DO NOT go here this place is a scam. These guys hot glued my bumper on and it started coming off within 2 months. They said they would call me to set up an appointment to fix it but never did. This place will overcharge your insurance and fix with shortcuts that do not last. Stay away if you value your car. Also theres a suspicious amount of 5 star reviews with no picture and 1 review on the accounts. So I would not trust the 5 stars.

I ran over a concrete divider entering a gas station and Did a Google search for a body shop near me, where I found Fine Line. I called and she said I could come in right then for an estimate. Reasonable quote and he said he could order the parts that day and get me in the next day and have my car back to me in 2 days. I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM the next day and he had it done by noon! Which was awesome because I was not planning to rent a car for such a short period of time and I use my car a lot. I am super happy because the last body shop I used took 3 WEEKS to do basically the same thing Fine Line did. So I definitely recommend Fine Line! My car looks brand new still like nothing ever happened and I am extremely pleased. I have been to several body shops and this is by far the best!

The people are so nice here the I came by because my tire was low on air and thought I’d have to pay but they were nice enough to just put some air in my tire with no charge which was amazing thanks.

This place was amazing!! Major bodywork needed to my 2019 Range Rover. They ordered parts and kept the process moving so quickly, kept in contact with me through the whole experience. So easy to deal with. I worked with both fine line locations and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Their prices are extremely competitive they worked very well with my insurance company very turnkey and easy!!!! Arsen was excellent at communicating and follow up. He even had my car detailed looks like new on the inside.

Had a fender bender, with somewhat minimal damage, but still enough to make we want to fix it. When we dropped our car off, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process, gave the car a quick evaluation and even set us up with a nice loaner vehicle. Got an estimate from my insurance company, and about a 2 week turnover. To our surprise, we got a call saying our vehicle was ready for us to come and get it.....after only 4 days from the appraisal date!!! A full week before the original completion date!!! Before we got too excited, we wanted to ensure the quality of work was to our standards. Well, let me tell you, it absolutely met, and exceeded our expectations!!! The car was like brand new!! All the body parts, the bumper, the headlight, the door...everything was like it never happened!!! Even the paint was perfect!!! The car was clean and shiny and like driving a new car off the lot!!! I would definitely recommend and will never need to look elsewhere!!!

Arsen was amazing to work with and made sure that my truck was done on time so we could enjoy Memorial Day weekend. The bodywork was amazing and the quality was excellent. When I went to pick it up I noticed the alignment was still a bit off and he is making it right. I also noticed the tailgate alignment was a shade off and again he is making it right. I just had a small problem. I needed a new side mirror installed but I had some specific requests that they were willing to abide by. They were willing to replace parts from my old side mirror to my new one so I could avoid paint costs. And they answered any questions I had to the best of their abilities. I believe their pricing is good for the quality work they do.

Fine Line Auto Body provided me with the best experience in getting my car fixed. They took care of all the insurance needs and left me with very little to do, feeling confident when I left my vehicle with them. They did an amazing job and worked with my deductible. I love that they are a family owned company and are not owned by the insurance companies. While they were fixing my car, I damaged my truck and needed it fixed too. When I picked up my car I dropped off my truck gave them the claim number to the insurance and they handled everything. They were very polite and responsive to me and my problem. Arranged a rental right away, like it was waiting when I got there. Some paper work and then they got started working on my car the next day. The work looks sharp! I cant see that anything had happened to it, looks almost like well not new but close. I like how they worked no nonsense no bull a good experience.

This is still a developing situation and the company response will either solidly reinforce the one star rating or improve it. We paid cash for a front end repair on a 2013 Corolla and the very day we drove it home the bumper was coming loose and it didn’t seem to fit properly. It appeared that the bumper was glued on in some places, just like the complaint below from Jared Smith in his review.Went in to complain, was told it would be addressed under their “warranty” program and then had to meet with the warranty guy “Art” whose first comment upon viewing the vehicle was “that (the front bumper) doesn’t even fit!”, which is, ironically, the exact thing we complained about.So we could tell it didn’t fit when we got it home, the shop manager could it didn’t fit when we stopped in to complain, the warranty adjuster could tell on first glance that the part does not fit, so why did it ever leave the shop? Does quality not matter? And now, they want to order OEM parts and charge us extra money for the increased costs because they didn’t or couldn’t do the job right the first time?How about you simply refund us the repair cost and we will find a shop that can do the job well and without hassle? We had narrowed our repair choices down to three shops and chose this one. Did we make a grave error in judgment? The company response in the next 24 hours and their follow through will determine their rating. #youhadonejob

