Clean stocked alittle pricey on some stuff

This place is the best! Such nice people and great customer service. Very helpful to the amateur do-it-yourselfer. They have helped me with multiple projects and repairs including window screens, shelving, and various hardware needs. They are always my first choice for any lumber or hardware needs. Highly recommend.

LaCrosse has earned my business in every way! First, the pricing for my deck lumber was unbeatable!! My Rep, Woody, was beyond knowledgeable in what I needed. Ill be honest, having a large order of lumber picked out and delivered by someone else is my worst nightmare. Its never gone well from other stores but Woody assured me it would be good, It was as close to perfect as you can ask for in construction lumber. The driver was awesome as well. I will be doing all of my business with LaCrosse.

For efficiency reasons, wed been thinking about replacing our windows and asked they come out to evaluate our situation.They came. They made suggestions. They left... without a sale.They had the means and motive to sell us windows ($$$$). Instead, they were honest and provided suggestions and know-how on what we can do to keep the weather out and heat in.It was a free visit. They were on time. They were honest. They are a good company.Make sure you visit or call them. The slight increase of prices is more than worth the customer service.

Best hardware in columbia.

These people are rude and not helpful in any way. I felt like they thought I was stealing the way they followed me all over the store but offered no help to help me find what I needed. Will not return to this place again. I wish I could have given them no stars

Every time I go in I always have friendly helpful service, or at least the offer. The individuals working there are wonderful people from my experience.

Incompetence. How can you not cut a piece of wood to 60 inches. I asked for 6 2x4 at 60 inches. They throw them in my vehicle and I get home, 3 of them are half an inch off. Maybe I should check before I leave, but I’m just shocked that I can’t trust a company with the word lumber in their name.
