I have used Spring Hill H&C for various services over the past several years.Consistently professional and reliable service. Payton was the technician on my most recent call and I could not have been more pleased. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very thorough.

Great company in my opinion. Honest, dependable and I appreciate their honesty. I used them numerous times and have never felt as i have been raked over the coals.

The technician, Payton, was able to come on Sunday and arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. Quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and discussed the resolution. Took the stress out of having the a/c stop in the middle of July and gave me a fair price to boot! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

The two gentlemen that came out and repaired our unit were terrific. I believe their names were Stephen and Taylor. They were on time, very professional, answered all my questions and were able to get our unit fully repaired and cooling the house in no time. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Air went out and 90 degrees in house. Called Spring Hill Heating and cooling they went out of their way to make sure the air was fixed before they left me even driving to Nashville to pick up the part. Gave me no hassles with warranty. They are the best and would recommend them every time. They have been my go to for HVAC for 8 years now and never disappoint.

Spring Hill Heating and Cooling replaced two old units with new American Standard models. Both units were installed in less than a day working through 95 degree temperature. The three installation personnel were very responsive and professional.

89 in the house and of course my elderly parents came to visit. They were prompt and had to bypass the board. Got the house cooled down and had a nice visit. Very, very grateful.

Quick response they are always on time ..no pushy salesman. Good explanation of problems. Professional and courteous. They always wear shoe coverings.

Its simple. They are customer oriented, they do what they say and the semi annual inspections are apparently thorough as they were here inspecting inside and out for about an hour. They also cleaned the outside unit. The tech was polite. What more could you ask for.

Taylor was very personal and professional. A wonderful ambassador for your company. He took his time. Was very thorough And answered all my questions.

Spring Hill Heating and Cooling did my 6 month tune up and as always this customer is beyond happy. Made sure that everything is in working order and that we did not have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them for any tune up or heating/cooling job needed.

Service was really good. Though the packages for deep cleaning of the unit are pretty expensive they offered affordable services that also help keep maintenance on your unit. Definitely recommend for annual check-ups.

4.5 isnt an option so 4 it is. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. I called around noon and told them my heat was out and explained what was happening. They said theyd be there between 2pm and 6pm. I got a call around 1pm to confirm they could show up early. They were there by 1:30pm and done by 2pm. My only reason for not a full 5 stars is that there was a $75 service call fee, and then another $135 to do the repair (fuse replacement). In my past experiences with other places, if you hire them to actually do the repair instead of just diagnosing the problem, they waive the service call fee. To be clear, they did not say this was the case for them, I just assumed it would be. They were very respectful, answered all my questions, and were able to take payment over the phone. That was helpful to me because my renter was at the house, but I was not.

Extremely efficient and found the problem with our AC within minutes. Our upstairs went from 85 to 70 degrees in less than 30 minutes after the tech arrived. We would definitely recommend

Taylor came over in the morning to diagnose and it was determined it was not repairable due to the age and the leaking. January 29th update based on response from the owner. I called your company on the morning of the 28th prior to writing this review.I spoke to your Office Manger. She offered no suggestions other than asking her Manager if he would lower the price by $5,000. I told her no because I wasnt interested in being a customer of a company that can magically lower the price of their products and services by over 50%.That obviously implies that your factors that influence your pricing are quite variable. Im having the same product installed at my home Monday, February 1st, by a local Williamson county HVAC company.The 2 other companies that I received bids from were within $200 of each other and both were over $5,000 less than your bid. I would suggest that you compare your prices to your competitors and seek to understand why you believe your company is entitled to such a hefty markup. I believe that your customers deserve to receive fair pricing for the exact same product that your competitors are selling at a significantly lower price.Yesterday, January 27th, a technician from Spring Hill Heating and Cooling came out to my house because my heater wasnt working. They checked the system and advised me that major repairs would be needed that amounted to more than $2,000. Since the system is over 10 years old, I asked for a quote to replace it. The quote sounded high based on my prior experience with replacing HVAC units. I have now received quotes from 2 other Williamson county HVAC companies for the same product and installation. Both quotes are $5,000 (50%) cheaper than Spring Hill Heating and Cooling. Obviously, I wont be using them to do this work and wont be calling them in the future. I would advise you to shop around based on my experience.

Prompt service, professional staff, and exceptional quality work! I most strongly recommend Spring Hill Heating and Cooling for anyone needing HVAC work! We had vast temperature differences in our house due to an addition that was built on by the previous owners and the existing HVAC ductwork used. We had our ductwork replaced and redesigned and have already noticed a marked difference in uniform temperatures throughout the house! I would not hesitate to call or recommend them to anyone for HVAC work!

Got an appointment quick and easy spoke with Becky on the phone. Shes great. Matthew came to my home to tune up my old unit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy about anything. Before service he explained what he was going to do. Then after the service he explained what he did, what he found and emailed me a report with pictures.
