This place had everything I needed and then some. I was like a kid in a candy store looking at all the wonderful options of things I could possibly make my truck look even more amazing. JEGS has always been good with their inventory and shipping, up until now.....i had order a pair of Stainless Steel Headers, and they told me they would be shipped out the next day... Well.. they never got shipped, and i waited 4 days, then called them, they told me that my order had been messed up and they would overnight them.lol nope.. they had assigned another tracking number, which was wrong, and after being On Hold with them many times, i Finley got to speak to one lady, that knew what she was doing, she even called me late at night to confirm that my Headers had been found, and would be at my house in a few days. Took 13 days total time for those headers to travel 35 miles.

It took over an hour to return a few items. In addition, an item recently purchased could not be returned because one of the staff members kept insisting the part was discontinued 5 years previously.Despite my efforts to inform the staff member that I had just ordered the part for my 2019 Camero, he repeatedly insisted over and over that the computer said it was discontinued. I tried to explain thatThis occurred even after I attempted to explain I purchased the car in 2019 so there was no reason I would have ordered a part that was discontinued.I have purchased parts from Jegs for years and have never been treated this way.Perhaps it is time for a review on customer service....
Short staff, 2 workers, kitchen lost our order, told us after we had been there 35 minutes. Got food an hour into being there. The staff was was great, trying there hardest to keep up.

Excellent customer service, asked if I needed help within 2 minutes entering the door. Mostly new what I needed but helped me make a critical adjustment to my order. Had all the knowledge I needed to accomplish my goals. Pulled items out of the box the confirm exactly what I was dealing with. Its been a while since I have driven out to this location but was well worth the drive. Forgot to get the gentlemans name but he was quick and efficient. Thanks again.
Jegs.com. Intended to order 1 race helmet. Found it, added to cart. Moved off page to check something else. Came back, cart showed empty. So I added it back. Checkout showed 1. Email confirmation showed 2. I tried looking up my order to cancel. Not there. Tried calling. 30+minutes on hold and I literally dozed off. Emailed. No response. Finally got someone to answer an email who said to let them know when package arrived and they would email a shipping label. Have written 3 times letting them know with no response. And apparently no way to initiate a return of just one of the helmets. I wont buy from them again.
Ordered on Jegs.com 8/25 said product would ship within a week. After the week i get a notification that it will ship on 9/29. When that date arrives. I get a notification it will ship 10/29. I call jegs to ask whats going on and they said they cant tell me when it will ship. I said why do i have it on order with you then... they say we will be more then happy to cancel it and you can shop elsewere. So I did. I do not reccomend using this company.

I ordered a brake rotor kit from Jegs and had a terrible experience. The manufacture told me they had 900 plus of my item in their network and that as soon as jegs requested it, it would ship to them then be forwarded to me. 9 weeks went by and after my 4th delayed shipment email I cancelled my order for a full refund. I ended up placing an order with Canadian Tire and received my item in 5 days. I was mislead by 3 Jegs employees during my process. Various excuses but i obtained the PO number and called the manufacture to confirm their excuses and was told a very different story from the manufacturer. Simply put Jegs is little league and unless it’s in stock don’t order from them- buy from a seller who moves product and can meet your needs. If you do order from them and there’s any form of delay stay on them. Personally my bad experience has told me all I need to know about their brand and I won’t be supporting them ever again.
Have what I needed, will take stuff back without much problem specially products for race cars an hot rods mostly good quality products
By the time you figure out online what the number is for their actual brick and mortar store because it gives you the number for their corporate offices and nobody I talk to at jegs or at the corporate office seems to care other than that the place is wonderful the staff is knowledgeable you think they dont know they can go into Google and edit that their cells or do they just not have the time its called managing your Google account give it a try

Ordered a cowl hood and experienced problems getting the hood to the store. Jegs made it right by giving me a more expensive hood they had in stock, at no extra charge to me. Top notch people who are willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. Highly recommend these guys to everyone!!

Very slow but got what we needed. Had to pickup a fragile package, headliner, was folded in half not too sure why. Fit well enough and looked good.

In the stir had great experience with sells guy go to drop parts off to shop that’s doing my car and they gave me wrong part so I tried to call when I spoke to female cashier I ask if there was any way I can just come and get the right part she said yes then I ask if she can check to see if it was there immediately got attitude and said no that I need part number because she can’t do it I said well can I speak with someone who can help me because I had already got the WRONG part so I want to be sure you have the right one she said No and then said well anyway we can’t do nothing about it right now so just to clear this all up you gave me wrong part still got charged day labor at shop and now you want me to leave work miss out on pay to see if you have the right part when you can just tell me on the phone so I know your not wasting my TIME and MONEY again if at all possible go somewhere else good parts terrible customer service

