I guess the location is good but this store is always either out of what I need or the employees are unable to find it for me. They try, but still, no luck, and its been that way for years now. Honestly, the one on Business Loop is so much better that I quit going to this one years ago! If you need something from a Westlakes, I would recommend the business loop one but not this one. I only went because I was riding with a friend who went and, guess what, they didnt have what she needed.

Good place. Still the personal touch style of service available. 😎 If you go there with a home or hardware question, they shall go the extra mile to help you out.

This is my go to hardware store, living in north west Columbia. The gents in the hardware department are always very helpful and able to help me find what I need.

The Ace brand tools are inferior, dull and worthless. The John Deere tools are over priced. Youll have much better luck and better service at Lowes.

This place was great. Found the Bolts I needed with no problem. The store has a little of everything including helpful staff.

Overpriced items unless you have coupons, so I only go when Im desperate. However, its one of the few places in town that sells propane by the pound, so that keeps me coming back.

Busy busy with spring here. I had a young saleslady help me pick out the proper rack for my yard. I get a lot of tree debris. I appreciated the suggestions.

The staff is always awesome. The store is always clean. The prices are always high. The layout still confuses me. But back to the staff is awesome and dont mind guiding you.

Had most of the things I needed, but not all. Disappointed they didnt have any small 12 volt switches I needed for my project.

This is my favourite store. If you like do-it-yourself or just tinkering they have everything you need

Employees were not helpful at all, they did not even know what stock they had in their store. Asked someone for help, they said they would go check on the item, but, never saw them again. Very disappointing that their employees dont even know what the store has and wont or cant help the customers.

My favorite small hardware store.

Ace is my go-to small hardware store. It is also my go-to place for Benjamin Moore paints and plants and flowers in the spring.

Very disappointing day. Westlakes price matches on identical items, I pulled a ad from academy on charcoal. Staff confirmed they still price match. At register, head cashier called mgr who refused. I went back to talk with him and his attitude was negative, he acted like he was too busy for customer service. I spend tons of money from competition bbq and support local but will move my business elsewhere.

Gotta love Ace. They have it all, and easy to find it all, aaaand always can find someone if not. AND if they dont have it, they are great about helping you get whatever it is you need - either through ordering it for you or giving a good recommendation for where to try next.

The staff were very helpful. They had what I needed in stock and at a great price. The website is also great. Buying online and picking up in store is great. I got a great deal on an air mattress online and picked it up the same day.

Love the friendly crew there.

Wasnt a bad experience at all. It was just that there was honestly no one on the floor available to help me find the two items I needed. They were pretty busy so I understand, just took me probably 5X as long to find my items as it would have with help but I am happy with how my trip went

They have all hand tools and sell boots, both western and steel toe. Most farm needs and tires, feed for farm animals plus dogs and cats. Really helpful and friendly employees.

Fantastic service. Everyone is so friendly. I feel like a princess the minute I step into the store. Staff are knowledgeable on whatever project Ive come in for, whether its stripping and painting old furniture or catching wild raccoons in my yard. They have a fun selection of weird candy, too.

I am not really in favor of this place myself for a few reasons. Now for one is it normal to pay $9.89 for 2 D size batteries anywhere else but a 7 Eleven type store? How about a Yeti cooler on clearance 48qt $289.00. Oh yes my favorite is NO MILITARY DISCOUNT!!! VETERANS REMEMBER THIS APPARENTLY WE ARENT WORTH THE DISCOUNT WITH THE CHEAP PRICES HUH? MY first hand experiences only but I could add more but why make it worse on this poor owner!!! Although the employees are mostly nice hard working people.

Great service at a large Ace store that has it all

6 staff on the floor and no one working. The store always has the product I need but the teenage staff stands at the front of store and ignores the customer. I literally went all the way from the back of the store to the front 3 times and had to interrupt the 5 kids (with three checkout lanes open at 7:30 pm and two customers in the store) and ask again and again for help. I just needed them to unlock a cabinet to get a lock box. Too bad because this store used to be awesome.

They have a very good selection of hardware and stuff that I used all the time and its always in stock. Its location is within wheelchair distance of my house.

Although Westlake’s is not as large as some other Home Improvement stores, they seem to always have what I need to make repairs around the house. Not only that, but the items I need are a lot easier to find and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful (without being annoying). So, I would highly recommend Westlake’s to everyone.

Hometown small but has pretty much everything you need to run a house or garden. The best thing is the helpful and friendly staff. Many times Ive handed them a list from my husband or showed them pictures or brought in a part for replacing and theyre off to find it for me. There are great sales on items you buy often. Bird feeding aisle is loaded with goodies. Stihl tools and expert help. Gardening supplies. They have it all.

Pricey, but convenient for quick needs. A preferred shopping place for my dad. Very knowledgable staff. Contribute annually to the Kiwanis pancake breakfast fundraiser helping local children. Nice seasonal plants too.

Fantastic store with always helpful, always friendly and always proffesional staff. It doesnt matter if Im in there in my work uniform looking professional or some old torn up clothes looking like a hobo, they always treat me with professional courtesy and kindness. 100% great place to shop.

Got what was needed without any problem. None of the staff were wearing any masks or protective equipment. All that was there was the plastic screen in front of the registers separating you from the cashier.

Friendly honest knowledgeable staff. Never disappointed. The only time they didnt have what i needed (industrial strength product) they were happy to order it for me, it was reasonably priced and I was informed of its arrival promptly. In Columbia, they are at the top of my one-stop-shop list.
