They were more than helpful with two of our cars they worked with the insurance company to get our deductible down from $1000 to $200 on one of our cars and on the second one got it down two nothing we didn’t have a car to drive and they help out and give us a free loaner while the car was being fixed the work on both vehicles was amazing you couldn’t tell that they were wrecked I would take my car back to them in a heartbeat even though I live an hour and half from them.my address is 230 north buckeye street crooksville Ohio 43731

After my minor fender bender, I wasnt really sure where to go to repair the damage. Carol from central collision reached out to me via text and invited me to use their shop. She offered potentially no deductible, which was certainly an incentive. Drop off was a little confusing, but mostly because Im not terribly familiar with downtown Columbus. Got a very nice rental they arranged through enterprise-- we were very pleased. My original estimate was less than $2000, but of course, they managed to find more than $3200 of damage. Positive side of that was no deductible. Only real downside was timeliness. We had a 30 day car rental, but due to issues in their shop, we were about a week past that. At first, it was just gonna be a couple days, but then the day we were to pick up, I found out they had put on the wrong bumper. Pushed us back another 4 days. Still, they did cover the extra days of the rental, so the inconvenience was minimal, and pickup was pretty simple. Overall, a decent experience. I would recommend.Update: so, I have to edit because recently I was looking at my car from a different angle while in my second car, and I realize that my hood no longer sits flush with the bumper on one side. Its not a big enough deal to take it back, but it is kind of annoying. There has also been a new rattle that sounds like its coming from under the hood. Doesnt seem like its affecting the driveability of the car, and Im sure I would have a fight on my hands if I tried to say the repairs were the cause. Just makes me kind of wish I had gone elsewhere now.

These guys were great. I had no idea what I was doing with insurance and Leah handled everything, including making it easy to get my rental. Carol kept me updated. My car looks like it was never damaged. Definitely recommend.

I needed quite a few things replaced on my car and had a $1000 deductible. The people there were very nice and willing to help me out to reduce the cost. They ended up covering almost all of my deductible and made sure they fixed it just right! The customer service was fantastic and they were kind to keep me up to date with what was happening and the estimated time that the job would get finished. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had my bumper replaced. It looks amazing just like new. I am very impressed with the work they do.

So far- not so good. I am hoping that they decide to make it right. I will update the review once that decision has been made . If my car is properly repaired I will gladly give a more positive review. In the end- the company did take care of the issues with the car. While it should have been much easier for the customer, the car is now properly repaired

This place is amazing i called them after my accident AND and explained what happened they allowed me to drop my vehicle off to them and provided me with a loaner car as well. Had my bumber replaced and painted. Huge fail! The paint was not matched correctly, it wasnt even close. Even worse the lady from the front desk tried to tell me that it was suppose to look like that. I agree the metal vs. plastic application of the same color paint will be slightly different but my bumper was wayyy of. I guess they didn t thimk.i would climb under my car but I did and I found three clips that were missing and needed replaced. I tipped the painter any way in order to just stay calm and positive. These people ripped me off, gave me a horrible service man this is bad business. I will find someone to repaint my bumber, eat the loss and stay away from these clowns.

Friendly and professional staff. Helped me through the whole process getting my car repaired, including setting me up with a rental. They also kept me informed of the process and any changes. From dropping my car off to driving away in a rental was quick and stress free. I had to change my rating. Picked up my car and there is dust on the back seat and a stain that was not there. Otherwise they did good work.

Hands down the best repair company. Ever!!I thought them covering my deductible was a scam at first, but they covered it with no hassle at all. I had an accident in my 2010 Dodge Charger this past January. They covered my $500 deductible and took my car and had it back to me in about a week. They provided me with a loan car until my car got back to me. The staff was very nice, I would have given them a 5 star rating, but I noticed that after the accident and repair my door that was originally damaged in the accident had issues closing fully and a slight windy sound from that door, there was also a dent that they seem to have forgotten to take out, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Travelled from Cincinnati to have my 2016 4Runner repaired. Process was seamless and easy from beginning to end and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Great work, guys! Carol, Tyonna and the Techs were a class act. All so helpful and kind. Very nice that the work has a warranty too. Would recommend them to anyone- especially my local friends! My roommate dropped a basketball hoop on my car. I sent it to another repair shop that later refused to work on it. These guys picked my car up from there and finished it in about a week which i think is good for what needed done. Also maybe vacuumed out the inside which is a nice touch of customer service.

My 2011 Mercedes C300 was vandalized, paint poured all over, tires slashed and keyed down the side. They took care of everything for me from the tow to coordinating a rental car to dealing with a sluggish insurance adjuster. They responded to my questions quickly and were very professional and forgiving during a mini melt down I had regarding my insurance company. The car looks great after being hit while parked on the street and you’d never know anything happened to it.