I purchased a gauge that was suposed to be instock, It wasnt in stock and I only knkw because I called, no info explaining the order holdup. So while on phone I canceled the order was transfered to a technician and purchased a replacement tottaly on the Technicians recommendation, price wasnt an issue only that tge gauge be ACCURATE. whatvthe technician sold ne was a Garage series gauge, it plainly states in the description that the gauge is for circumstances where precision is not that important. They canceled the order after it had shipped, I ordered another from another technicians recommendation and got a good gauge.PROBLEM: They recommended and sold me something specifically outside my stated requirements. Never opened package and refused, took almost a month for the refund. But they still charged me the outrageous shipping.They will rip you off if they make a mistake.Sugest another vender.
I was rushed the hole time I was in the store i called before I drove 3 hours to get there to make sure the parts where available they said yes I drive 3 hours and they didnt have what I came there for and rushed me the whole time I was there iv been buying from jeggs for over 20 years im not pleased

You buy at the store, Then sent to the Distribution center to pick up the wheels. Can only find 1. So choose a different wheel . Yes fine we can do a gift certificate for the difference. 1/2 hour later ( already been there an hour) Im told I have to go back to the retail store. Counter guy gives me 💩💩 Screw it give me a full refund I will order from Summit !! A usual 2hr journey took 4-1/2 hrs.
Used the website to order about $2100USD worth of parts (over $3000 CAD) in 2 orders. EVERY SINGLE THING I ORDERED SHOWED GOOD STOCK, NEXT DAY SHIPPING. 2 weeks later I get an email saying some things are back ordered new ship date is in a week, that ship date approaches another email saying it will ship in 2 weeks, I phone in and they assure me it will ship in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I get an email saying new ship date is in 2 weeks, I phone back to JEGS and they say we are just waiting on cams and springs from Comp Cams. I phone directly to Comp they have no blanks in stock and arent expecting any until October... Great JEGS is just lying to me on ship dates... I call back and they cancel the cams and springs and are supposed to send me the remainder of my order, plus cancel my second order that still isnt in stock. The incompetent person on the other end cancels the wrong stuff on the order a day or two later. I see the mistake and when I phone back they dont have stock on the stuff that they said they did.... I am very angry at this point obviously... they have nothing in stock... they cant do anything for me except refund my money at which point the exchange rate has changed and I have lost over $100CAD and spent a total of 9 hrs on the phone... The simple truth is these guys dont have what they say they do in stock, they lie to you in order to string you along in hopes that you will just end up buying. Their customer service dept is so inept that you get passed between agents constantly... My experience with them has left me with no parts, $100 loss, 9 hrs on the phone and an engine thats been down for over 2 months... I ordered parts from Summit and Rock during the same period and they are night and day better than this complete joke of a company

Called Jegs Performance parts to purchase a brake booster backup vacuum can for my muscle car due to my car not having enough vacuum to run my power brakes at low speed, so I got this can and installed it and it work and gives me a little extra vacuum to stop my car at low speed, great item if you don’t have enough vacuum for you’re power brake booster .
I sent my girlfriend to pick up 2 items and we spent over 200.00 and the employees were rude very short and im not sure i will ever come back to ur store

This review is for the online experience. It’s the worst. Bought something with the promise it’ll be shipped within 24 hours. After 3 days of nothing and 3 emails asking what’s going on i finally get a snooty email saying the item is back ordered without ETA. No offer for a cancellation/refund. I then tried to get the order cancelled but since then there was basically 0 customer service. You cant get them on the phone and they don’t reply to emails . Needed paypal to step in and resolve the issue. I definitely don’t recommend buying anything online from them. I for one wont be buying anything at all from them.
Poor customer service, I received my electric exhaust cutout without the motor, brackets and other important parts in the box. Called and informed them of the missing parts and asked if they could send them overnight. The indifferent customer reps I spoke with said I should send the entire package back, after the receive and inspect it thats when they can send me another kit. I couldnt believe it, they blatantly refused to send me the missing parts they failed to put in the box. She said as a matter of fact, the ran out of motors for exhaust cutout and another production is due to start in few months and that I should wait. They sent me my order hoping I didnt notice the missing motor, brackets and other pieces. After hours of dealing with them i decided to send them back and ask for refund, that was another headache. I do not recommend this company no customer service or attention to detail.

Im redoing this because I made a mistake Jegs had got hacked your computer system phone everything and they were shut down for three weeks I did receive my wheels I ordered and I apologize for the bad review I wrote . I hope that everyone that read it will come back and read this and I rewrote this so you guys know Jegs Performance is open and they took care of me and got me my wheels within 2 days after speaking with them.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome,very knowledgeable,took the time to help me with some pushrod concerns I was having.
Order for radiator, electric fan, fan controller, and trans cooler. All items listed as same day shipping. Paid extra for next day shipping. everything but the radiator showed up the next day. 2 weeks later im still waiting on the radiator.Had called 5 days after placing the order and was told it was still in warehouse and would be shipped ASAP. Tracking I was given still shows Fedex has yet to receive the package.Been on hold over an hour total. At this point Id be happy with a refund so I can take my business elsewhere.
I thought Jegs was a reputable company. I guess not. Horrible service, takes your money and wont respond to emails or messages. Filed PayPal dispute. Wont ever do business with them again.

This is a good place to get those hard to find parts, however it was during the covid-19 and could not get through on the phone finally hollered at employee bringing out another part for someone else told the name and what the the part was we were there for. Didnt use the truck hood until 2 weeks later and there was damage to both corners toward windshield, please check your part before you leave!
