The first time I called, I requested “customer service” 8 times before the automated answering service hung up on me.The second time I called I requested “customer service” 13 times before I was transferred to the call center. (Not an exaggeration. I counted.) The agent was able to provide the local phone number, but I was driving and I may not have written it down correctly. When I called it, the number was not in service.The third time I called, customer service was unable to answer any questions about my $2,000 package and refused to provide the local phone number for this location. When I asked for my call to be escalated to a supervisor, they told me that was absolutely not possible, they didn’t know where the supervisor was, and they ENDED THE PHONE CALL!!!This is completely unacceptable. This is why I never do business through Fed Ex and why I’m always disappointed when a company ships my products through them. I’d rather work with DHL, and that’s saying something.
Last week FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. Then they delivered two packages with two different address and names to my house. They were supposed to pick them up and never did. We used FB to find our packages. Six months ago the driver had my dog’s prescription dog food, the driver bent down in front of my ring camera like he left a package, marked it as delivered, drove off, I went out and he didn’t not leave any package. Yesterday and today they drove around with my package loaded to be delivered and they have no explanation why my package hasn’t been delivered. What on earth is going on. I remember when FedEx use to be trustworthy. Now they are the worst delivery company on earth. I may never get my delivery.

Overnight delivery. Arrived in Columbia a day late and Columbia sat on it for another day. When you call FedEx you get their Indian call center which offers no help. Hate to say it but USPS is getting my business moving forward.
Absolutely horrible. Had 2 phones delivered via fedex in the past 2 weeks. One was returned to sender, the other has been out for delivery the last 3 days, then back to the local facility. 3 days late on an overnight delivery now. Just totally unacceptable.
I absolutely despise being located near Columbia. Unfortunately almost EVERY TIME I order a package, it gets sent out by FedEx shipping... which almost always means that they will stop at Columbia’s location before putting the package on a truck with a driver. I frequently check tracking updates and 9/10 times my package is coming along quickly and even ahead of schedule, but every time that package gets to Columbia for final shipping to my city, they pend the shipping status and add anywhere from a 1-3 additional day hold until getting it out to my house. This happens every single time and I’m located only 20 some minutes away!!
Had to ship a package with a prepaid FedEx return label. This was the closest location to my home. Easy to find, no line and the wonderful lady working the front counter had me taken care of in a matter of moments.
Usually no issues but the last 2 packages delivered by the same person was throwed up my stairs had to take the last item back bc it was broke, reordered a new one and the same driver throwed the new package up the stairs. This driver needs reprimanded.

We have a three-way driveway. They delivered to my neighbors house so often that my husband actually barricaded that driveway. He also put up a HUGE sign with an arrow in neon pink and our address directing them to the correct drive. They still cant make it to the correct house. UPS manages to deliver correctly. USPS manages to deliver correctly. It is only FedEx that cant get to the correct house - even with a sign. Beyond aggravated.
OH MY! VINCE just rescued my daughters runaway dog on Hardin Street in Columbia. I had stopped to pick the dog up and left the front door open just a crack and she opened it like Houdini and was off like a shot. Vince saw the whole thing, and swiftly went in to action and collared her. What a guy! Thank you, Vince!

I’m beyond upset. Last Wednesday was supposed to be the day My package was to arrive. I tracked it and they had pushed the delivery to the next day due to not having the right address. I called and confirmed that they in fact did have the correct address. The next day rolls around than they pushed it off another day due to not having the right address. I called and confirmed yet again. They said they would deliver the next day Or by Monday and they promised. Here it is Monday and the online tracker said delivery is tomorrow. It said they put it on the truck at 3am than at 930 am they took it off. Please change this. I think the driver just don’t wanna make the trip out here.

Full service station. No line when I went. The buzzer went off as I came in to let them know someone came in the door. Some one came out immediately. A second person came in while I was there being helped. Buzzer went off but know one else came out to help second person. Service was quick, but not too friendly. I had several options which was nice. In the end cost was reasonable.
I ordered an item from Wal-Marts website to be delivered to the Conley Road store for me to pick up. It was shipped 11-23 arrived in Columbia MO 11-29. Suppose to be delivered on Monday to the store. Well guess what FedEx sends me a message that Wal-Mart was.closed and their was no adult there to accept it. For I have called the fedex office 2 times this week to find out what is going on. Today I was told that it is sitting at the Columbia MO facility. So when I asked them why I was told they have several packages to be delivered. That is fine yet why lie to me by sending me this excuses that the store is closed or no adult there to recieve it. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH FED EX. THIS IS THE WIRST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Yes I have had some bad service from other companies in my time yet Nothing Like This

Still waiting for my package to be delivered. Per my Arlo camera, the delivery driver was at my door but did not leave a note saying FedEx attempted delivery. I called the Columbia Center who told me the driver will stop by again but Arlo did not show another attempt.
I understand things happen. But when you are told that a package will be available for pick up after a certain time and then when I get there, the package wont be back until an hour later, I would hope for some sort of accommodation or apology. Easy option would have been to allow me to sign for the package and attempt the delivery again. Not an option and no sorry you wasted thirty minutes and gas coming over here, please do the same thing within the next five days. Just bad customer service.

