Would not recommend. I had to go back multiple time all for a front end bumper. & each time I went back there was something wrong. Finally, I thought things would be better after I was promised a new bumper (free of charge, after my car had been worked on once & covered by the person who’d hit me insurance the first time I visited). I waited with my car in the shop for almost two weeks. I did not have a rental this time after returning. Total inconvenience. I get my car back, & I think okay, this is much better. My bumper is not wobbly or coming detached. 24 hours later, my bumper is coming unattached on one side. I had not gone anywhere but home & out for pizza that night. No abnormal bumps or anything. I called my dad over to look at it. He feels along the bottom of the bumper just to find out I DID NOT GET A NEW BUMPER. It was the same exact one I had. The one I waited weeks on for. I did not return & I will not ever return. My car is only a year old, purchased off the lot 2020 from Rivertown Toyota. I was hit by a driver while sitting at a red light. I will be going to Columbus Body Works. Rivertown Collision is untimely & though friendly, unprofessional because of the work produced. A total let down & waste of time.

This place is awful!!! Very poorly managed. I have been waiting on a refund for a rental when they took over a month to fix only my bumper and promised by a former employee Kevin that I would be refunded for those days the insurance didn’t pay. This was at the end of June, and it is now the end of October and this issue is just now being resolved. It took me physically going by their office last week to get them on the ball about getting my refund after at least 30 calls in the past 4 months. The lady who issues refund checks last week (Friday) told me she would get it submitted and it would be there by this week. Today it is yet another Friday and I haven’t heard a word from them. I just called and the front office rep her name is Mae, she just said “yes yes we have your check here” I said, “I haven’t received a call?” And all she could say was yes ma’am. I said, “ok I’ll be by there shortly thanks for the call” and she very sarcastically says “your very welcome”Also, the first two months of dealing with these people they let EVERY ONE of their staff members go and even got a new manager. I asked for him to call me AT LEAST 7 times and never got a response from him either.One would think being a Toyota dealership this place would be easy to work with, NEGATIVE I will never handle any business here ever again!

Sin was in an accident, took over a month to fix should have been a 4 day job, insurance socks, after 3 months of back and forth they ended up paying the rental car bill after my credit took a 69 point plunge...I would recommend this place for nothing. New management in place now....

The staff addressed my needs. I was told five days possibly three. I would have loved to have received a text or phone call noting, itll be five days when it wasnt ready in three.Otherwise, I was a pleased customer with the work that was performed.

I was very disappointed. I’ve had 4 other vehicles repairs done at this collision center in the past 20 years. My most recent experience I took my vehicle in for minor paint repair. I was promised to have it back at one week. One week later they hadn’t started. Two weeks later I called again I found that they had not started due to an increase in price that I had not previously been notified of. During this time the original adjuster who gave the initial quote had left their employ. The new adjuster advised me the job would cost me an additional $300 to $400 for the job. At this point I decided to get other estimates. There was a lack of communication and follow up. Naughty service I expected. Ultimately I did not use this service.

Unfortunately I had to find out my car was done. I drove to the location where I saw my car parked and fixed. A lady happened to be there and I inquired about the car and why I didn’t receive a call. I had rental that I could have turned in and saved money if I was notified when the car was ready. Customer service needs to improve by not telling the customer several times that they will return your call and not doing it. The reply I received is that they’re short handed. I have go to the location and request service because a phone call does not work. They stained two side panels on my doors and was told they would order new ones and once again will call me. Today is 08/12/2021 and no call regarding fixing the damage done to my doors. Will not use again..

Well, you can never go by the dates they give you when your vehicle will be ready. For a job that was supposed to take 2weeks it took them 47 days. Don’t get me wrong my car looks good, but they messed up the tint on my windows and then said they weren’t responsible for it. That it was a bad tint job, funny my tint job was perfect before they worked on my car. It was when they sent my car to paint is when the tint rippled and bubbled up. As g as you don’t need your car for anything then they are a good place.Just wanted to add: the manager of Ri residue Collision reached out to me, saying I should contact him to discuss my windows. He left me his email and everything. So I ha e reached out to him and nothing. Not a single call back or email back. I called my insurance company to see if they could help. They reached out and said that Riverside collision wouldn’t help me. So I really wish I had given them less stars for their customer service. Now I have to pay to have my back window and passenger back side window fixed. Thanks Riverside Collision for your cooperation. Not sorry for the bad review.

We had a deer collide with the side of our 2 week old 2021 Truck. Rivertown did an excellent job with it, but they need to improve on their communication. Every time we called, we were told that a different person was handling our case. I would call and leave messages requesting a call back and would only get a text in return. I finally went there and waited for someone and spoke with the shop manager. He was really nice and explained why there was a delay, which I understood. When we came by to pick our truck up, no one came out to go over it with us to make sure we were happy. It seems like they don’t have enough customer service staff. When I call and request a call back, I don’t want a text. Again, they did an excellent job on our new truck. They also sprayed in our bed liner before we purchased the truck and did an excellent job. I gave 4 stars. If I could have given 4.5, I would have. Just needs better communication.

