The sales people at this facility are really good to work with. They are friendly and low pressure. Both my wife and I have Jags and we enjoy them. Any issues we have are always addressed by Mr. Antoine Board who is the Sales Manager. He sold me my car and has stuck by me for two years after the sale just to insure I am well treated there. We drive 25 miles each way from home to go to this dealership because we are appreciated by the leadership there, especially Mr. Board. He is always willing to help us work things out. For Jags or Land Rovers I recommend this place.
I Purchased a Discovery Sport. It’s My Third Land Rover. Very Nice. Great Features. The best part of My Purchase was the Sales Staff. Kevin Winston was Great. Excellent experience and super knowledgeable staff. Kevin Winston is a very informed sales person and Rick Allen (the service tech lead) is by FAR the best Rover mechanic in Ohio. Rick was the Land Rover factory mechanic on the Great Divide rally back in the early 90s and again recently with the modern Range Rover platform. He has serviced my Classics, P38, L322 and Modern Rovers as well as being knowledgable about Jaguar products. 10x the shopping and service experience you would have at MAG. Hands down the best in our area. Highly Recommend.

We drove 5 hours to find a vehicle and after a long tiring day of driving the service made sure we had everything we needed and did everything they could to help us! Walter is the best and everyone else was friendly as can be!! They also have two therapy puppies to play with while you’re stressing over what car you want! Definitely my favorite place I’ve ever dealt with!!
Expect no response for service unless you call at least two times. Expect for them to not be prepared to meet your needs. Expect that poor service will not change regardless of them telling you they will do better. Find somewhere else to buy/lease your Jaguar. Never expected having such a difficult time addressing issues with a 2018 Jaguar...

I traded in 2 vehicles for a new Jaguar F-Pace SVR. I fell in love with my new F-Pace the minute I pulled out of the parking lot for a test drive. I told Walter (my salesman), I have 2 hrs to get through the paperwork. With a 2 vehicle trade in, there will be extra paperwork of course and Walter said he could get it done. 2hrs and 15mins later I drove off in my new F-Pace. Walter and the financing team were very easy to work with and got me out fast. This was the most pain free buying experience I’ve ever had.
Total waste of time... made appointment 3 weeks in advance and drove an hour to get there and find out the loaner car that was promised wasn’t there and I wouldn’t have any car to drive.... was told to make another appointment or go without a car ...... then they told me they tried to call but had the wrong number... wasn’t the 1st time having my car there and the other times they had no problem calling my same number and reaching me .... stay away unless you want your time wasted.....
This place is a complete joke! If you want a dealership that will update there customers and explain just what exactly they are doing with your vehicle this is not your place, you will have to call in multiple times and neither Travis nor Aaron will return phone calls. We had thought we were getting somewhere when the service manager (Rob) explained that Travis was the gentlemen dealing with the repair but he was in training ( much needed) until Saturday and he would have him give us a call, thought great that should be the end of it! We had to call in Saturday and Travis himself didn’t even take the time to call back he had the receptionist which had very little information call back and say the car will be ready by Monday at 5:00. At 4:45 Monday Aaron calls and informs us that the vehicle is not ready for pickup and should be done the following day. The vehicle was leaving on a trip to Canada that following day which was not ideal at all and this was mentioned prior to even having the vehicle wrote up at drop off. The loaner they gave was nice but had a check engine light on which they mention wasn’t a big deal, so you bring a car in to service and get a loaner with issues? Clearly nobody is ever on the same page at this place nor do they respect customers enough to give them updates like other dealerships would, It is worth the drive to Dublin to go to MAG just for the simple fact of they will update you throughout the entire process.
