Toneka helped me get the right sized unit at a fair price and was super helpful and nice. Facilities seem easy to access and also secure. So far I highly recommend SROA.

Wow! I have been rented a storage before and this company the best of the best. Most of it is because the service that I got from Chrissie, she is sharp, fun amd very helpful. She took me and show me e everything she thought will be perfect for my staff. I just moved here to SC as you know moving is always Stressful. Well Chrissie she made it so smooth and fun that I just smile and said - “thank you so much.”I recommend this storage as they hire great people to take care for their clients.

Climate controlled units were close to 80 degrees on multiple occasions. Extremely difficult to ever find or get ahold of an actual employee. Strongly do not recommend

I was going through so much with my move having a really difficult time. I had already had a storage unit before I found this place. My previous storage was on the 3rd floor elevator broken, poor Customer service, didnt even offer a discount!!!! Then I found this place heaven sent a lady named khrissy such a beautiful personality!! Worked at the front desk Immediately brightened up my day had, me moved in, the same day reasonable prices just great.Also Climate controls was on point. Very clean and, smells great.

Very easy process to rent a unit which made move in day easier. Clean unit, air conditioned building and affordable rate were three reasons why we rented here. I highly recommend!

Got a 10 × 10 unit with Chrissy and couldnt be happier! She was so sweet, professional and knowledgeable. I felt she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs even offering to price match if I found a cheaper unit and only charged me one dollar for first months rent. Hard to find customer service at this level these days so I rented with her just because of the experience she provided! The unit was clean and not hard to access either. Totally satisfied!

When I went to pick up my things after two years of storage, there was a leak in a pipe that ran over my unit, running most of my things. I had insurance on the unit that I got with the rental, though it is handled through an outside provider, and the claim still hasnt been addressed by the provider after nearly two months.

Been working with Kelly on a unit and move in date. She was incredible helpful, very friendly, outgoing and patient. Today I had my movers deliver my belongings to my unit. Yesterday Kelly said she’d have it cleaned and ready for me and she certainly did. The only hiccup I had was the motion sensor light didn’t sense my presence. Luckily my unit was the first one inside and I was able to move using daylight. I let Chrissie know as I was leaving and she said she’d look into it and call me once she was able to determine why. So all in all today went well and I look forward to smooth sailing for my time there.

Staff was very helpful with showing me around and helping figure out what size unit I needed, as well as helping me find the best price.

This is our second year using this storage location. Once again, another great experience. The unit is clean and Christina is great to work with and goes above and beyond.

I came in today to move in but didnt have much time to do so. Kayla the property manager was very patient in showing me several units until I found one that I liked. Unfortunately by the time we found the right unit I did not have time to do the move in process. Kayla made sure to set the reservation for the perfect date and time next week and told me everything I needed to know for my reservation and what to expect. She even gave me a business card with my time price quoted and offered me several different specials as to which would work best for my needs. Great Service and will definitely be back Tuesday to move in!

Great service! The manager on duty was the absolute best! I have nothing but good, positive things to say about her. Recently, with the pandemic affecting us all, I have not been receiving quality customer service. Not so with her. She was a breath of fresh air!!!

So far so good. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Showed me my the unit prior to signing any paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with size, location and ease of access. They offer locks, boxes, packing material, tape and other supplies at a reasonable price. I was quoted one price online but was actually signed up for 10 dollars less than quoted They have security cameras in all the hallways. My only concern was that I did not see cameras in the actually room where my storage unit is located.

I spoke to a property manger by the name of Christina, out of Columbia, South Carolina who has very poor customer service skills and terrible representation of Storage Rentals of America. Christina, was very rude and refuse to explain company policy in terms of upgrade on rental space and balance due after the particular change takes place. She failed to value me as a customer but before I decided to take my business elsewhere I contacted the call center and spoke to a young lady by the name of Jamia, who was very kind and explained what could have possibly happened and why my account now have a balance and how I can take care of the balance before next payment is due. This is a time in America when frustration is at an all time high and the best way of dealing with frustration is love and kindness, it goes a long way.

The manager, Christina went above and beyond. She saw us moving in and brought a dolly out to help with the transfer of boxes and personally showed us to our unit. The unit was the best price in town so the added A+ customer service was an added bonus.

I recently moved in on the 1st of March at SROA in Columbia, South Carolina. I had the pleasure of meeting Robbin who was very personable and answered all of my questions. Facility is clean and well taken care of. I met the Associate Manager Kayla today because i had a few more questions in regards to the gate hours and such, she answered all my questions as well. Both managers are very sweet and welcoming which is so hard to find these days! I will definitely recommend storing here and these ladies will be happy to help. Thank you to both of you for your great customer service.

Staff was very helpful. They definitely are on their Ps & Qs when it comes to policy. Also, they have many different specials and ate very reasonable. I would definitely recommend everyone to get a storage here out of anywhere else!

Robin, Sandy and Kayla could not have been more helpful. If not for Robin, I would not have rented the space (she is who I spoke to first) and thanks to Sandy who made the move and the paperwork so very easy it is all done. I moved from another storage space that was way too expensive. Robin gave me a great price and assured me that it would not go up at a speedy pace as my other storage space had. The facility is clean and easy to reach -the space has a large opening for easy access. If one has to store items, I highly recommend SROA in Columbia, SC. My thanks to them.

I had a situation where I needed to reserve a unit remotely and needed a lot of extra help and care. Kayla is the best person in the world!!! She will be an asset to any company she ever works for. She gave me personal attention and assurance that I needed to feel less worried about the situation. The rent specials are also fantastic!

Kayla, was absolutely amazing, a shining star! I would highly recommend this location. This is my first time renting storage. Kayla was very patient and kind, she took the time to locate the right unit specifically for me, throughly explained the paperwork/process, and how to access the gate.