My driver side molding had fallen off after going through the car wash. I had rivertown paint and replace the driver side molding and re-enforce the other molding on the vehicle. They also fix the seat panel on the reat of the passenger seat inside of the vehicle. The work on those things were good. No complaints on those. The complaint I do have is that I was charged $45 for a car detail as a fee for a part that I needed when it wasnt. And the car detail was horrible 😫. The armor all from the the tires went all over the body of the car sides, the windows, driver, passengers, front, etc. They sprayed a degreaser on the vehicle but failed to washit off and it dried on the hood and front windshield leaving a gray haze or discoloration on the hood of my all back Yukon. Now I dont know if the vehicle paint job is damaged or if it needs to be buffed out. The running boards still had red clay dirt on them. We spoke with the manager before leaving the facility and allowed him to look at the condition of the vehicle. The Manager was new and had only been there a few days. He acknowledged the errors, apparently our vehicle wasnt the only one with issues. He told us to bring it back and he would get it detailed properly for the $45. We will see how it goes.

The body shop did a phenomenal job on my SUV. I can not praise their work enough. HOWEVER, the office staff is less to be desired. The office manager and new manager obviously do not communicate. Communication to not only each other but to your customers are vital. We are people that totally understand things happen, people are not working and because of that more work is piling up on individuals. But you would think after multiple phone calls and in person visits the office manager would walk 30 steps to the Enterprise rental desk and TALK to the lady about the issue that resulted in my personal account being charged 256.00. To a WORKING family that is a lot! Instead I get I will talk to her, I will make a note, I will tell the Manger when he returns....So for my review: if you want quality body work here is your place; if you want a headache dealing with office staff they rank #1 in my book just have some Tylenol at hand.

I brought my car in expecting great service and I was very disappointed with the customer service the first 2 weeks that my car was there not once did I get an update on what was going on with my car it was understood that you all were short staffed but every time I called I was told someone would return my call never did waited for days had to keep coming up there just to see what was the progress was told if I wanted to I could come take my car else where felt that was very unprofessional being that my car was already took apart I can say I was satisfied with the results of my car. After 3 weeks Doug took over making sure my car was fixed and he was great very nice.

*EDITED* 1/19/2021So after speaking with the shop manager Bryan Muse he acknowledged serious issues in the work Rivertown Collision had allowed my vehicle to leave his shop with. The issues were made right and the repairs were redone. Bryan Muse oversaw the work himself and made it right. Despite the time and inconvenience of my dealing with Rivertown, Bryan corrected the issues. Honesty and pride matters. I appreciate his desire to solve my complaints and stand by his shops reputation. Now just waiting for a couple weeks to reapply the protective laminate to the doors and underneath the door handles and my 4Runner will get back to looking almost like it did when it was purchased. Thanks Bryan.Got in an accident October 2nd and still dealing with the repairs 2 months later. Went through my insurance so money wasnt the issue. However the initial paint job was good but they did not replace the gravel guard paint coat on my passenger side. When it was added there were noticeable imperfections the second time around and tape marks indicating the correction may have been rushed. Several weeks later I noticed my front fender kept popping out of the brackets it connects to the bumper with. They ordered the replacement for the bracket and here I am waiting for it to be fixed. Lastly, Mike helped me with the initial repair(which took over a month and I had to pay out of pocket for the final few days for my rental) and he was terribly unresponsive. Id call for an update and he would tell me hed get back to me and would never call. This probably happened 3-4 times at least. I purchased my vehicle at Rivertown Toyota and the Collision Center seemed to have good reviews. Im wondering why at this point as Im still dealing with my accident from October!

No integrity. Wrongly Done.😭2018 Ford Raptor I will never ever take my Truck there ever. Do trust them to quote you a honest estimate. They price gouging. Paid with the understanding information 874.00 for mirror driverside. Company paid incident (Private) wrote check to them 4 repair.. 3 weeks later now I have to pay 1709.00 Bs.Company paid for the estimate jason. Lies change estimate, rewrote with falsely used info. Hennessy Ford Raptor treated us very warm. 🎈