After my accident, central collision was very helpful. They did cover the deductible & allowed me to use a vehicle while they were fixing my truck. This was so convenient Because I’m a mother, nurse & full time student. The insurance company warned me to be careful with these types of companies because “they will find a way to cut cost and make their money back”. I learned that the hard way. At the time, I just wanted my truck fixed and my headlight back in place. At the time my passenger headlight was hanging on by its wires.After repairs....From the outside, My truck was fixed. The new paint color matched perfectly and my headlight was in place. I did notice my headlight was dim compared to the driver side. I asked about it and I was told I Just needed a new light bulb. I had never gone through this process so I said ok.A few weeks later the light starts to flicker/ only working occasionally. I went for an oil change and I asked the guy to change the bulb then. He changed the bulb, it immediately blows out and he damn near gets electrocuted. He told me to go to my mechanic.Next stop the mechanic, he thinks it’s the fuse. He checks the fuse box and we find out Central collision put any fuse plug ( idk proper lingo) in the box. It wasn’t the same as the manufacture. My mechanic replaced the few that were incorrect. Light comes back on but is still dim.Long story short, there is an electrical issue from the accident . There is something going on with the wires that wasn’t addressed. Now I have to find someone to figure out what the issue is. The guy I spoke to that handles electrical car issues says he will have to trace the wires to see where the issue is. Sounds expensive and this won’t be covered by my insurance.I left a message on their voicemail and I didn’t hear back from anyone.

Slightly less than a year ago I was in a car accident and the rear left side of my car was dented and scratched. I brought it to Central Collision and they did a great job. Then a few weeks ago I noticed that the paint was cracking where they repainted, but since it was still under warranty, they repainted it at no cost and did it in a very timely manner! They even gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Id give five stars if the issue hadnt come up in the first place, but their response was great!

I am very pleased with their work, car looks new again. Also loved the fact that they took care of everything with the insurance company and had the rental all lined up for me. My wife and I brought our car here after reading the reviews, and I must say that if we ever need repairs again, we will be back. The staff is super friendly. We had a loaner car from them that had a headlight out, my wife called and they told her to bring it in and replaced it that day. Our car is back to looking great! Carol kept in touch with my wife via text message while the car was there. They even replaced our tail light that insurance wouldn’t cover!

Had my 2016 Mazda rear bumper and driver door replaced here. The people are really nice and my car looked good as new BUT... it took them two tries to get it right. The first time my new bumper it self as well as how it was attached to the car was garbage. The gaps between the bumper and body were too wide in some places and too narrow in others. the bumper itself had rough edged... dont know what that was about. Having said that, they did not hesitate to fix it. The door was good on the first try. The paint job was great. I would recommend for older card but not brand new or luxury cars.

I never take the time to do this but this is one time i had to make the time. My experience with this company has been the best i have ever experience with a collision. All around the WORST experience. I was hung up on by 3 different people when all I was doing was calling to get an update on the progress of repair. I was lied to numerous times about why my car wasn’t done by different people. ‘boss lady’ is extremely rude and hostile for absolutely no reason. Get my car back to find white paint on several different areas on the outside of my car (which is red) Seems to me like they didn’t cover my car while doing some else’s. There is a mist of white paint on all of my windows including front and rear windshields, making it incredibly hard to see at night when it’s raining. Thanks so much for that. There is also red paint on my driver side seat. To top everything off the open door light is on on my dashboard and I heard wind coming in while driving on the highway. All of my windows were up so I’m assuming they couldn’t even put on the door properly. Please do not give them any of your time or money. So frustrated and disappointed and also out so much money.

I was there in October 2017 for repairs to my front bumper and they were very helpful in getting this done in a timely manner. They called the rental car company and arranged for the car to pick me up at their shop which was extremely helpful in my busy life. I will be taking my car back to them for some upcoming work that will need completed as well.

After picking up my car from being repaired I found that someone at the shop had been ashing a cigarette in my interior door armrest. My car now smells like stale smoke and cigarette ash. I never would have brought my car in had I known it would be treated so poorly. It doesnt help that I was getting repairs done to a leased car before turning it in and will possibly be hit with fees for smoking in the car. I contacted the shop and did not receive a response.

Above and Beyond! Office staff kind, courteous, and professional. A nice and clean rental car was ready when I dropped off my car. They clean out the inside of your car and give it a car wash and wax so it looks all shinny and new. My whole front driver side door was damaged and had to be replaced. They even fixed an exposed rust spot on my door that wasnt even related to the damage from the accident. On top of all that you may even get some money back when theyre running a promotion. Wow! That was surprising. What a great company. Thank you very much Central Collision. I definitely will recommend Central Collision to anyone I hear who has a car accident.

I had a great experience overall, but it took longer than I thought it should have. However, this was not the shops fault, it was Safe Auto insurance that took forever to approve my repairs. When I got my car back it looked better than expected as it is an older car and I was worried about the paint matching. Definitely recommended if you want honest repairs done attention to detail.

The staff was incredibly friendly to me when I went there on each occasion. The repairs were done many days before predicted and were done incredibly well. For a second I honestly thought it looked better than when I bought it lol.

