The Lite House has quality lights for everyones budget. All of the lights and ceiling fans in our new home came from the Lite House. We worked with sales associate Dawn. She was very patient, knowledgeable and kind to us. She understands that lights and fans are a big part of building a new home. Please ask for Dawn when visiting the Lite House.

Great service, Tracie was excellent, she helped me choose lighting for our new home and the lighting turned out awesome. There were a couple of lights I chose, then had doubts and questioned my selection, she assured me they would look great and they do.

Great customer service! We built a house and our builder sent us here to choose all of our light fixtures. Patti Rabon helped us and was SO friendly. She took her time going through the whole store with us. We never felt rushed or pressured. When our house was done, we had one light that wouldnt work in our space and Patti was nice enough to refund us for that item. We are thrilled with everything we chose and all of the lights look beautiful in our home!

If you are in the market for lighting, I cant recommend The Lite House enough. Cecilia helped my wife and I find the perfect upgrades to our den, breakfast area, and dining room. I understand these are hard times with Covid however, after shopping in other lighting companies without issue, But we decided to go to The Lite house for all our lighting fixtures for our new home being built in Ascot.. not a small home. My husband is recovering from 9/11 related throat cancer and the radiation destroyed his throat all the way up to his sinuses, which he’s had surgery for without success. He has a hard time breathing on a good day and wearing a mask is out of the question for him.We explained this to two of the nice women that originally helped us and then a man came to the desk and told my husband if he doesn’t wear a mask we have to leave. My husband explained he had a medical condition and the man told us it didn’t matter and we needed to leave.If I came in wearing a mask, we were OBVIOUSLY not trying to be defiant!

Nice little place, the sales crew jump right on you though, definitely put on the pressure to buy, prices vary most items are marked down 40 to 50% of original price on tag I suppose this is for show, clearance items are about 30% of original price and seem more realistic in price. The website states below internet pricing.. This is not the case but you can see the product here before you buy it. We ended up ordering a chandelier online that matches the one in store and saved 240$ .

I called the Litehouse about replacing a glass globe on a fixture and Cecilia checked on the part and had it ordered for me withing minutes! Customer service has been excellent! A lot of our electrical customers use the Litehouse as well and I have only heard great feedback.

Excellent customer service. We were helped today by Emily and her product knowledge was impressive. She did a great job explaining different features and answering our questions. Purchased a ceiling fan for an office and a large light for our dining room. Very satisfied and plan to return as we replace additional fixtures.
