This is actually my first public review, but I wanted to write about my positive experience at Georgesville Nissan. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and it is loaded with technology and safety features that need a lot of solid technical instruction, demonstration, and teaching. I had the pleasure of working with the lead Sales professional, Tyler Breece, and he spent as much time as needed to explain every feature and teach me how to use, when necessary . A real professional. I am 61 years old and need a little extra time to best learn the great features on Rogue. I do appreciate the time spent teaching me to use every feature, and some great tricks and tips, as well.Tyler had a true sense of professionalism and I felt comfortable that I got he best deal possible. I really did not need to negotiate much, as Georgesville Nissan put their best foot forward to get me the best deal.I was then introduced to the head of the service department and they let me know they are there for all my needs - true professionalism. It seems to me that this dealership has top management and operate as one solid team.There are many Nissan dealers around the state, but why not choose a dealer where they truly care about the customer? My next car will definitely come from Georgesville Nissan.
When I walked into Georgesville Nissan it wasnt like the many other times I was looking to purchase a vehicle. From the very first moments I was made to feel like part of the Georgesville Nissan family. It was very apparent that Tim and Enrique were there to guide me through all options on behalf of the dealership but it was made very apparent that it was my needs that were the basis for our interaction. The facility is very bright and clean. The professionalism and knowledge of staff is impeccable. What a wonderful business model. I am very happy with my 2021 Scarlet Ember Murano Platinum. I look forward to a continued relationship with Georgesville Nissan based on trust and respect.

They are always very helpful, kind, and smart. I had an oil change, rotation of my tires, and installation of new wiper blades. I love that they wash my car!
One of the best dealerships I have delt with. I broke down, 3 hours from home when my transmission gave out, 29k miles. Dont ask! The Service Department worked with me, got me home, and then got the car back on the road in 2 days. Josh, Dave, and Drew, I cant thank you enough!
We towed in our sons car overnight and he received a call promptly in the morning explaining the process. We were very impressed by the communication that we received. They diagnosed the problem, called us with the estimate, and fixed his car. Thank you, he leaves for college next week. You all were GREAT!!!!
My husband and I were looking at a 2021 Rogue Platinum. We were comparison shopping and our sales person was Scott Davies. He was helpful and patient. When we test drove he was thorough with his knowledge of the vehicle. Very pleasant young man. We picked out a vehicle and the sales manager for our deal (I believe his name was Kevin) was professional, put together a very competitive lease price with good financing terms within minutes. After the all of the paperwork was complete we started to leave and realized we had picked a vehicle with a key feature we wanted missing. We were initially stressed about the situation. Scott and Kevin reworked everything and got us in the exact right vehicle. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The whole experience was good. We will be return customers.

Extremely thankful for the kindness, efficiency and reliability we experienced from this place. My sister and I got into a tough situation traveling from NC to IL. Broke down with 4 dogs in the car, we arrived on a tow truck at Georgesville Nissan worried and out of options. Not only was the entire staff friendly and welcoming, Chris the Service/Parts Manager went above and beyond to help us solve the problems and be able to continue our trip to a wedding. Especially after COVID it seems not many people were willing or available to help. Thanks to Chris and the team who replaced our transmission with a time constraint and the most understanding hearts, we were able to continue our trip quickly and flawlessly. Damaged my car by putting dings and scratches on it! Brand freaking new 2021 Nissan Sentra and I have pictures to prove it! Before drop off and after pick up! Guy who helped me yelled at me and blamed them on anything other than his people or parts/repair area!! Had the nerve to ask me if I had insurance!!! To think we bought TWO cars at one time from this place!! Still no solution or communication as he refused to address it any further till “he has time.”
Didnt have to wait long,and I was offered lunch by some thoughtful ladies at the front desk.
David was awesome he kept me informed while I waited for my car. He was knowledgeable about repairs and pricing. The other staff in the dealership was not friendly at all. Thats why I would not purchase a car from Georgesville Nissan. However, David is the only advisor I will work with because he was friendly, professional and informative.
I purchased a Nissan Rogue today and my experience was great! Jason Stewart didnt make me feel pressured at all throughout the process these last few weeks. I even left my phone at the dealership and he brought it to me! I absolutely made the right choice and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan!

