I got a flat on the freeway 6 min away from my home the price was 109 total to tow it to my house.They got there before the hour was up as well!Plus the driver was nice and had air cond. going when we got in.Customer service was great too. I was serviced by James! I would use this service again if needed.

I called yesterday evening and made an appointment for this morning and even though the time was during the shift change Shannon still scheduled me in anyway and this morning I called in just to make sure I was still scheduled and I spoke with Shannon again and she reassured me the tow was coming and was very apologetic about the time. My car died in a shopping center parking lot. I called them for a tow to my mechanic, the driver checked the battery before he hooked it up. Turns out the battery had dies. He jumped and off I drove to get a new battery. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable.

Dont let them recover a stolen vehicle.If they do they will kick you why youre down.Its bad enough that a person had there car stolen.But because the car wasnt recovered in The City of Columbus. It was in a pocket of Franklin Township!!!!Anyone living in Columbus on the Westside knows there is a fue pockets of Franklin Townshit. Because of that added inconvenience they charge an extra extra special fee of under 24hr fee 385.00

We are so grateful to Capital Towing. Our 1991 Chevy pickup (and 12-foot landscape trailer, both completely loaded as we were helping a friend move) died when we were on 71 at the 270 split. AAA would send someone to tow our truck but not the trailer. Capital Towing responded quickly, figured out the best way to get both truck and trailer out of a dangerous situation, and were so incredibly kind. Shannon, who answered our call and dispatched the truck, and Aaron, who towed us, were both delightful to work with. Highly recommended, without reservation.

Was a bit outside the time window for showing up, however their timeframe was substantially less than anyone else in the area. Very thorough with ensuring my vehicle was secured. The driver was quite the talker which normally wouldn’t bother me or be negative as he was very friendly, but I was in a serious time crunch. Followed the driver to the drop off location and he drove very safely.

After waiting 10 hours for a tow from AAA, I called Capital Towing out of desperation. The call was answered promptly and the dispatcher was professional. They came within the specified time and the tow driver was really kind. I felt completely safe trusting them with my car, and they worked extremely quickly!

Great company who cares about their customers!! My car broke down at a restaurant on a sunday morning and I had the car towed home no problems while other towing companies did not want to answer the phone. I will definitely use them again. 100% recommend!!

Some difficulty communicating with the tow driver at first but really really good service. Very fast response time especially compared to Shamrock (quoted three hours) and AAA (quoted two hours). Capital was there in a little above one.

They took longer to come then we was told it was really long service call 1 1/2 hours when we was told 45 minutes

Was quoted a price of 331.00 and went down the next day to get it and it had jumped to more than double 650.+and supposedly 30 dollars a day but went to get it with someone on standby with extra money incase and it turned out 786.28 we go out to the lot to get it,it was dead(which it shouldnt have been new battery and no interior lights on)I asked for a jump and they said that would be another 30 dollars! Hope this saves someone else some money but I called the BBB and atty General

My car was loaded backwards and it had to be shakin off to be unloaded and the bottom of my car was banged on the bed of the tow truck so there is probably going to be damage done. The driver was nice and polite but the work done was poor.

James from Capital Towing came to our rescue twice! He is so friendly, and helpful and ended up saving us a ton of money. He helped us get into our locked car and then offered to try and jump start it instead of just towing us. When the jump didnt work he was able to tell us it was most likely just needing a new battery and suggested a much better place to tow us instead of the dealership we had chosen which was much farther away and more expensive. I had such a great experience with Capital! I couldn’t get my car started so called them to tow it to a mechanic. When they managed to jump it, they offered to only charge me for the jump and not the tow, even though it was already on the truck, when they realized I would be able to drive it to the mechanic myself. Prompt and reasonably priced, too. Definitely recommend!!

James tested my car before lifting it on the truck to make sure that a tow was necessary which I felt was extremely noble as most companies may have just towed without question. Very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Hopefully my car doesn’t need towed again, but if it does, I will without a doubt use Capital Towing.

Love the text system they have which let you know when driver is heading to you, it has a link you open to a map where you can see where the driver is at heading to you. Called another towing company they told me an hour hour and a half called them back in an hour and a half they told me another 30-40 minutes. So I canceled called Capital Towing, they were there within 15 minutes awesome service from the call taker and the driver!!

I called on a Saturday and got right through to a REAL person ... no automated thing requiring pushing a bunch of buttons first. James showed up on time ready to tow, but he first suggested he attempt a jump start first ... it fired right up!!! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. So, rather than hit me for a huge tow bill to the dealer for repair, I was able to drive it there myself. James said that’s how they operate! I can tell you that Capital Towing walks the walk! I would fully recommend and give a 10 out of 10! Thank you, James!!