A few weeks ago I got into an accident and I received calls texts and mailing from different body shops. I decided to call Central Collision I took my truck into them for an estimate and was impressed with them. I decided to take my vehicle to them for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with them. Everyone was friendly and very professional. They promised me my car back in 2 weeks and they delivered. I was very pleased with the repairs and they detailed my truck. They even put air in my tires for me. I got into a pretty bad accident about a month ago. I usually go somewhere else but I decided to look online and found Central Collision. I felt very comfortable taking my vehicle there since they had been given 4 stars.When I had initially taken my vehicle into the shop I was advised that it would take anywhere between 6 to 10 days. It has been well over that given time period and I have became extremely frustrated with their lack of professionalism. Every time I have gone in with hopes of picking up my vehicle another issue occurs. Several of these issues were non existent before taking it in and were directly caused due to their negligence.They pride themselves on providing the following accurate paint job, state-of-the-art collision repair services, and complete detail service, but I beg to differ. I do not believe they are properly equipped to take on high end vehicles. If you are in search of a collision repair shop that will treat you with utter most professionalism and will have the costumers best interest in mind, look elsewhere.**Ive given them one star because it is not possible to rate them any less.

I got sideswiped back in November of last year. Front right passenger side was damaged as well as the passenger door mirror. Looked all around for a place to get my car fixed. Somehow stumbled across Central Collision. The receptionist was very nice, but the manager on the other hand, not so much. My car sat in this shop for over two weeks, without any information being detailed to myself as a costumer. I still patiently waited on them to call. The manager Carol was very rude to my fiance when she called seeing the status of my vehicle; mind you this place didnt reach out not one time to let us know of any progress being done, as any other shop wouldve did that much. The guys who did fix my damage did a great job on the repairs. I cant discredit the workers who fixed my car. Upon receiving my vehicle back last week my check engine light came on. Im en route to get back home to get ready for work and thats when this light comes on. Mind you, I drove my car after I was sideswiped and hadnt experienced any check engine light at all. It wasnt until I came and got my vehicle last Tuesday when I started to experience this. My fiance notified them and nothing was done about it. I check all fluids: coolant was very low, there was no transmission fluid in it at all, and very low on oil. All of my fluids were there upon me taking my vehicle to this place. As of today, my fiance and I went up there to see what can be done and of course, its money based. Carol told us that it wasnt apart of the claim, wed have to have the insurance company pay for the damages that only couldve happened while my car was in theyre possession. I wouldnt recommend anyone dealing with this place solely due to the manager. Shes very rude and disrespectful. She did sell a good pitch though, never again. If you want great service just bypass this place its all hook and bait. The receptionist and workers find self value and allow that woman to sink by herself. Im patiently waiting on a response because I have receipts of everything along with pictures..... Half truths your telling there Carol, you sent one message and that was via text that was it.. WE had to call Geico and see what the hold up was because you were rude to my fiance. And as stated all of my levels were fine before I brung my car to your place. Dont lie to these people please dont. Your a very rude person and you should consider your tone when dealing with people.

Carol and her team are fantastic. I went in to get my dodge charger repaired in accident that i had been in. Luckily carol and her team were there to take care of me, they went over and beyond to take care of me. Highly Recommend them!!!

Central Collision is amazing! Strongly recommend this place! I’m new to the US and don’t speak English well, many things about the car repair process and car rental just made me very confused and worried. But all the things just solved smoothly after I came to the Central Collision that really help the customers! Carol and her team help me all the way out and SAVE ME A LOT OF MONEY, really appreciat that! Carol is very patient and answer my questions very quickly. My car just looks shining and brand new now! Central Collision really did a great job!

Someone hit my 1994 Bmw 7 series in a parking lot and took off. The work that Central Collision did was top notch. I love this car and it is in perfect condition thanks to their detailed work.

I was recently rear-ended and after researching auto body repair shops landed on Central Collision based on great reviews. I couldnt be more happy with my experience. My car looks like new, the team was flexible with pick-up/drop-off times, and I received text updates through-out the process.

I wish that I could give Central Collision one million stars. They are not only incredibly kind and pleasant, but they also covered my deductible, gave me a loaner car for free, and thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside of my car. Their work is top-notch, and I could not be happier with both the results and the experience. Dont go anywhere else!

Unfortunately my wife and I have dealt with them a few times over the years and they are great. They do an excellent job of coordinating between insurance companies, rental car companies, and the customer. Carol and the Central Collision crew do a great job of minimizing the stress associated with a car accident. They are a great collision shop.

I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody. Somebody hit my brand new 2017 Honda Civic 😔 boy was I devestated. Mrs Carol and her team are amazing they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and my car was in great hands. Central Collision even paid my deductible and offered me a loaner car for the time that my car would be in the shop. Central collision did a great job on my repairs. I had been in a car accident and they did not miss a thing. They even found an underlying issue due to the incident and took care of it right away. They got me in right away when I called, other places quoted me weeks out. Everything was professional and done in a timely manner.

The front end of my car was hit coming home from work and needed fixed. I called Central Collision and Carol was amazing. She helped answer all my question. They even waived my deductible. She has a car ready for me when I got there. If i even need work I again I will be going back to Central Collision.
