The dealer / service managers are all respectable but I would NOT buy a car here due to the fact that youre at the mercy of their service department. Its ONE team, you cant just try to separate each division for reviews etc.I own two of the same cars so its relatively easy to compare and see issues.The service department at Easton specializes in breaking things / clips / and failing to reassemble components completely. Windshield washer filler cap broken - no problems buying a new one, it wasnt broken when I brought it cause I literally just filled it with RainX fluid so they wouldnt put garbage in it. To the left you can see the push clip is magically missing also. You can also see a push clip missing in the battery box (I have extra of these also, so no big deal. Im just highlighting the BS.)

Bought a Signature Series Q50 this morning and wanted to say how happy I am with the car, but just as happy with the staff at Germain. If you have the opportunity to work with Jared, consider yourself lucky. He was very helpful during the buying process, and was equally great, if not better, during the delivery process. He noticed that during the delivery process the gas tank was at 3/4 full and he went and got his credit card to fill it up while talking about the features of the car. Very happy with this car buying experience.

Service dept never answers the phone and never returns voicemails. And if you call the parts department when they actually do pick up the phone they just say idk what that is when you ask if they have a part. I love infiniti and hate that these dealerships are ruining the brands image.

Cant be trusted. I live in another state. We agreed to a price and I asked to send pics of all imperfections so not to be surprised after flying in to purchase. They sent pics of two small scratches. I arrive and the passenger side dash had scratches all over the leather and the deeper scratches in the glove box. It looked like the previous owner had a big dog in the front seat that destroyed the dash. The salesman said it was in the shade when he looked at it before and did not see. They were well aware of the issue. It is the first thing I saw when I opened the door. I found multiple scratches in the paint that we had to get a detailer out to to buff out. All said and done, they said they would replace the destroyed dash IF I PAY $500 for the parts. Needless to say I walked away from the deal. The salesman kept saying how he came in on his day off to finalize our deal and barely mentioned the fact I was out roughly $500 in travel expenses and the better part of a day in travel. To give him some credit, he offer to pitch in half of the cost of replacement parts given the GM would not give any additional concessions.Thanks for wasting my time & money!
Saturday (03/27), I visited Germain Infiniti of Easton with a few of family members b/c I was interested in purchasing an Infiniti QX50. Ive visited Germain Infiniti in the past and figured I would go back. BAD IDEA! I got to the dealership a little after 3:30p (they closed at 5p). The salesman (Mikel) that came seemed nice at first, however, I QUICKLY learned he was not interested in assisting me. I showed him the SUV I was interested in. He asked me if I was looking to buy or lease. I said I was leaning more towards buying, but was open. He asked what I wanted my payments to be. I shared. IT WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE.I asked if he could open the SUV so I could take a look at the interior. He responded, you can view the one on the showroom floor. I responded, Id like to see this one (especially if its one Im interested in buying). He sighed, got the # off of the SUV, then went inside. He came back about 5 mins later, with the wrong key. Im not sure if he expected me to respond with, its ok, I can take a look at the other one since you have that key (even though thats not the one I was interested in). I didnt and asked if he could get the correct key. He came back out with the correct key and unlocked the doors. I took a few mins to look around the SUV and explore the features and decided I wanted to take it on a test drive. He proceeded to ask me again if I was planning to lease or buy b/c the payments to buy the SUV were going to be around $600+, which wasnt really what I was looking for. I let him know I didnt need to make a decision at that point b/c I just wanted to test drive the car to see if I really liked it or not, then I could make a decision from there. He again sighed and said fine, we can go inside and fill out the paperwork to test drive the SUV. Because I was less than impressed with his customer service, I ended up declining and instead visited a different Infiniti dealership.My experience with Germain Infiniti has definitely rubbed me the wrong way. The salesmans customer service skills were VERY POOR to say the least. Not once did he share the features of the car, offer to allow me to test drive the car, or treat me like any other potential customer interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Instead, he kept asking if I wanted to buy or lease and how much it would cost, which made me feel like he didnt think I could afford what the SUV cost, which couldnt be farther from the truth.Its experiences like these that make potential customers lose interest in businesses. You should NEVER judge a book by its cover. Just because someone doesnt look or dress a certain way doesnt mean they have a poor credit score and are broke. Youd be very surprised at the people who could walk into a dealership and pay cash for a vehicle. But, because a salesperson prejudged based off of what they saw, they end up missing out on a blessing.
I bought a car here about a month ago from out of state. I found a car I fell in love with here, but when they unloaded it from the truck carrier it had some damage from transport. The sales manager took care of everything and had it repaired and it looking like new. The customer service was excellent. The associates were trustworthy and it was a pleasant buying experience overall. A month later I still love the car and you would never know it needed any repairs...it still looks great !

Went in to see an INFINITI q60. The salesman that helped me was Mikel Berry. I was interested in buying a used vehicle with low miles and asked if they had any. He said no, so I asked if I could test drive the new q60 that was out in the lot. He denied my request bc I initially said I was looking for used. Terrible customer service! I may have considered buying new or doing a lease if I liked how the car drove. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Unbelievably poor service. My car was returned to me without a mirror cap (I was having the starter repaired), and was told I have to wait 2 hours to see the general manager to discuss. Two hours! It is a Saturday but really? I’m one hour in on my wait....might order in lunch. Ha!I would be extremely hesitant to take my car here for repairs in the future. The customer service is non existent.