Where do I begin...my whole experience here was almost all negative. I also hate leaving negative reviews, but the service here was just extremely disappointing. Based on all the reviews I saw I thought this be the perfect place to take my mustang after getting rear ended. I remember dropping it off and talking to the manager that was in charge of my car and he said the car will look exactly like the way it used to before the accident. I was sadly mistaken.Lets start off with the amount of time it took them to fix my vehicle. I was told it would take about a week to replace my bumper. When the day came I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told to come back the next day. The next day came and I called and the lady yet again says itll be ready tomorrow. This went on for 4 days. Delay after delay after delay. I was told by the manager that they wanted to get the job done perfectly.Once I finally got my car, it was closing hours for the store so the manager was rushing to leave and go home, so I did not get a chance to inspect my car. Once I got home and looked at their work, i was mortified to see what they call perfect work. I attached pictures of what my car looked like after I got it back. The bumper was not flush with the rest of the vehicle and there was a huge gap between bumper and trunk liner. I was extremely frustrated and upset at this point at the amount of my time being wasted and my car still being fu*ked up.I ended up going back the next business day, and showed the manager the problem. He decided to order me another bumper and I came back a week later for them to put it on. This time the bumper looked a lot better than before but there are still obvious imperfections. I guess my Mustang will never be the same. I hope I do not get hit again, because I do not believe anyone in this area can do a decent job.

This was an insurance paid repair so I cant comment to the money value as being good or bad since I didnt pay it. I can comment to the service given to me. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, wanted to meet my needs and make sure that what I needed was covered. I mentioned receiving regular updates on my repair to several people and the remarks that I got that were that never happened to me. It was wonderful receiving regular updates and knowing exactly where I was in the process of getting my car back. The work was done very very well the car was returned to me very clean and I have no complaints about the experience I had at Rivertown. I would use them again should the need arise and I would recommend them to anyone who asked where should I take my car to be repaired.

Please bypass this shop unless you have a good month or two to wait for your repairs to be completed. If you want to be lied to about completion date and ignored when you call to talk to a Manager over and over again this is the right place. So after all the non since Im on my way up there im so disgusted with the lack of professionalism i have received.Its Feb. 8 and my car has been there since Dec. 2 well Im just sick the shop did contact and are keeping me updated on repairs. The Manager that is handling my can seen very honest and knowledgeable but I was just told that the part thats needed for my car is on national backorder. My car has been there for 2 months plus Im paying $503 a month for a car that I dont have and paying $100 weekly for transportation back and forth to work and lets not forget insurance. What good is gap coverage when they dont total the car out but cant fix it either. Im about to go car shopping and let the cards fall were the may.

They got my car back to me two days before original quoted time. Also they vacuumed and washed my car which was a nice surprise. When they fixed my hood there’s a couple of places they missed but you can’t tell unless you look very closely. But overall they are great.

Rivertown Collision was very professional, with every aspect of our interaction. They kept me in the loop, about everything that was happening with my vehicle in texts, as my vehicle moved from each phase of repairs. If I had questions, all I had to do was call, as they had given me a number to call in regards to work progress on my vehicle. But honestly, there werent many times, I didnt know pretty much were my vehicle was thru the process! If, there were any issues, like parts not being readily available, they would let me know. When I brought my vehicle in for the initial inspection, Rivertown did what they could to know what parts needed to be ordered. I decided to wait on parts they knew were going to be replaced; to come in. But, unfortunately, what needs replacing, isnt always visible until parts are removed, and further inspection is done, as was true with my Jeep. Bottom line, they worked as quickly as possible, and thru texts, and calls to me kept me informed! The work done was excellent, and I am completely pleased with the results! And, Tim was the gentleman, that did the inspection, and kept me in the loop. He was courteous, professional, and very pleasant to interact with! Great job Rivertown Collision Center!

Where to begin? Went in for a front bumper fix after a big truck backed into and sat on my Fusion. They said it would take four days, ended up being twelve days. Instead of replacing the bumper they repaired it. Apparently it wasn’t done right the first time because they said it didn’t cure correctly. So they repaired it again and extended the time for an additional week. Then, instead of repainting the entire bumper, they only did the damaged part. This means that there are chips of paint missing in various parts of the bumper. When I asked they said that in the repair claim they only had to paint and repair what was damaged, which meant not repainting the whole bumper. I was in disbelief. Do not take your vehicle there at all costs, not worth it.

I have used this repair shop about 4 times and my experience has always been great. The staff is respectful, and the quality of work is good you can expect them to keep you informed as your repair moves from one stage to another and usually the work will be completed ahead of schedule .

This is the second time an unfortunate event happened to my vehicle, not a second guess on where to go. Rivertown collision center has done another amazing job on my vehicle. I was informed along the way of my vehicle status. The turn around time for quality of work was well managed. Recommend if you have a fender bender to bring your vehicle here, if they mess up they will fix it unlock some mom and pop shops in the area.

Jason and Francine were phenomenal to work with. They gave me updates via text and phone. There were some unexpected damages once the car was disassembled that caused a slight delay. They assured me it would be taken care of and repaired properly and that they would not sacrifice quality for the sake of time. They handled all of the details with the other parties insurance company which took a lot of the burden off of me. My car looks phenomenal!! I have not had any issues with the repairs. Thank you Rivertown Collision Center.

