After what I was sure was going to be a costly insurance claim, requiring a new bumper and grill, Jay was able to reattach the existing parts of my Accord quickly and easily. I panicked and thought the worst, but Jay assured me, it was not as bad as it seemed. Im so incredibly thankful for not only the great work A-1 has done and the headache they saved me, but the kindness I was shown by the staff. Jay absolutely saved the day (and my wallet). I could not recommend A-1 enough.

I worked with Ben in the front office. Our Equinoxs lower front bumper was partially un-clipped from the front end. He worked quickly with a tech and was able to resolve the issue in a short amount of time. The bumper looks great. They were professional.

Our Prius had a close encounter with our mailbox at the end of the driveway. There was no body damage, but there were deep, wide scratches over several panels. The quality of the repair is excellent -- however -- the repair was scheduled for 4 days and actually took 8 days, and the total cost was raised because of extra time needed for polishing (related to their issue with applying the three-step paint). I enthusiastically endorse A-1 in terms of repair quality, but they fail on the other counts. A couple years ago, I had an SUV with a cracked bumper cover--a different body shop said they could do a plastic weld to fix it without needing to replace the whole cover. That did not work, so they installed and painted a new bumper cover, eating the extra cost and honoring their initial price. At A-1, I had to cover a cost overage that was caused by faults with their work. This is not right and not fair. I strongly encourage anyone who might work with A-1 to consider this.

The professionals at A1 Body and Frame in Gahanna did a fantastic job repairing my moms Honda Accord. I scraped the back fender and bumper cover while backing out of her garage. I got 3 estimates from reputable body shops around the Gahanna area and A1s price was in the middle. I learned of A1 from Next Door where many local reviews were excellent for a reasonable price, quality workmanship and customer service. I was also very impressed with how careful the shop was regarding health and safety to ensure their customers and employees did not contract the virus. Special shout out to Ben, my service representative, for his clear communication and guidance. You never hope to need a body shop, but if you do, its great to work with a professional trustworthy organization

They are really professional and do a great job at keeping you informed about what is going on. The best part I like about them is if you arent satisfied with something you can take it back and they will repair it for you to your liking.

I love what they did on the repair! However an iPad was in the holder passenger side of my vehicle and was missing when I got my vehicle back. I reached out to the shop and no response. Don’t leave personals in the car!

My family and I have been going here for our cars for decades. These are some of the most honest people Ive met. When I brought in my first car that go rear ended and totalled, I asked them what it would take to fix it. They recommended buying a new car instead. They hurt their own bottom line to help me.A few years later I brought in my car with door dings asking if I need to get it fixed or itll rust. They said that it wont rust so up to me. Againv honest people. Ill never go anywhere else.

Took a little longer than expected but with the holidays and having to order parts, I understand. Had to take car back one time to have headlights fixed and fender adjusted. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them.

Every shop had told us there was no way they could fit it in their schedule to get it done in time. Jay worked diligently to work it in their schedule. Poor experience, I can’t say anything bad about the repair itself but customer service is lacking, I was hit by another driver and USAA said that this was their preferred shop. They attempted to collect $500 deductible twice even though insurance agent had reported %100 covered through other driver, could have been cleared up by simple call but did not happen. A1 called and said vehicle was ready at 3 pm then changed story that would be ready in 30 min, it was wife’s vehicle so texted her and she alerted plans to pick up, waited until 5 pm to get vehicle despite call into shop and employee made up story that I said I would be there at 4:30, kept saying should be right out but shop seems to have no problem wasting our time for whatever reason....anyway disappointing and will not go back.

Overall, I am VERY, VERY PLEASED with the work that Jay and the team at A-1 Body & Frame performed on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring after my car took a bad hit on the front end. Though, it took a little bit more time for them to fix my vehicle correctly as approximated, I understand that sometimes auto body shops do not always receive the right replacement parts due to the sending partys own errors. This happened to be the case with my car. After 3 weeks of being without my vehicle, I naturally grew a little bit impatient, but Jay made me well aware of some of the obstacles the shop faced in receiving the correct parts for my make. As an end result, my car came back to me without a flaw with perfect craftsmanship! I am very pleased with the work they performed and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine shop for an excellent auto body repair.

Ive had a lot of auto work done to vehicles before, but this was by far the best experience Ive had. I had bumper damage and some other underlying issues on my car and they took it in, looked at it, told me how long the work would take and made it fast and easy. I had to reschedule a couple of times on them to get my car in, and even had another issue pop up that I wasnt aware of when I first showed them my car. They took care of the other issue and worked around my schedule. When I got my car back you cant tell the bumper was smashed at all. Im glad the staff there is friendly and understanding to busy lifestyles. Car repairs are never easy, but this was pretty painless. Thanks to Jay and the rest of the staff for the amazing work!

Had my vehicle towed here on January 2nd on a VERY busy cold day. Roads were closed, sub-zero temps, other tow companies were running 4-6 hours behind, but A-1 hooked me up. This was also my first ever vehicle accident claim and I was hit by 2 different cars in the same parking lot, one in the front and the other in the back while I was parked waiting for a tow.A-1, and Jay Feller, were amazing! They thoroughly explained the process, worked well with two different insurance companies, and the quotes were extremely detailed and fair. It did take them a few weeks but there was over $3,000 damage (2012 Nissan Rogue). But they were great. I can see why they are on a preferred vendor list for my insurance company (USAA). I definitely recommend A-1 Body & Frame and will absolutely take my car there again if needed. May the Force be with those guys.

A1 has repaired my vehicle three different times (accidents) and they are wonderful!!! They repair the vehicles in a timely manner (especially compared to dealers) and are very competitive!!! I will also take my vehicle to them for repair work that may need to be done!

Took my Mazda CX-9 in for repair to the rear bumper which required painting it. The car is pearl white and they painted the bumper a flat white. My wife picked the car up and didnt notice the different immediately. When she got the car home I noticed it and then she took it back to A-1. The guy at the desk gave her a hard time before he even went out out and noticed the glaring difference in paint. Then when he did finally take the time to look he too saw the mistake. They are going to correct it but say they wont pay for a rental for the time the car will be out of commission with A-1 fixing their mistake.

Heard they were Charging 70 dollars just to wipe down your steering wheel due to covid

What I thought to be a simple fender replacement and paint job has turned into a righteous ordeal. 5 full days to fix???? My car is still with them and when I go in to pay I refuse to give them a penny more than their bogus $957 estimate. Its not as though there was significant damage done to my car, and I am paying out of pocket (not through insurance) so thats probably why they are dragging me along. Like its fine, its not like I need a car for everyday use!! And its not like I just moved in to a new apartment and NEED that car for transporting. A1 Body Frame is literally the worst. I wouldnt recommend unless youre totally cool with forking over a fortune for them to twiddle their thumbs and take their sweet ass time to fix your car.

I needed a some welding repair, just a small job. Stopped in to inquire & they were friendly said no problem, will do it. I Said needed it done within 4 days if possible.