I was in on may 15th & Scott was amazing! he made my first car buying experience so easy and i left very very happy. i felt bad that he missed lunch and we had a few obstacles but he made sure i did not leave the lot without a car! also, he was very nice to my 2 year old who hated being there the whole time. great customer service, he deserves a raise!
Dave and Drew always provide excellent service and surpass all our expectations. We couldnt ask for better treatment they always make us feel like family!
I worked with Ronald Bell. He was calm and super helpful. I knew what I wanted, and he didnt try to push me into something else. I told him this, that, this, and he said we have that what color you want, and he said we dont have that at this dealership, but I will have the truck here in ten minutes. I pulled up to the dealership, and he had it out front. I test drove it, and I loved it. I was going to get a Cadillac Escalade, and they didnt have the color I wanted, so I said, let me look at an Armada, and I had 3 Altimas and 1 Armada. I love the brand. Ronald makes the experience super easy I came to the dealership at 330pm by 5pm; I was leaving with a new truck. The only issue was the car was so new I couldnt take it home. The PID wasnt done, so I had to wait till it got inspected by the dealership the following day. Ronald told me he would bring it to my job if I wanted. Now that is customer service. I will get another vehicle from Nissan again. I missed the brand. Great Job, Ronald and staff, for making this a wonderful experience.My buddy is in the market for a truck. I told him to go to Nissan on Georgeville road and ask for Ronald he is looking for the Titan.
The service department helped me with my nissan and they were absolutely fantastic.
Went for Oil change, took around 30 minutes. I like the online system where I received a link via text message that describe potential issue in my car (the break pads) with the estimate cost and asking if I want to proceeded with the fix. Also the complementary car wash was a nice surprise.
Enrique and Justin made it possible for me to drive away in a nice new safe and reliable vehicle for me and my kids. When I first went in I didnt think it was looking good that I was going to get a car. Well, the next morning I get a phone call and they worked it out for me. I am very blessed to have walked in there. I have already recommended this dealership to a few of my friends. Thank you so much Enrique and Justin!!! If I could give 6 stars I would.

I cant believe the level of customer service i just recieved. The staff was incredible. I went in for a promotional oil change, and got way more including a free car wash and fluids topped off. They checked my tires, and even wiped down my interior! They have a big viewing area, the entire facility is state-of-the-art.
I purchased my Altima here and from beginning to end all staff has been respectful accurate and understanding. I got my first oil change with no issues decent timing. Any Nissan I purchase moving forward will be from this location.
Great experience I can’t complain really nice and friendly but yet professional employees. Very clean dealership! The many different complimentary beverages are simply a plus.
Attached are pictures of how service here left my car after not being able to fix it .. my mirror is hanging and cigarette outlet is pulled out . They do not check your car out for the $121 fee they just listen to what you say and guess...Not happy with the service here. I would not trust service with your vehicle seemed like they just charged me to fix nothing. Dave was really nice in service but I do not believe the team truly had my best interest and fixing my 2007 Nissan Murano. They have even mentioned multiple times that its old and I should try to get a new car even sales people have called me trying to get me into a new car but I was not ready.after getting serviced 3 times my car is not running ...not to mention every time I left there was another problem with my car I do not know for sure if they did it but I am sure before my car went into their service department it did not have the problems they claim are wrong with my vehicle.The sales department (jason) was helping me today and he gathered my information and ran my credit only to approve me then called and said I needed extra 550 which I scrapped up only to get another call back saying must have a cosigner. So much confusion and not enough getting people into cars!If I am not approved after telling you all my information Georgesville Nissan sale STOP RUINING PEOPLES CREDIT ! AND TO THE SERVICE DEPT WHY DIDNT YALL CATCH THOSE PROBLEMS WHEN I FIRST CAME IN TO CHECK MY CAR OUT?FYI I love nissan just tired of the Georgesville rd location and the run around!
This is a Nissan complaint not Georgesville Nissan itself. We had to have a part replaced on the drivers seat that has broken three times and the car is approaching two years old. I questioned whether this fell under the lemon law or why the part wasnt made of a better material that is more durable. I was told this is a common problem at $200 for each repair that leaves a bad feeling toward the Nissan product. This is our first Nissan.
Everyone at Georgesville Nissan is always very friendly. Scheduling service was easy and they were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my appointment. David in the service department always does a great job of explaining the work done on my vehicle (even to someone like me who knows nothing about car maintenance) and the pricing and is very thorough in making sure all of my questions are answered. The work is always done in a timely manner but it is clear that they take their time to ensure the quality of the work.
My salesman Tyler Breece was AMAZING! He truly made my whole 1st time car buying experience a breeze! He made sure that I was fully informed and I was able to get the car that I love!