A customer bringing a vehicle to a collision center with great ratings should expect great service. As for this case it did not meet expectations. Expectations is to get a better product in a timely manner. The collision center had my vehicle for 34 days initially which was over 4 days beyond what the insurance allowed. The vehicle should have been completed before the Thanksgiving holiday which would have been under the 30 days. They held my vehicle longer than expected due to failing to identify a part (plastic piece) which extending the timeline 1 week. This failure on their end resulted in paying out of pocket when the vehicle should have been completed (I am still waiting on an answer on this issue). Upon the first inspection of the vehicle, every single panel they painted had flaws/defects. I am not sure about their process on quality control checks/inspections prior to giving the customer the vehicle but they failed significantly. The vehicle is dark colored and flaws and defects are easy to see compared to a light colored vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to get it fixed for a second time. One week later, the previous flaws/defects were fixed but identified new flaws and defects. Again another failure in inspecting the vehicle for flaws/defects. I will be bringing the vehicle back for a third time. It should not take a business three or more times to fix a vehicle. It should only take one time. I would recommend to improve your inspection of vehicles prior to giving it to the customer and fixing it correctly the first time. This is my first time getting a vehicle fixed at Rivertown.

I was involved in a collision and Rivertown Collision Center performed a very high quality repair on my vehicle. Im leaving 4/5 stars only because when the car was first towed to the shop it sat in the parking lot for a few days before induction (I believe the tow provider and insurance company share some blame for this). However, once the estimate was made all of the work was completed on time and they were very timely and accurate with their communications apprising me of the status of the repairs.

The salesman I had made sure I got the best deal on the vehicle I was looking to purchase, and were very patient with me during my decision process. Very excellent atmosphere, they let you know they are there to take care of you, and not lead you into a bad deal. We are new to the area and needed some repairs from a small accident a few months ago and USAA recommend them.There was damaged to front bumper and headlight. They replaced the headlight and fixed the bumper perfectly. They also went out of their way and repaired previous scratches, not from the incident, on the bumper before they painted it, at no additional cost.I also asked them if they could put a new bulb in the other headlight and they didn’t charge me for the labor!The estimate I took them was a little less than what was required and they communicated with USSA directly and Enterprise.Plus you get text updates on where the car is in repairs.Great experience!

I have a busy work schedule, so trying to get in to pick up my car was an issue, but Cal was very flexible and able to accommodate my schedule. The repairs to the exterior of my vehicle look amazing. Rivertown Collisions customer service and quality of repair work was exceptional. I actually got my truck back sooner than expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and found that, not only did they wash my truck and polish the rims and tires but, they did an outstanding job of detailing the inside. It was totally unexpected and very much indicative of the service they provide. Although I hope not to have another accident, I know where I would take my truck if I did. This is the place to go!

Rivertown was very easy to work with. After my brand new Rav4 was hit, Rivertown took care of all the repairs. Jason Mills was wonderful, excellent communication, and the repair was done in a timely fashion. Justin in the body shop did an excellent job. You cant even tell that the car was in a wreck. Would highly recommend this shop to anybody that wants it done right. Thank you Rivertown.

My brand new 2017 Toyota hit a deer so I took it to Rivertown Collision Center and was very pleased with the repairs. The vehicle now looks exactly the way it was when I purchased it 2 weeks ago! Cal was very helpful and kept me updated on the status of the repairs and when it would be ready. The car was ready a lot earlier than expected. Recommend this shop to everyone but hope the same doesnt happen to you.

My initial visit to have an estimate for my car was fine, however the day I was scheduled to bring my car in, the receptionist was extremely rude. I was told that it was a three day repair, they had my car for a total of 12 days, never notified me of the time extension, even when I called they would promise to call me back, then not! I would never use them again, strictly because of customer service. The repair was acceptable

I chose this location based on their Google ratings. I know that everyone will have a different experience but mine was excellent. I was greeted by Cal and given a timely and accurate estimate about the costs and time frame for repairs. Cal went over the work that had been completed and handed me a warranty that is good as long as I own the vehicle. I definitely recommend Rivertown Collision for everyone in the Columbus/Phenix City area

I received my vehicle back sooo clean...inside and out. I havent seen my truck that clean in years! Having the rental car company on-site was super convenient. Got into a bit of a fender-bender...Customer Sevice was great.Had a rental car in a snap of a finger & the body work on my car was head on like nothing ever happened:)Having Enterprise literally attached to the same building was SUPER convenient. They clean & wash your car too so my car looked brand new right of the lot once I got it back.They send you detailed text updates every step of the way so you never have to wonder whats going on/and or when you car baby will be back in your hands!