Girl at the counter was to lazy to look up the account number, she told me it CANT be done, even though it has been done many time. Wish I could give them negative stars. Like -50 stars out of 5!
Story starts with me ordering a one pound box of welding rods. That order never was delivered just left the envelope and a door tag in the mailbox and the envelope didnt have the one pound box of welding rods in it. I called customer service and they said the driver left it there because of the animals in the yard but we dont have any animals and no welding rods now either. In the end they treated me like I was lying and said there was nothing more they could do. Worst experience ever had with any delivery and I must say UPS is much better with better quality employees.
Supposed to receive a package Wednesday. It didnt come. Thursday I get an email that they are delivering it that day. Later I get an email that they arent going to be able to because of the weather. The roads are clear between this FedEx and us. I call them and the reason is that they are swamped. But get this! I have 2 other packages that they ARE going to deliver. Which they did. They could deliver those, but not the one?? They said they will deliver it Friday. So today, same deal. Email that says it will be delivered, then another email saying it wont due to the weather. It says they will deliver it Saturday. I am furious!
Called Fed Ex corporate multiple time regarding my package saying delivered and it never was! Columbia Missouri office contacted driver who again said package was dropped off? Well according to my camera there was never a drop off and there was someone at the residence all day! Every neighbor has checked their yards and the entire outer residence was searched extremely thoroughly! So the response I received was that package was delivered and no more that they can do! Really FedEx! I still am waiting for a return call which I do not expect anytime soon! If this could’ve been a 0 review it would. The fact this was also sent thru a corporate account and still no progress done is even more disappointing!
If I could give this 0 stars I would.Ive had 2 packages delivered to my business and both times the driver never even bothered to come to my place of business. Both times the driver just marked the delivery status as business closed / no longer operating.Both times Ive called FedEx support to get an explanation and have the issue resolved, neither time did anyone at headquarters care.I will NEVER ship with FedEx.
The ship center was the wrong place but the very nice lady sent me to other Fed Ex shipping store and I was taken care of expertly and with great efficiency 5 star experience

Lousy!!! Four phone calls to them in one day. A call back promised, never happened. After the second call, tracing showed Incorect address. However it was not an incorrect address. Third call, detailed instructions given to get to my house and told that it would be delivered. Fourth call, informed that the driver had been given the detailed instructions and would make another delivery attempt by 8 PM. At 8:15 - no delivery and when I tracked once again, the tracking showed the package was back at the facility at 6:27 - about 10 minutes after I was told there would be another delivery attempt by 8. This is (was) a perishable item that was supposed to be 2 day air delivery on Wednesday the 18. Now, it is evening of the 19th and not a single call back, no notification, no followup, NO customer service worth beans, and the gift that was sent to me from Harry and Davids will not be safe to eat. This is the second time this has happened from the same shipper. Last time it took two full weeks for the 2 day package to get here - moldy, smelly, totally rotten. FedEx manages to find my next door neighbor frequently, but cannot find me - closer to the road, highly visible, number on the post. May as well request PONY EXPRESS as to use FED EX.

Stupid! I was seeing the fedex truck coming, stopping at my place, and the driver even didnt get off the truck! He just stopped for 1 minute, marked my package status as delivery exception and left!!! Great!!! Now I know why UPS is better! AT LEAST UPS DRIVER GETS OUTOF THE TRUCK AND LEAVES YOU A DOOR TAG!!!

Suddenly my address is unable to be found, in spite of having a packaged delivered to me a week beforehand. I waited outside and never even saw a driver come by. Saw through tracking it was on a truck at 8. They did not update until 4 that my address was not able to be located so I was unable to get in touch with anyone to find a way to remedy the issue. My thoughts: driver wanted to be done for the day. Whatever the issue was I am still waiting 3 days after it should have been here
Horrible Management. My mother has dementia and is being used by scammers who ask her to send money via FEDEX. This past Friday my sister and I went to court about her condition and the judge awarded us full guardianship and full financial conservatorship. The court order says our mother is incapacitated and does not have capacity to make decisions. Took a copy of that order the FEDEX/Kinkos office being used by my mother and the manager there, H.D. has not been helpful. He has, despite being asked to not let her, allowed my mother two send out two more packages to the scammers preying on her. Despite the court documents saying we have full authority over our mother, he said to me that he still has to let my mother send packages because that is corporate policy. He is basically supporting a criminal enterprise and allowing FEDEX to be used for illegal purposes. Of course his response was that he sent an email to FEDEX corporate....Great Man he is. Zero stars if I could give such a rating.
They delivered packages to my address on Tuesday and on Friday of the previous week. Somehow, they couldnt find my address this week!I could see from the tracking search that my package was at their facilities, not going anywhere the next day.

This is the first time I ever write down a negative review on Google +. I did not have a problem with FedEx before until they skipped my address three times. And I was been told they ATTEMPT TO DELIVERY but I was not home, while the truth is I was home all day just to wait for the package. A few days ago, I ordered some stuffs on BodyShop and unfortunately they chose FedEx as their carrier. So just as what I expected, I havent got my package still because they said they came by my apartment three times so they return the package, while the truth is they actually only attempt once. What I saw on the tracking page is the day when the package arrived at Columbia is the same day they marked it as the third attempt. As Im typing this review right now, Im anxious waiting for another package I ordered from Amazon carried by FedEx. I never concern about the package when my Amazon order is carried by UPS. I really hope Amazon could have a shipping preference so that I can choose UPS rather than FedEx.