David gave us great service. Only advice would be to test drive the cars after all parts are put back together we had a minor incident with a button in the breaks being stuck. However the issue was resolved quickly.
Normal visit. Waited about an hour. Friendly staff. A-1 waiting atea with wifi, drinks, and snacks. I brought my laptop and was able to work.
Scott was nice but I felt like I was Thanksgiving left overs and they didnt want to make a deal

We were happy with our experience with Clark, the salesperson we worked with. However I was definitely less satisfied with the financing team. We agreed upon one price for the vehicle, even signed a paper with the agreed upon price and were then told they made a mistake and they could not honor that price because we were doing 0% financing and they had also included a Nissan incentive of $2000.We returned a few days later, because of our experience with Clark, to lease a vehicle after being told they were able to match a different dealerships price. Once again the price changed and they were no longer honoring the price we were told. We ended up getting the lease we had come in for from another dealership on a Rogue with an even higher msrp.

Bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Rouge Sport and traded in my old Honda Civic last year. Enrique was professional and easy to talk with, everybody I dealt with has been very nice. The process of trading-in was quick and easy.
The men where very polite n professional.Scheduled me the same day n took care of all my needs. I dropped my car off earlier than my scheduled time n it was done before my scheduled time. They communicate w/you (by tx) while your car is being serviced.

I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment (5:15). The guys took my keys and quickly got to work. I was shown to the waiting room and invited to grab some coffee or water while I wait. A woman was in the waiting room with me while I waited and a technician came in to explain the diagnosis on her car and the precautions to take now and how soon before needing to more. That was impressive that they took the time to do that for a customer. I was taken to pay about 5:45, less than 1 hour to handle the maintenance and complementary sweep out of the front floorboard and wiping down the dash. The tech went through the multi-point inspection with me explaining that my back brakes were pretty worn down and that I would be needing some soon. Again, very satisfied and impressed that time was taken with each customer to make sure their vehicle was in running form. I certainly will be back.
Answered all my questions, did a quick and quality job on my service and everyone seemed nice so Thanks for making my 1st experience a good one.

The best dealer service center I have ever experienced. Drew provided outstanding, quality expertise. Greatly appreciate Eddie as well. It is worth paying extra to have your Nissan towed here rather than other Nissan mechanics in the Columbus area.
I remember mistakenly scheduling my oil change at a different sister company..that will never happen again..the employees here are always kind, always knowledgeable and always fast..we will be together for a very long time.

Just a heads up but they were great at selling my car but awful after the deal was done. I contacted them, no lie, more than 15 times because the key fob they gave me was not registered to my vehicle. They kept saying they will get back to me but never did. Finally someone got back and said I cant help you. We have no records of your issue and the guy who sold your car is no longer here. I have a years worth of e-mails of me trying to get this fixed.

