I needed a bumper clip replaced in addition to a minor paint correction. Ive used Fine Line in the past and figured I would stop in for a quote while I was running errands. It turns out the shop doesnt quote jobs as small as what I needed. Nevertheless, they took my car back for ten minutes, popped on a new clip and and corrected the paint perfectly. They also told me exactly what I would need to do to correct something like this in the future on my own. A great community business!

I highly recommend Fine Line. I hit a deer on my way home from work and had damaged my headlight, bumper, and fender. Took it to Fine Line and they had it done by the end of the week. They even managed to finish working on my car a day earlier than expected. Vanessa was fantastic and she kept me up to date with my car. I noticed they cleaned my car up for me and I really appreciate all their hard work.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. (Most likely all paid for.) Took my Truck here to have a driver door replaced and painted. After the 3rd attempt it’s still not right. Chips and scratches in new paint. Clear coat has runs and looks terrible. Each time they tried to fix the truck it was returned in worse condition. Stains on interior driver seats. Broken keyless entry panel on door that they tried to glue together. Door hinges and adjustments not correct. Also dishonest, was told new parts were installed in vehicle which were not.

I have a Ford explorer which had a several mid-sized dents as a result of backing into a mailbox and an encounter with a lumber trolly at Home Depot. Nothing major, but I wanted to make sure that they were taken care of before the winter.My vehicle was inspected quickly and the estimate was the best out of five shops that I had approached. It was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. The estimator/manager, Ben was professional and worked with me on my concerns regarding the scope of repairs and the expectations for the end results. The office staff, in particular April was very helpful and informative.I dropped my car off on Monday and I got it back on Saturday as promised. The repairs were very good, can’t tell where the dents were, and the paint match was perfect.Aside from a couple of pieces of trim that weren’t completely reattached (requiring a gentle push for me to set them back in place) I was very pleased with the results. The vehicle was returned to me in very clean condition, and the price quoted was the price I was charged, with no upselling or other issues.Overall a good experience and I would return to them again for similar work.

I recently had work done on two of my cars. I experienced excellent service by qualified technicians. The office staff were helpful, cordial, and honest. Ben Morris provided very reasonable estimates for both and the work performed was excellent. To top it off they detailed both cars inside and out.

I called to ask if I had to make an appointment & Dillon answered the phone & said no we can accommodate you any time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all three of the people in the reception area. April is a doll & makes it very easy to get things done at Fine Lines. Dillon did my estimate & explained everything in detail. We ended giving them a $100 deposit to order the mirror & when it came in they got me in on the next Monday & it was completed by Friday.My daughter’s 2013 Rogue looks brand new & they even detailed the interior. I highly recommend them.An added touch for the ladies is that they give you a beautiful rose for getting an estimate done

This was my first time using Fine Line and all I scan say is that their “Tag Line” is true they do put the WOW in collision repair.Perfect work, on time, and for a price that was half of other quotes I’d received. First class all the way.

I had a very small job, but something I wanted a auto body expert to look at. My wife had broken her drivers side mirror backing out of our garage, and with the technology and delicate pieces I didn’t want to attempt to fix it myself. I have unfortunately become a frequent customer for Columbus body shops, and have sampled many of them around the city. Despite my small project, I felt just as valued as someone who needed $10,000 in repair damage. This is a huge detail, as it’s usually an incredibly stressful ordeal when taking a vehicle to a repair shop after an accident. I feel Fine Line strives to make this less stressful for customers. The office manager was incredibly courteous and welcoming. I feel terrible because I can’t remember her name and she deserves to be recognized. I teach high school students career development, and she is a perfect model for exemplary customer service. In my short visit, she offered something to drink, was cordial, and gave me a rose to give my wife who was waiting outside. Since I didn’t fuss about when I needed my vehicle back, she offered to clean the exterior and interior. That type of service alone would cost close to what I paid just to repair the mirror. Communication with her and Ben was clear, and I appreciated his call to let me know what was happening and provide me choices. Although I hope to not have to visit an auto body shop anytime soon, if I am put in that situation I will definitely go back to Fine Line on Bethel Road.

On March 11, 2021, I was involved in a multi-car accident, fortunately, no one was hurt; however, my car was not drivable and had to be towed.I’ve never been in an accident like this and didn’t really know what the next steps were.My husband had used Fine Line Auto Body a few years ago to fix his car after a little fender bender, so I called the Bethel Road location and was lucky enough to have Vanessa answer my call! I had the unfortunate experience of waking up in the morning only to find that the rims/tires of my Honda Accord were taken. After filing the police report I had my car towed to Fine Line. Ive always known that Fine Line does great work which is why I wanted to get my car taken care of there in the first place! They did an alignment and checked for addition damage underneath due to the fact that my car was left sitting on cider blocks. They were professional, kept me up-to-date on the repair status and got me back on the road with no worries. Overall, it was a great experience and Id recommend their services to anyone!

Ive used Fine Line before, but this was my first experience with the Bethel Road location and it was by far the best! Vanessa made sure to take care of everything - from the insurance to the rental and ever tithing in-between - and she always kept me up-to-date on how the repair was going on my car. The repair only took a week and they stuck to their estimate. The repair was done beautifully and the detail of the car was excellent! But since someone else insurance was paying, we honestly chose them because they were the closest to my home and work was what we choose them. When a company truck backed into my cars tail light, I picked Fine Line mostly for the convenience because this location is really near my house. Even so, all the staff was very professional and easy to work with. They texted me updates as they were doing repairs and were prompt to respond. This was also my first time having to make a claim on auto insurance and Fine Line explained the process in far more detail than the insurance company. I got my car back today and the damage is completely gone, my cars interior is totally clean (it was far from it when I dropped it off) and Im very pleased with the results. I went to Fine Line Body shop to fix the door on my mom’s car. The staff at Fine Line were beyond understanding and provided excellent costumer service. While waiting for my mom’s car the lady at the office noticed I was having a heavy day and she even gave me some flowers!!! My experience here was great! I originally went because my bumper cover popped off. I was met with great customer service where they not only helped to pop it back in, but they also made a new hole to fit a screw that had broken off where. They did this without even filling out any paperwork. If I ever have a serious part to get fixed this is the place in going to!