On May 4th, my wife and I showed up without an appointment to test drive a Q60. We own two INFINITIS already so we are familiar with the line. Jeff Wright was very busy and all sales people were gone for the day since they were working by appointment due to the Covid-19 situation. Jeff Wright was fantastic as he juggled some online sales while helping us. We test drove the car, asked a couple of questions and made a purchase. The 2018 Q60 was a Certified Pre-owned car so everything about the financing was made easy. Jeff had me come back for detailing at a later date and the staff took fantastic care of me. Dealership never answers phone. Always have to call several times or leave a voicemail. What dealership doesnt have a receptionist constantly answering phones and transferring. There should be no reason as to ever get a voicemail or no answer on the main line for a dealer. For this being a higher end car line, I would expect some better service behind the phones.

As I have been in the market for an Infiniti G37xS for a few months I was pleasantly surprised to see Infiniti of Easton had 3 on the lot ranging from 10,000 miles to close to 40,000 miles. I had an idea of what price and mileage would meet the standard so on Sunday I inquired about one of the vehicles. Megan promptly responded to my interest via text filling me in on some details around the current G37s on the lot. Later I found out Sunday is not considered a business day at Infiniti of Easton so Megan was, from the first interaction, going above and beyond. I found Megan and Mark (General Manager) helpful and willing to go the extra mile (Literally, they are delivering the car I purchased to my house in south Dayton) throughout the entire purchase experience. This treatment extends from the finance staff as well. Pam shopped my loan to find an interest rate saving me .25%. Typically car buying is cumbersome at best. This experience was what it should of been for the value and cost of product rendered. Not overly convenient to minimize value but extremely easy to do professional business. Most of my interaction was done via telephone after I left the dealership, far past closing hours, the night I test drove the car. I highly recommend Germain Infiniti of Easton for purchase of used vehicles. If I could buy my next house from this dealership I would.....

Im only giving them 1 star because we can’t give them zero. We just purchased a 2016 Q50S on Nov 1st and since then we’ve had to bring it in on 3 different occasions for servicing. The more major being all 4 tires needing to be balanced and all 4 rims being bent. The service department assured us that the vehicle was “thoroughly inspected but this is obviously not the case. Now they are using our warranty to fix the problem that should’ve been fixed prior to the purchase, had they had completed the inspection “thoroughly “. When I asked them how this could happen to a vehicle, their response was maybe the car was being driven over pot holes or over the curbs. I then went on to tell the lady that we just purchased the vehicle a week ago? How? She mumbled over her words and said not to worry because they were taking care of it all. We’ve had better experiences purchasing a vehicle on Craigslist! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM INFINITI OF EASTON! THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES!
When I was 23 I went to germain and found a nice used car. The GM (one of the Germaine) was helping me with financing and offered me a low low rate of 14%. When I declined and walked away he called me and tried to see what interest rate I was getting else were and said he would match. I will never give germain my business.
I’m giving this rating because they helped me with no problem. As soon as I pulled in I was taken care of. It did take a little longer than what they said but that because they had a new technician. So they gave me a discount for my wait which I didn’t mind at all. Great kind people and made a connection with them very fast. tgey treated me like I was family and been there for years.
Other than the awesome customer service by car salesman Aaron Thompson, the experience has been awful to say the least; I recently just purchased a 2016 Q50S with approximately 37K miles; the vehicle was a leased vehicle with a clean carfax and allegedly clean service/maintenance history. However, that was not the case. I’ve been back to the dealership for 3 different issues! My biggest issue being the wheels and tires. Approximately 5 days after purchase of the vehicle, i noticed the car would shake excessively when I got up to about 30-40mph... I called for the vehicle to be inspected and serviced bc obviously there were some underlying issues. Come to find out, the vehicle needed to be balanced and ALL 4 rims are bent and HAVE to be replaced. I explained my frustration to Luke, a sales manager, who then advised me that the purchase of MY additional wheel and tire warranty would take care the cost of the defect! I was adamant that if Infiniti lived by good moral faith and standards, INFINITI would remedy the cost and the repairs at their OWN expense!!! Do NOT purchase from here as they clearly do not complete THOROUGH inspections on their used vehicles; I intend to file a BBB complaint to maintain my stance.... this is simply a case of “BAD BUSINESS”.... side note: the only reason they even received a 2 star was bc of car salesman Aaron Thompson’s professional approach.Darrel Gray
Love this dealership, Ive owned over 18 cars in my life and the last two have been from this dealership. Its been the best car buying experience by far.Peter Brown is the best sales manager Ive ever met, he doesnt pressure you and allows you to take your time. He always has time for you and makes getting a new car incredibly easy. He goes above and beyond to help the customer and give great deals too. He looks after the customer after the initial sale, Im sure Im going to stay with Infiniti for a long time, their deals and after care are hard to beat and you get a lot of car for your money, happy driving knowing you got your moneys worth and didnt over pay. Brian in the service department is the man. Super friendly, knows his stuff, and hell take care of you. Service is fast, and they go the extra mile by asking if youd like them to vacuum and wash the car if you have the time. I know most places do this, but the fact that he asked is is great because of I was crunched for time, I had the option to say no.
