I was looking all around town for someone who could help with some serious wheel bearing issues with my vehicle and I stumbled on Zach. It was the best luck I had for a while b/c not only did he help with the problem, he was also reasonable in price & thats hard to find. Especially being a woman sometimes auto shops will take you for a ride price wise. He didnt do that.. I am VERY pleased with this man and his service! I called him just to see if he could help me with my car issue (it had some trouble starting), and after I drove up he diagnosed the problem as a bad starter and after I got the part he replaced it QUICK! He was very reasonably priced too! Caught me by surprise to see just a man working a trade without some big fancy facility, but I trust him and will definitely be returning.

Really good guy. Blew a wheel bearing in my Suburban and was stuck at a rest area off the I70 west bound side and I called him in the middle of the night. I was very surprised he answered. Who answers the phone at 12 midnight. He told me he could get the part in the morning and come take care of me. I said ok. The next day I asked him if he could bring me a pack of cigarettes and a coffee because I ran out in the middle of the night. He showed up with a hot cup of coffee and my brand of cigarettes. And changed out my wheel bearing in record time. This man is worth every penny. And yes I tipped him well and cover the cost of everything. Thank Sir your a Saint. My son was visiting Columbus for the weekend and went to return home and the car wouldnt shift the transmission into gear. 4 kids on a Sunday afternoon who live 3 hrs away needed to get home. No Hassell was only guy I could find to come out that didnt want to tow it and work on it the next day. After being there for 10 min. they were on their way with a temp fix and made it home with no issues.

The engine went bad on my 98 Camry. I googled car repairs near my area and came across No Hassle Auto Repair. I noticed that it received good reviews and was open 24/7. I was stranded on Sunday night and knew nothing else would be open, so I decided to have it towed to No Hassle. After Zac troubleshooted the engine, he told me that I would need a new one but that he could find a good used one for me. I really didnt want to invest in a new car at this time, so Zac saved me a lot of money with his amazingly low price to replace the engine. He also took care of many other issues that he found. He didnt ask for anything extra to take care of these issues, though I decided to give him something. He did all of this work in about a week. Keep in mind that Zac works alone and that many people bring their vehicles to him yet his service and communication are sufficient. As far as knowledge, I think you have to go a long way to find someone with Zacs expertise. I watched him in action for a little bit while he serviced my car. His extensive knowledge and experience are very evident.

Reliable, knew what they were doing

NOT PROFESSIONAL! At first he was prompt to replace my spark plugs on my Audi Q5! Then he was suppose to come by on Thursday to clean my throttle body, and replace some gaskets, said would call when done with a job, NEVER CALLED, called him again, said would come after he was done, no call! Called the following day, said would come after a job, never called, called him said would come by noon, no call no show, finally called said he was going home to eat lunch and come after, never herd from him not a text nor call!

I had a great experience from with Zach. I was on my way to work and my alternator went out. I called Zach and he went to go pick up a alternator from the junk yard after I sent him the money thru cash app. He then came in change my alternator in Sams club parking lot, same place my car had stopped.
