Germain Ford Beavercreek. The worst salesperson, knew for 8 hrs that I would be at the dealership to look at a used truck. She knew absolutely nothing about the truck didnt know that it was absolutely filthy on the inside and out. Wasnt even sure which one it was. I felt totally disrespected by her and the dealership. I give them a big fat ZERO
Awful. Went to sign papers to purchase a car after my wife had driven the vehicle. Had only replaced two of the four worn tires. Would rather sell an unsafe 30k car and complete a sale than spend the 500 bucks. Ended up spending 36k with another dealer for a better car and a much more professional buying experience.
The entire staff is amazing. The service they provide is exceptional, bar none. Easy to make service singleness with, which they immediately send you a email confirmation so you can add it to your calendar. The waiting room is relaxing and comfy. I dont mind having my car serviced anymore.
I was looking at high-end cars and they have a bunch. I was treated very fairly very with friend Lee customer service. I took a ride in a car test drove on people are very friendly they have kept up with me probably down the road in the next 6 months to a year Im going to go trade my car in and buy one from them.
Large dealership with a great selection. I actually shopped online before coming in. Their website is easy to navigate and has great photos of the vehicles. Their staff was very helpful and not pushy at all. Great service!

Want to pass on a compliment to Bob Eisenbach for outstanding customer focus and service as we transition our fairly new Jaguar from Byers to Germain. Bob went well above and beyond to help us when we ran low on diesel additive. This may seem like a small thing, but to an owner new to diesel vehicles, it was a very big thing. Since your new dealership was not yet fully stocked, he purchased the additive on his way home last night, had it ready this morning, filled the reservoir, shared some other features of the car that Debbie was unfamiliar with, introduced her to the team, and made her feel really comfortable with all Germain will have to offer. We were here at Miss Mercedes-Benz to get our smart car repaired came to find out our mechanic that works on the smart cars was out sick so we rescheduled till May our representative at the shop or we did see about service on our smart car was well respectful to us and it was well-received

Germain Mercedes just surprised the heck out of me, they dropped my car off (I live 29 miles away) after the oil change and Courtney vehicle check. Crown Mercedes (soon to be out of business for terrible customer service) refused to provide loaner or drop me off even though I live in less than 5 miles away. My next car will be from Germain, no doubt. Thank you guys for being EXCELLENT.

So me and my girlfriend went into germain mazda on morse road. We said we would like to to try a trade in or a strait lease. They told us we need 4500 dollars down which would have for the most part paid off our car we had. So i said try without the trade in he said same thing. Now mazda only uses chase for leasing a mazda in the united states. Went to ricart and we got our mazda no money down! Good work Germain you lost a customer! Oh ricart used chase also funny how that worked.

5/10/2017: The Ford service department at Germain Beavercreek, OH is the worst Ive ever experienced. My F150, under full warranty, is in for repair as I write this post. Dropped it off last week for extremely loud metal-on-metal grinding from the front end. Germain could not duplicate noise, and lubed the rear parking brake. Extremely loud metal-on-metal grinding again this week, immediately took it over to Germain. Service consultant heard the noise while I stood next to him, while my wife drove by us. We discussed it being a 4-wheel drive problem, i.e. axle/differential, and Ford has an issue with this. He stated they would need to tear into the axle/differential. Next morning, today, I receive a call from Stevie Eagle saying the truck is ready to go, that they could not duplicate the problem. I fell out of my chair! I stated your guy heard the noise and the plan was to tear into the 4-wheel drive to fix. Stevie states Ford wont allow us to tear into the differential/axle unless they can hear the noise. Again, I state, your man heard it loud and clear yesterday. I am aggravated beyond belief at this point. So, Ford Germain/ Stevie Eagle effectively tells me, there is nothing more they can do. I tell Stevie, this is bull-#@$&!. Stevie, HANGS UP on me. This is good customer service??? This is how they treat a customer, who purchased the F150 from THEIR dealership, by hanging up on them?? I will never, ever purchase another vehicle from Germain, nor take my vehicles in for service there again. If anyone wants superior customer service from a Ford Dealership in the Dayton, OH area, I instead highly recommend Interstate Ford in Miamisburg, OH, and ask for Shaun - I give them 5 star rating.UPDATE 5/11/2017: Took my F150 to Interstate Ford Miamisburg, OH. Their service staff immediately duplicated the noise problem, then promptly diagnosed, Found both front hub lock actuators failed due to separation of gear and vacuum housing. Replace hub locks per shop manual. Repaired under warranty, and F150 is now in excellent shape. This is superior technical troubleshooting, repair and customer service, and I did not even purchase my F150 from Interstate. Interstate will receive all my future business -not incompetent Germain.