My kid sideswiped our brand new Honda Civic. Fine line was able to get me in quickly and fixed the car quickly! They were 30% cheaper than the next guy, and finished the work in three days! The car looks perfect, just like it did off the showroom floor! Highly recommend and would use again!

Hit a deer going 55 and had to get it serviced through insurance, they worked with me on my deductible which was nice, and they completed the work on time. The paint job is good and the bodywork looks great. I would use them again if needed. I chose them because they had good reviews so Im happy to add to them.

My husband and I both are so happy with the entire process and can not say enough about one of the managers at Fine Line, Dennis Taylor. We are so very grateful to him for all that he did for us. We met him at the Brice Rd store and he took care of EVERYTHING for us, to the point we didn’t want to work with anybody else so we waited for Dennis to come back from vacation to get the work done and had no problem driving back and forth to Lewis Center from Lancaster because that’s the store he normally works at. They did exactly what I asked for them them to do and in a reasonable time. My first experience with Fineline was great, I needed an area touched up with paint. It was taken care of in 30 minutes. The second time, my Jeep needed some attention in a few areas that required buffing. I showed Dennis the spots on my Jeep and he buffed them out within 15 minutes FREE OF CHARGE. Great value, great customer service, and very honest.

The e-mailed estimate and photos were very helpful. The body work and painting was very good.My only suggestion I can offer is that the communication to when the car was ready for pickup was poor. I was told by two of your employees that the car would be ready on Thursday or Friday. One f Friday morning I was told late Friday or Saturday. No one called to inform me the it was not going to be ready until The following week.I did hear that there was a delay until late Wednesday. The delay was not an issue, just the lack of communication was not helpful.On Monday I was told it would be Wednesday afternoon and it was.Taking longer was not a problem. Not knowing what to expect is hard to plan for.Jeff

I’ve been in touch with the General Manager, Arsen, and he told me to bring my wife’s jeep in because of a large scratch. When I got here I was hoping the fender would not have to be taken off and painted. Arsen came out and looked at it and told me that he can just buff the scratch out. In five minutes the scratch was gone. My wife will be so happy. I tried to pay him but Arsen would not take any payment. A super nice young man. We found a great place for body work for the following reasons.1. they are professional and speak respectfully to customers2. Provide a quote upfront and told us how much it will cost and possibility of extra cost if they have to add new parts. Hear the customers what they want.3. We actually compared their quote with two other highly rated body shops that have over 4.5 star rating at the time of writing this review. Fine line gave us the most realistic and I can tell you others are 2 times or 10 times higher (this is crazy, I think if insurance pays they want to charge anything, interesting part is parts cost 150 dollars and labor charges are 1500 and paint another 500)4. The same work done by fine line in less than 90 min without any additional parts necessary, no painting job necessary.5. Few other shops we contacted did not have time even to look in to the car for an estimate some available appointments are a week later. Fine line are flexible to give quote on the same day and fix the problem next day.We highly recommend them and they are high rated (4.7 star at the time of this review) body shop for a reason.

I took my car in because I had a cosmetic issue. They were professional, prompt, and they took care of me in a timely manner. It was admittedly a small issue ( my little daughter pulled up the driver Side door panel a little) but they didn’t charge me anything. I was surprised at the level of compassion they displayed because you don’t get that a lot. They have a life long customer in me!!

I had an issue with my trunk latch not opening. Not only did Fine Line Auto Body check my car immediately, they also fixed it within the hour, AND didnt charge me a dime for their work. The staff are very helpful and friendly! I brought my car in to have an estimate for leveling my car door and replacing metal trim pieces around the door frame that had been damaged. Terrence took a look at my car and gave me a written estimate quickly. He then told me that if I brought my car back he could try to fix the damage without replacing the trim pieces which would save me a lot money. I brought the car back in a few days later, Terrence fixed my car in less than 30 minutes and didnt charge me for any of the work! I would highly recommend this body shop and will definitely return for any future work I might need done.

