The sign said they were open but nobody was there. I called and was told that two people were there and that they would call me but after an hour nobody called so I left. I do not recommend this location.

Very poor customer service. Difficult to access and navigate. Units are covered in falling insulation.

No one is available when you need on-site assistance. When you call customer service for a local site. They inform you that they will send an email. No one ever gets in contact with you.

I double confirmed a storage space the week of booking and when I arrived they had given away my 10x30 space and all of my belongings once unloaded of course wouldnt fit in the space they gave me which I was told at purchase was a 10x 25, and later discovered was only a 10x 20. Once we unloaded they were closed and I had to pay my four men and a truck another 2 hours to take back and unload at their facility, rent a uhaul an extra day and drive it up the mountain 2.5 hrs away and find a place for the belongings that wouldnt fit in storage, the furniture I had to just gave away to family and I have 2 boxes in a moldy basement that will probably end up ruined. When I talked to management, they agreed in writing to give me two months free rent to cover just the losses for the extra cost for two men and a truck (I had 2 of these) and the extra uhaul day. I was good with that until I receive a bill and have been going back and forth for weeks with their staff trying to see why they went back on the two months free. At first they said no until I forwarded that in writing it had been agreed to on August 14, 2020 it is now Oct. 1 and I still do not have this resolved. If I could I would rate zero stars for customer service and work ethics.

Easy to go.Nice and professional staff and understand peoples situations

My daughter placed her things in storage at this facility. The unit she received had a pallet in place because of water leaks. The gentleman who rented her the unit said it should be fine. less than 6 months later. She returns to storage to move her things to her new home to find everything molded or warped from moisture. She was also told she did not need their insurance since she was using her rental insurance. When she asked about the mold she was told that is it her duty to visit her storage regularly to check for theses things. So she is a fault, her renters insurance will not cover the damage nor will the this facility. Very disappointing. Truly a learning lesson for a first timer. The purpose of storage is to be able to store your things safe and secure and free from damage.

Prepare to wait and be disappointed.

The whole chain of Uhaul in Columbia is garbage. Rude staff, rude and unprofessional management...all the way up to the President. It’s a shame for a national company to be this bad. I travel all over the US and have never had so many problems with a company as a whole. Stay away!

This place has gone down hill in the past 5 years. Ever since Linda, Meg and Justin left everything has been a mess at this location. You just cant find good employees that care anymore.

Too many Rats

Had a good experience! They let us return the truck after they were closed which was super convenient.

The lady that open the store was very rude. I asked if I could get a 10-foot truck. There were two sitting in the parking lot. She was not willing to set me up with one of them because she was busy with other stuff. But when I called U-Haul they told me that thre were too available here. I was told by her that they were both rented out for the day and waiting for pickup. 🤔🤔🤔

They didnt have the equipment I needed. A car tow dolly. Otherwise, it seems fine.

I called because customer service tells me one thing and another thing happens.... Well, I come to this location and they more than take care of me. They comped me for the problems I was having, and actually took the time to listen to the problems i was having and work with me to figure them out! Thanks Uhaul on Jamil Rd!

Ugh not enough parking or drive space. The office is ridiculously small.
