Service King in Columbus Ohio would of been smart enough to realize they just blew the fuse and thats why they didnt get anything . They charged progressive with a diagnosis so they should of done it right.MAJOR NOTE. Progressive told me that they dont have companies to cover every make of a car and Service Kings Diagnosis couldnt detect those kind of codes... THEN WHY WOULD YOU SEND MY TRUCK TO A UNCERFIFIED TECHNITION TO WORK ON MY CADILLAC????So they are not paying for my diagnosis and this makes me feel uncomfortable with the possible quality of the repair if they cant figure out they blew a fuse and dont have certified technicians to work on cars who the heck put my car back together ?
Bad customer service. Dont go here. Would not give an estimate or work on my truck because I was not using my insurance and the insurance I was using was not an approved in their system. Then Heath ( the guy I spoke with ) would not evin generate an estimate for me without insurance.
It took 3 visits to successfully pick my car up. The first time the turn signals didnt work, the second time the battery was dead.
Had an accident in October and my car still isnt fixed properly. This will be my 2nd time taking it back.
