My monthly payment of $122 has been my rate for over a year..and the customer appreciation I got today was that MINI U STORAGE bumped my rate up by $100!!! Apparently they can do this since the units are month to month. Dont use this facility, you go in with one price and are hit with paying twice the amount when corporate feels like screwing you.

Had a unit there for 3 yrs very clean and dry units would recomend

Place was great. It was great that you can drive right up to unit to store stuff which makes it a little more expensive but so worth the cost. Place was secure. Unit was clean and dry. Staff nice and helpful.

I had a issue the night before with my brand new storage unit. But the next morning when I awoke bryce took care of me and made sure I had no issues! Great customer service once I got to speak to him.

The staff was very helpful, going far beyond protocol to insure myself and my wife wanted for nothing. They were courteous, kind, and I have never experienced that type of service in a storage facility. Just simple AWESOME!

Incredible service. I had to switch a reservation last minute and arrange a (free!) truck rental all in 24 hours. The staff was super helpful- both on the phone and in-person.

Professional service, the Manager Ms. Jessie was very helpful. She explained the various units that were available and the cost for each unit. I rented a unit, it was clean and dry. I would definitely use there service again.

Great place to get a storage unit. They have some of the best rates in the city of Columbia. Would of gave it 5 stars but your access is limited.

... update Nov. 2019 ... the gates were broken for at least 2 weeks, went out of town so I hope theyve been fixed by now. Seeing them in the open position did not please us at all. Easy access. Units were good, from the looks there should never be a water issue due to grading. Free shelves were beat up, but sort of expected that.

Stored my furniture here for 2 years and everything came out exactly as I left it. Clean facility and nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

This is a pretty OK storage place in a decently accessible area. The ability to rent a truck here is a nice bonus.

Moving in, everything was great. They were nice, etc. Yesterday i moved out and that piece of work (overwieght woman with the poor dentition) at the counter showed her real side. But I wont get into that. Just know it can be night and day with that one. Its not a franchise so customer service isnt guaranteed.The condition of my stuff was deplorable... why? Because this place is MICE INFESTED. my stuff was there about 4 plus months. The about of mice droppings made me toss most of my clothes. They chewed through the boxes and basically made poop nests in my pots and pans. I move a lot and have used storage before. This was ridiculous. There were no visible bait traps anywhere. Be very careful of this place.

Have had a unit here for about a year now. Have never had an issue of any kind, and appreciate that the management keeps the grounds and facilities very clean and in great repair.
