I have an account it wont let me check in to do online order, its been 24 hrs no email recieved, I have called 4 different locations to peak of and the phone doesnt even ring once, this is what is called poor customer service with you all not doing your jobs.
Great service at this curbside pickup location. Much better than the Giant Chatham location. The employees are customer focused, answer the phone, and bring groceries promptly.

I ordered from Peapod for the first time Friday October 6, 2017. I scheduled a delivery window between 7-10pm. At 9:20 I received a voice recording that due to traffic and GPS issues my delivery was delayed 45 minutes after the end of my delivery window. I eventually received a text that I was the next delivery. The driver arrived at 10:40pm. First experience with delivery was not stellar but tolerable. Only other issue was the avocados were not close to ripe.I ordered again on Sunday the 15th and scheduled delivery for Weds between 5-7pm. Received email conformations of my order including the order cut off reminder at 1059pm on Tuesday. At 8pm Weds my order had not arrived so I called customer care. (Terrible hold music BTW ;) ) I was informed that they did not know why but my order had been cancelled. No other explanation. I will be researching this further but I think it may be time to try something else.
