Rented car tow for one day - excellent equipment. Paid the amount. By accident, discovered dealer charged 3 additional days to my credit card 2 hours later after I had paid and left the premises. Repeated attempts to reach Manager were unsuccessful so I called UHaul headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona and they quickly resolved the over charge. Local Dealer has never called or tried to contact me and apologize.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the employees at UHAUL. There is no other storage facility that l would trust my belongings with. The storage units are clean and accessible twenty-four hours a day. Thank you UHAUL for making my move to Columbia, South Carolina as painless as possible. If ever l decide to move again Not, U-Haul Moving and Storage will absolutely be where l would go. Thanks again!

They were friendly and she was patient with helping me with my needs in helping me with renting a uhaul. Highly recommend this particular place.

This company overcharged me and still has not refunded my money weeks later. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get anyone on the phone and I do not recommend this store for that reason. They had a “glitch in their system” the day I turned in my truck. Because they didn’t process my return until the middle of the night due to system error, it charged me (3) fees I did not owe.
