Joe did a tremendous job helping me with my service a few weeks ago. I brought it in for a 10k service and he noticed that I had a crack in my windshield. I was planning on going through insurance for it soon, but he offered to handle the whole thing. He called the insurance and had it replaced within a few days. On Christmas day in 2020, my car skid on some black ice in Columbus and hit the curb. The right front wheel absorbed all the damage from the impact, and the car was not drivable. The damage was deep, all the way to the steering shaft.I called the Mercedes Benz of Easton after the accident and got connected to Drew Weinberg. After speaking to him, per his advice I had my car towed to the shop, and my car was looked at very quickly. They sent me a video of my car explaining what needs to be replaced. And I could see this was not an easy job.Even during the holiday season, Drew took care of all my concerns in a very timely and assuring manner. Drew was very involved in the whole process, and really quick to work with my insurance. He would update me every day with the progress made, which I appreciated.As a Mercedes Benz customer, I really felt that my car was in great hands. The work they did on my car is superb. My car is again driving like a cloud, and I have to say - they did a very nice job on my car. I just moved to the area, so this was my first visit to this dealer. The service department here is outstanding! I had my car towed here unexpectedly, which was a stressful situation. But Spencer took great care to communicate regularly with me about my vehicle through phone and the dealers text message system. He was polite, professional, and sensitive to my situation. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond by taking clear photos of the damage at my request for my records.The technician sent me a video overview of my car while it was up on the lift and informed me about upcoming service needs I should plan for in the future. This dealership has great staff and expert to work with. Since my purchase I have been really happy with the service they provided me and my family. Recently, I did not got the tile on time and due to which I was not sure how I would drive my car. We called the dealership and they immediately issued us the new extended temporary tags. Erik really helped us with the tags. In addition, he also helped us re-set our navigation system which I was not able to get it right since our purchase. It was very quick and easy! I initially was reviewing 2 models of the C300 online. Kimberly Knight contact me and gave me all the information I was looking for on these models. She also provided very useful information on current specials going on. She was very helpful, and courteous and I appreciated all her assistance with information and setting up my test drive appointment. I then worked with Chris Anders during my test drive appointment. I loved his no pressure technique and mad em very comfortable at the dealership. We looked over both of the cars I was interested in. he detailed as many of the features as he could. The negotiating went as expected but wasnt high pressure, which helped me enjoy the experience more than any other dealership I have been to. We can to a solid agreement on pricing and I ended up with an awesome C300 Mercedes. I felt the whole staff was very courteous but the 2 mentioned above went above and beyond my expectations. I am really enjoying my new car and hope to do more business there in the future.

While on a cross country trip in our Leisure Travel Van, our right rear wheel speed sensor stopped working. We called ahead and spoke with Andy Culver, who after checking his parts inventory for a 2017 Sprinter, was able to give us a repair appointment 2 days later. He greeted us at the door, insured us Mercedes would pick up the bill for the warranty service and showed us to the high class waiting area. After a couple of hours, the new part was installed and we were back on the road to complete our trip. Andy provided us world class service from my initial phone call to set up the appointment, to handing back our keys to send us on our way. Thanks Andy for all you did to get us back home safely.

Spencer provided me wonderful service when my car had a recall. He supplied me with a very nice loaner while my car was being worked on and texted me updates about my car everyday!! Which was greatly appreciated as my car is my baby. I also liked that they provided me with a video walk through sent to my phone on what could use some work on my car!! All in all I always have a great experience with Mercedes of Easton.
I had a young man named Mason help me a few days ago. Knew exactly what he was talking about. Didn’t try to drive up the price. Super nice and made me feel welcome even though I don’t know a whole lot about cars. 10/10 for the whole experience.
My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Easton has been outstanding. I am new to Mercedes (former BMW X7 and Lincoln Navigator). I purchased a GLS 580. I stopped by the night before my purchase and briefly looked at the vehicle. I then went home and went online to do my diligent review. I made an online inquiry about a specific vehicle and was contacted by Sophia. She was very nice and followed my experience through out the process. She was able to connect me with Vaughn. Vaughn was outstanding to work with. It was a very friendly, no pressure visit. He was able to answer questions and help me make an informed decision about my purchase. Once I decided that the GLS was for me, the process to complete the paperwork went seamlessly. I did have prior approval for a car loan at 2.19% that I thought there was no way they could beat - but, they proved me wrong and found a better offer. After all was complete, Vaughn and I reviewed much of the tech in the vehicle. There is a huge learning curve. This is where Cody steps in and worked very hard to help my learning process. It is very obvious that Cody is very enthusiastic about his role. He went above and beyond what I would consider adequate. Together we explored the Mercedes system and he was able to provide many helpful tips. I left feeling I will have a continued resource for any future questions. Every time I entered the show room floor, people acknowledged my presence and made sure I was directed in the right direction. Overall, I had a great first experience. I feel confident that the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Easton were genuinely there to help and make the experience all that much better and for that - I THANK YOU!!
Just wanted to share a great experience I had with the folks at Mercedes Benz of Easton and, in particular, my service writer, Chris Wilkoski. My wife and I had traveled to the Columbus area from our home in the DC area the day before. When we arrived we noticed a loud screeching noise coming from one of my wheels. Next day I visited MB Easton hoping to have someone look at the car. Even though they were booked solid, Chris understood my predicament and was able to squeeze our car in for service. Decided to come here instead of the Dublin location and this Mercedes did not disappoint. The service here is amazing. We came on Saturday an hour before closing due to our busy schedule and everyone here was so nice. We ended up getting a Glc43 and are very happy with the purchase! HelloI few days ago, I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service. I have been going to the dealership for a few years and I didn’t expect anything different, especially from Drew, service consultant. This visit was very different!! I didn’t expect to be without my vehicle for 5 days 😳. Based on expectations, I didn’t reserve a loaner car. Day 2 came about and at the end of the day, Drew called asking could he keep the car for another day. I asked reasonable questions, like why am I receiving a call, after hours of knowing my vehicle would not be serviced within a 48 hour timeframe. Drew failed to answer the questions because he didn’t have a good answer. The true dilemma at the time was I didn’t have a vehicle for the weekend. The phone call between Drew and I had ended. Drew for the first time has failed to deliver excellent service. Things were not going typically well for the service department who was short of staffing for the day. Drew called me back within 5 minutes with a solution for a loaner for the weekend!! I’m not sure how he did it, but I arrived early the following morning and he was true to his word where I had a vehicle until my car was ready for pickup.GREAT JOB DREW!!