I stopped in randomly today because I heard a weird sound. I parked and realized it was my undercarriage protector dragging. The guy at the front said give us five minutes and we can fix it. Less than 5 mins later, they gave me the keys and refused to take payment! I am so thankful that they got me in right away and even more surprised when they refused payment. I highly recommend my service.

I came into Fine Line and they were incredibly kind and helpful. I had a problem with my hood latch and they stopped what they were doing and helped me. Being military they did not charge me even though I insisted on paying. I would 10/10 recommend and they will be getting my business in the future.

First time ever at fine line auto body and they lived up their advertisements on the radio. I’ve had my share of blue ribbon shops and they weren’t the greatest as I had to take my car back to get stuff fixed and fixed from their poor/cheap work. Not with fine line! Fine line did it within one try and I was happy as hell. I walked in and told them what happened and the manager helped me out as best as he could. I was treated with the greatest of respect and customer service was fantastic. They even hailed Enterprise to come out for me to lend me a car. Everything was worked out by fine line and my insurance company without a hitch. They worked on my car within a reasonable time. They updated me on all accounts on my car. They called me to let me know when I can pick up my car. I came to pick up my car and the transition of getting my car and signing for paperwork and leaving went smoothly. My car came back to me as if it was new again. Mind you that my issues were cosmetic with other damages that involved missing a couple parts that needed to be replaced. My car drove very well, wheels aligned (which was an issue before), I even noticed my emergency brake handle was tightened (not even a part of the accident), brake pedal hitting brakes more smoothly (again not even a part of the accident), and just overall the way the car was painted was like it never happened. I was very impressed with with Fine Line autobody. They even cleaned and vacuumed my car on the inside. I had one issue with the door handle which they fixed within an hour the next day. I give this company in Lewis Center location 5 stars ✨. Thank you fine line auto for helping me get back in my carOh...and I even was offered pizza while I waited on my car. I once went for a minor dent fix for my Honda CRV met the manager Stephen who was extremely good in customer relationships gave me an appointment went and got fixed and nobody believes the service was fixed without myself paying anything. Though the service may be minor the commitment, behavior timeliness was outstanding and I would really support fine line in terms of any fixes with good service and low pay. Great work for most of the repair - however some things were left out - and that were quite annoying - especially wheel alignment. First repair had glue on glass (and lately on seat), missing rivet in wheel well liner, alignment of lights and lately, alignment of muffler tip. The lack of wheel alignment possibly caused one tire to steer right (new tire). But I think I can rotate it out and it should probably not be too bad. Hopefully. Recently, the wheel well liner was loose and missing a rivet, but I fixed it myself. But the alignment issues were VERY annoying ! Had to come back multiple times. Now waiting on call back for the alignment of muffler tip. The repair costs were high but were paid for by insurance. But I guess because they are certified shop it is okay. They covered my 50 deductible and very VERY courteous. Lack of electronic notification was a bummer but not too bad. Overall good experience and would have rated 5 star had it not been several alignment issues !

Fine Line Auto Body is honestly the most reliable body shop in all of Columbus! The car accident I was in ruined my bumper, hood and head lights. When I picked my vehicle up last night, it was like getting a brand new car off the lot!!! I was extremely happy how they handled my car with care. I didnt need the car repaired in a way that *every single thing* about the car was fixed, including fog lamps (broken before), etc were made like new. Instead, I wanted the repair done well, looking nice, and at a reasonable price. These guys hit all those marks. They were very understanding, well-priced, and super easy to deal with. I had a minor fender bender and needed my Jeep front bumper replaced. Everyone was courteous and they did a great job. Free estimate without an appointment and not much of a wait. Once I gave the go ahead they ordered the bumper and got it within a few days. It only took them a few hours to replace the bumper as promised. We had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and courteous from the moment we stepped into their new building until we picked up the repaired vehicle. They even presented roses to my wife and daughter. The repair work was finished earlier than expected and was of the highest quality. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.