Ron was my salesman. I explained what I wanted and where I needed to be dollar wise in payments. In the three picks I had in mind he went through all the details and which had what options and what didn’t. I settled on the Rogue Sun and Sound as the last on my list of wants was a sun roof. Received more than I expected but I’m happy with my choice. Now I just need to learn all the extras. For me this is my fourth Nissan through the years and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
My grand-daughter went there to see if they could find a vehicle that would accommodate transporting her family. She met with enrique and well lets just say he was able to pull the rabbit out if the hat. A little tweak here and there and his persistence he was able to fulfill their dream. Great service is not dead!! When you walk in your are greeted immediately. The lounge is really nice as well. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable. They picked up a key for us from another dealership and got us back on the road quickly! Would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately my transmission went out so I had my car towed in on Monday morning, without an appointment. They worked me in and had my transmission in and car ready to go Thursday morning.
I went to a dealership on the east side and it was such a horrible experience I almost gave up. Ron reached out to me about a trade in value I did on the Georgesville Nissan website and I was in there the next day with a new car. I cannot thank Ron and everyone else enough. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and will buy from here again.
Service department is awesome! Sales- lied about the car I bought and never bothered to call me back even after talking to corporate. They have shown that they do not want me to buy another car from them. Do not recommend for Sales...but service is great. It would have been one star if not for them. I wish I could do a separate review just for service!

They explained finance options thoroughly and which one was the best for me. The test drive, sale, and financing were done quickly without any pressure from anyone. The repair shop tried everything they could do to help get my car fixed. Even though they could not contact my insurance they still gave my car an overall inspection and didnt even charge me for it. They go out of their way to try to help. I would highly recommend theirsservice to anyone. They are concerned about getting the job done nomater how long it takes.
Ive had more challenges in ordering a pizza than purchasing a vehicle at Georgesville Nissan. From my first phone call inquiring about a stock number to signing the final paper work on that very same vehicle, has been an extraordinary experience for the good. My sale associate (Josh) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased.

Georgesville Nissan is one of the easiest car dealerships to work with. Enrique is the best salesman to work with out there! He is friendly, efficient, and personable. He knows his stuff and makes the car buying experience more pleasant. I love the Rogue I got.

I always have a great experience at the service department. Couldnt be happier.
Just experienced one of the most deceptive and highest pressure sales situations in my entire life. They used a very deceptive Black Friday mailer to lure you into the dealership. It makes you think that you’ve one any one of many prizes ranging from $250 in gift cards to $20,000 cash. My mailer made it look like I had won $500 cash and a $500 gift card. Once they get you in the door they sit you down and start talking to you and grilling you for information to use against you using high pressure sales techniques. The sales person didn’t even remotely act like she was truly interested in helping me and didn’t act like she wanted to be there. She kept asking me questions and trying to twist my words around to get me interested in buying a car. After telling her multiple times that I wasn’t interested in purchasing a vehicle she finally gave in and took me over to the “Prize Board.” This is where the deception comes full circle and you realize that you’ve wasted your valuable time for nothing. The “Prize Numbers” that matched the “Lucky Numbers” on the mailer don’t truly matter. The actual prizes are determined using an “Official Pin” next to your address. Of the 40,000+ mailers that they sent out only 43 people win something of a large value, everyone else gets $5 cash and a $5 gift card… I’d be willing to bet that most of the 40,000+ mailers they sent out make you think that you’ve won when in reality you don’t get jack squat. Georgesville Nissan will never get my business or a second look from me ever again. I can promise that I will be sure to tell others to steer clear as well…
Had a great experience here from start to finish. I have a frontier still under warranty. Walked in on a Saturday for an oil change and because it was making a squeaking noise.Drew the service writer got me right in. The truck was maintenances and the issue diagnosed within a couple of hours.The truck ended up needing to stay at the dealership for a couple of days until the parts came in. The work was done when they said it would be, and Drew communicated with me every step of the way.I also noticed that their service writers were thoroughly explaining required repairs and maintenance to other customers, and they are not using high pressure fear based sales tactics.Had a great experience here and will definitely be back. Best dealership interaction I have ever had.
